Research on Strategies to Promote the Integration of Industrial Chain,Innovation Chain,and Supply Chain in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

With the rapid development of international economic integration,industrial competition has gradually evolved from a competition of enterprise capabilities and resources to a game of comprehensive system collaboration capabilities among all participating parties.That is,the competition in the current international economy has evolved into an interactive and collaborative competition among the“three chains”of industry chain,capital chain,and innovation chain.Based on analyzing the current situation of the integration of the industrial chain,innovation chain,and supply chain,this article deeply analyzes the geographical advantages of the three chains in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.From the perspective of scientific and technological innovation and talent cooperation synergy,it proposes the integration strategy of the three chains in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Analysis of the Supply Chain in Industrial Companies in Guayaquil,Ecuador-A Secondary Publication

This research clearly outlines the supply chain in a process of evolution and digital transformation,where the collaboration of its members is concentrated,having technological tools to help chain management.To analyze the advantages that this transformation produces in the supply chain,as well as its different processes,this study has a systemic perspective that involves precise elements for organizational development,such as the different phases of each process,operations,logistics,and distribution.It must be borne in mind that any strategy in industrial companies grants the automation of procedures in the supply chain and determines a product in any phase of production,making the organization more sensitive to any variation in orders.The methodology included a bibliographic and non-experimental review that allows a descriptive and analytical study,which details the various characteristics of the fact that is being investigated,collecting information through interviews with different people who are involved with industrial companies.Among the results obtained,it was identified that digital transformation helps reduce costs and generates greater profitability.In conclusion,it was obtained that the digital supply chain helps in each of the phases of the processes,these are supervised by devices that help to have fast and effective information.

Leveraging Blockchain with Optimal Deep Learning-Based Drug Supply Chain Management for Pharmaceutical Industries

Due to its complexity and involvement of numerous stakeholders,the pharmaceutical supply chain presents many challenges that companies must overcome to deliver necessary medications to patients efficiently.The pharmaceutical supply chain poses different challenging issues,encompasses supply chain visibility,cold-chain shipping,drug counterfeiting,and rising prescription drug prices,which can considerably surge out-of-pocket patient costs.Blockchain(BC)offers the technical base for such a scheme,as it could track legitimate drugs and avoid fake circulation.The designers presented the procedure of BC with fabric for creating a secured drug supplychain management(DSCM)method.With this motivation,the study presents a new blockchain with optimal deep learning-enabled DSCM and recommendation scheme(BCODL-DSCMRS)for Pharmaceutical Industries.Firstly,Hyperledger fabric is used for DSC management,enabling effective tracking processes in the smart pharmaceutical industry.In addition,a hybrid deep belief network(HDBN)model is used to suggest the best or top-rated medicines to healthcare providers and consumers.The spotted hyena optimizer(SHO)algorithm is used to optimize the performance of the HDBN model.The design of the HSO algorithm for tuning the HDBN model demonstrates the novelty of the work.The presented model is tested on the UCI repository’s open-access drug reviews database.

Analysis of Information Sharing Mechanism in the Food Industry Green Supply Chain Management and Operation Process

In order to effectively address the issues of environmental pollution and food safety in food industry,the green supply chain management should be used in the food industry.However,information sharing is the basis of supply chain management.For this purpose,on the basis of describing the connotation of food industry green supply chain management,the paper introduces the contents and the effects of information sharing mode in detail.It focuses on the barriers of the implementation of information-sharing mechanisms in the food industry green supply chain management and operation process and analyzes the necessity of using information sharing mechanism among the members of the food industry green supply chain management mode by game theory,so as to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through supply chain management.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Supply Chain Management of Flower Industry in Yunnan Province

On the basis the elementary theory of supply chain management,the features and problems in the supply-chain management of flowers in Yunnan Province are analyzed.The problems include poor image of flowers caused by low-end package,imperfect supply-chain structure,and weak processing section after harvesting flowers,hard to launch the cold chain transportation and inadequate awareness of enterprises on consumers.The countermeasures are put forward,which include perfecting various kinds of supply chain structure;intensifying the information system management of flowers in Yunnan Province;developing the cold chain logistics and cultivating and supporting the third-party logistics of flower industry in Yunnan Province.

