Intellectual Property Protection and High-quality Development of Grape Industrial Clusters in Xinjiang

This paper introduced the grape industry in Xinjiang and its agricultural intellectual property resources,and analyzed six major problems such as the ineffective leading role of intellectual property rights in high-quality development.Finally,it proposed eight strategies to build a national-level regional fine-grain breeding base for grapes and develop“agricultural chips”in the context of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property and innovation-driven development strategy.

Research on the Competitive Power of the Industrial Clusters in China

Industrial clusters have been an important phenomenon of the global economy. The most important reason for its becoming the focus of people＇s attention and the popular mode of industry programming is continuous and powerful competitiveness ,The article analyzes this competitiveness, and points out some problems of China＇s industrial clusters, which directly affects its current competitiveness and further development. Finally, we propose stone specific measures of those problems.

Development of Strategic Industrial Clusters in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges based on the"Double High Plan"

This article analyzed the ten strategic pillar industry clusters and the ten strategic emerging industry clusters which were confirmed and announced by Guangdong Province in May 2020 in addition to the 14 professional groups of schools in Guangdong Province which were shortlisted in the"Double High Plan."With comparison and analysis,the degree of coincidence between the professional groups of higher vocational colleges and strategic industrial clusters in Guangdong Province which covered most of the industrial clusters was relatively high.The higher vocational colleges that were shortlisted in the"Double High Plan"still required dynamic adjustments in the construction of professional groups to achieve an allrounded integration of the supply of talents and industrial demands.

Reciprocal Interactions Between Industrial Clusters and City Suburbs Development

Industrial clusters which create competitive advantage are new trends in industry development. Establishing innovatory clusters in city suburbs which provide better environments for cluster development in return will greatly accelerate the development of suburbs. Thus there are reciprocal interactions between industrial clusters and city suburbs development. The relations and some suggestions about how to plan industrial clusters in suburbs were given.

The Strategy of Industrial Clusters to Deal with Disruptive Innovation

Disruptive innovation may be a fatal threat to industrial clusters, or it may be a major development opportunity. The key lies in how industrial clusters respond to disruptive innovation. The main obstacles to the development of disruptive innovation in industrial clusters are lock-in and cluster inertia, which originate from the negative effects of cluster system isomorphism. In order to break through the development barriers, industrial clusters need to adopt a targeted overall response strategy, including adopting bottom-up local subversive innovation policies, introducing external knowledge, encouraging spin-off entrepreneurial enterprises, and encouraging alliances and cooperation between incumbent enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises, etc.

The Analysis of Growth and Reproduction of Industrial Clusters Based on View of Ecological