Construction of Regional Grain Industry Chain and Supply Chain in Yunnan Province

As a southwestern border province of China,Yunnan is featured by the geographical advantage of proximity to the Indo-China Peninsula which is known as World Rice Warehouse,and its capital and technology are ahead of the neighboring countries of China.Therefore,to enhance its support capability in consolidating and improving the national food security strategy,Yunnan should further develop its comparative advantages by building the regional food industry chain and supply chain depending on the province's grain system of production,processing,storage and transportation,as well as its agricultural economic and trade cooperation platforms and channels with the neighboring countries of China.In this study,comparative analysis and related methods were used to systematically analyze the scale of grain production in Yunnan,the proportion of its grain production to the national total amount,the transition of its grain variety structure and the characteristics of its food security system,as well as the grain export trade of the 6 countries in the Indo-China Peninsula from 2010 to 2019.Then,the problems in grain production in Yunnan were clarified,such as the decrease of grain ration production capacity,the decline of comparative benefits of grain production and the insufficient support for agricultural"going global"strategy.Finally,a series of countermeasures were put forward,including further implementing the strategy of"reserving grain in land and technology"to increase Yunnan's production capacity of grain,focusing on agricultural products storage and transportation system to improve the ability to obtain grain from abroad,expanding the border processing and logistics industry,optimizing the policy of agricultural products'import and export,and etc.

Mapping and Its Importance to Supply Chains： A Case Study

A strategic supply chain map will offer a basis for redesign or modification of the supply chain. It helps one to visualize the supply chain and identify areas for further analysis, or to reveal inefficiencies which are not as readily visible when one examines only a small segment of the supply chain. The main objective of this paper is to highlight the importance of mapping in the supply chain context while calling attention to the lack of universal symbols or conventions in the mapping procedure. Accordingly, a case study methodology is used in discussion of the Portuguese automotive supply chain. Based on this case study, it will be possible to conclude that there is an automotive industrial cluster located in two specific regions with an organisational agglomeration. Moreover, it has been possible to identify the main echoes which constitute the research supply chain as well as the dependent relationships which exist between different sectors in the Portuguese economy.

Risk Management Situation and Strategic Analysis of Supply Chains of Small and Medium Enterprises in Luzhou Liquor Industry Development Zone

After entering the information-based society, profound reform has happened in the business pattern of enterprises, and thecompetitive mode between traditional enterprises has been transformed into the competition between supply chains in nowadays. The liquorindustry in Luzhou is the pillar industry of economy, which involves “Luzhou Old Cellar”, “Ichiro Liquor”and other large-scale enterpriseswith well-known brands. Besides, many small and medium-sized enterprises are developing and flourishing in Luzhou. Compared with thedevelopment of large enterprises, the development of small and medium sized enterprises has more uncertainty and risks. At present, Luzhou Cityis setting about to build Huangyi into a liquor centralized zone, which is also a clusterization strategy for industry development of Luzhou liquor.For Luzhou Liquor Zone, the implementation of supply chain management of small and medium-sized enterprises can greatly reduce the cost ofenterprises and improve effi ciency of operation. The growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Luzhou Liquor Zone andthe promotion of advantages of industrial clusters are closely related to the risks of the supply chain.

Supplier Selection Fuzzy Model in Supply Chain Management:Vietnamese Cafe Industry Case

Supplier selection is a vital part of the supply chain and is also a current issue that concerns businesses today as supplier quality directly affects the operations of the organization.Choosing the right supplier can help businesses increase productivity,competitiveness in the market,and profits without having to lower the quality of the products.However,choosing a supplier is not a simple matter,it requires businesses to consider many aspects about their suppliers.Therefore,the goal of this study is to propose an integrated model consisting of two models:Fuzzy Analytics Network Process(Fuzzy-ANP)model and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment(WASPAS)to solve the problem above.The Fuzzy-ANP model was developed to evaluate the weightings of the supplier selection criteria,and the WASPAS Model was used to rank the suppliers.An example of supplier selection in the coffee industry in Vietnam was studied to validate the model,namely 5 main criteria,with 16 sub-criteria,and 7 suppliers.The model test results show that the Fuzzy ANP and WASPAS integration model was suitable.In future,these developing models can apply to other industries or integrate with other models.

Development of a Portfolio Simulation System for Apparel Supply Chain

In this paper,a generic retailer-oriented portfolio simulation system linking manufacturer,retailer,and customer in apparel supply chain is presented.The purpose of the simulator is to generate a portfolio consisting of replenishment strategy and performance index under different sales forecasting errors to satisfy the retailer-defined customer service level in apparel industry.After analyzing the main parameters in the portfolio simulator,the procedure and detailed structure of the simulator are then described.With the use of data from the industry,one case study of the portfolio simulator is achieved and the process of the simulation is validated.

Construction of industrial ecological chain for characteristic small town:A case study of VR Town at Gui-An New District

As the rapid development of the national small characteristic town,some problems began to show through.For example,the spatial structure is not reasonable,the industrial is not harmonious,and the industrial cluster is not obvious and so on.In order to solve these uncoordinated problems and arrange industrial structure properly,to build the industrial ecologic chain construction according to local conditions appears to be critical.Therefore,constructing industrial ecological chain is of importance in academic aspect and practical significance to sustainable development.According to the theory of industrial ecology,this article researches on industrial ecological chain construction of Gui-An New District's VR town.Otherwise,with the principles of vertical supply-demand chain,horizontal collaboration chain,energy utilization chain,material circulation chain and water cycle chain,on the basis of five elements including public environment,service bake up,demand-supply collaboration,management system in a cloud and resource reuse,this paper put forward the industrial ecological chain model of VR town in Gui-An New District and analyze each links detailedly.The purpose is to explore and analyze the industrial ecological chain construction of VR town in Gui-An New District to abundant domestic related theory about small town and play a certain reference significance on other new-type of characteristic urbanization in mountainous region.

Reengineering Model of Supply Chain of Tea Industry in Yunnan

Yunnan University of finance and Trade recording to t he statistics of chain’s output of tea, Yunnan province has entered the ranks of the larger ones of the production in China. Yunnan’s tea industry has the natur al resources and the economic effects envied, on the orther hand, Yunnan’s tea m arket has gradually become less and the economic effects have been poor. Through our comprehensive investigation and study, we consider that because the supply chain has seriously been disjointed among production, supply and sale of tea ind ustry in Yunnan, the supply chain of Yunnan’s tea industry need to be reorganize d for the promoting the development of Yunnan’s tea industry. The essence of reengineering of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain is to set u p the model of the trailed operation,to strengthen the strategic partnership man agement between the supply chain, to optimize the design of the supply chain and build up and improve the working mechanism for management of the tea industrial supply chain. The structure of Yunnan’s model of tea industrial supply chain: the model of com mercial flow; the model of logistics flow; the model of information flow and the model of cash flow. The solutions and policies for the reorganization of Yunnan’s tea industrial sup ply chain: planning, logistics and distribution and sales. Set up the supporting system of information technology. Build up the control system of production and planning.Improve the working mechanism of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain. Implement the engineering of exporting Yunnan’s tea into the markets of other p rovinces and foreign markets. Have many the channels that raise the funds of dev elopment for Yunnan’s tea industry.

Improving construction performance through supply chain management

A typical model of construction supply chain (CSC) is presented firstly. Then the characteristics and problems of CSC are identified. The authors also describe the progress towards adoption of supply chain management (SCM) in the construction industry. Traditional construction management approaches (CMAs) are compared with new SCM-based CMAs. The authors suggest that integrated SCM based on cooperating competition is crucial to improve construction performance. Based on relevant results from related research, a framework for integrated construction supply chain management (CSCM) is developed to guide the effective implementation of SCM in construction.

Optimization Agricultural Supply Chain:A Case Study of Fertilizer Supplier Selection

The 21st century is associated with the IndustrialRevolution 4.0 and the organic agriculture trend,making the utilization of high-quality fertilizers,abundant nutritional content,economical,and no affect to environment pollution.According to the new concept,clean agricultural production and organic agricultural products are not allowed to excessively use synthetic chemicals such as chemical fertilizers,and plant protection drugs,but priority is to use manure,organic fertilizers,and natural mineral fertilizers.Fertilizer must meet the balanced nutritional requirements of crops,maintain,and improve the fertility of the ground,protect the surrounding ecosystem,and leave harmful effects in agricultural products,products with high quality,safe for users and high economic efficiency for producers.To achieve the above goal,the selection of a fertilizer supplier is an important decision,supporting the supply chain’s sustainable development,fertilizer supplier selection is a multicriteria decision making model,the decision maker must assess all qualitative and quantitative factors.In this paper,the author proposed an integer decision making model including Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and Complex Proportional Assessment of Alternatives(COPRAS)for fertilizer supplier selection.The weightings of the criteria are calculated by using FAHP,COPRAS is then applied for ranking some potential fertilizer suppliers.The efficiency of the proposed models is proved by a case study conducted in a farm located in the south of Vietnam.This research is the first fertilizer supplier evaluation and se-lection model in Vietnam by interviewing experts and reviewing the literature.Re-search result is to provide a case study on evaluating supplier in agricultural supply chain utilizing the model proposed by the combination of FAHP and COPRAS models.

The Construction and Competitiveness of Operation Model of Agricultural Industrial Cluster

Through reviewing the viewpoints of former scholars, the connotation and features of supply chain of agricultural industrial cluster are introduced. The agricultural industrial cluster model constituted by core network and supporting network is constructed. Three operation models of this kind of supply chain is described: the model takes wholesale market of agricultural products as the core; the model take pillar industries of agricultural industrialization as core; model takes the chains of retail enterprises as core. The competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster is researched. The research assumes that the competiveness of supply chain of agricultural industrial cluster is mainly represented to make the agricultural industrial cluster to acquire more capabilities in terms of innovation and knowledge sharing capability, resource allocation capability, agile market adaptability and distinct value creation capability.

营商环境已成为推进产业转移和区域协调发展的关键变量。高度重视优化中西部地区营商环境、鼓励东部地区产业向中西部迁移而不是向海外转移,对推动比较优势在东部和中西部之间的转化、促进产业转型升级和区域协调发展,具有积极的实践价值。现阶段,全球产供链重组要求着力提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,这就需要通过提升中西部地区的竞争优势,让一些产业循环留在国内,增强中国在全球产供链体系中的自主可控能力。同时,全国统一大市场建设要求中央做好区域协调的战略准备,将过去地方政府依靠创造优惠政策洼地参与区域竞争,转变为创造更好更优的营商环境、建设高标准市场体系。为此,需要加快推进实施市场取向的竞争政策;需要让中国的产业政策转型为中央主导型,促进地方产业政策转向鼓励公平竞争和效率竞争;需要通过再造市场规则、融资环境、政府服务环境、司法环境、公共服务平台等,多管齐下改善中西部地区营商环境。

美国“去风险”对中国产业链供应链安全的影响及应对

在大国竞争加剧、突发公共卫生事件冲击和乌克兰危机持续等多重不确定性因素叠加的背景下,全球产业链供应链正进入重要的重塑阶段。与此同时,美国先后提出对华“脱钩”“去风险”,以减少其对中国产业链供应链的依赖,这严重影响了全球产业链供应链的稳定畅通。首先,本文界定产业链供应链安全范畴主要包括主体要素安全和结构要素安全。其次,辨析美国“脱钩”“去风险”政策意图的异同,并就现阶段美国“去风险”对中国产业链供应链安全的主要影响和中国所面临的现实挑战进行论述。分析发现,美国“去风险”对中国产业链供应链安全的主要影响包括:一是美国通过控制核心技术、中间品出口和关键资源危及中国产业链供应链主体要素安全。二是通过制造业回流、“近岸外包”“友岸外包”重塑全球产业空间布局,威胁中国产业链供应链结构要素安全。三是通过友好国家网络拉拢盟友,增加中国产业链供应链被排除风险。最后,本文据此提出中国如何在美国“去风险”背景下维护产业链供应链安全稳定的政策建议。
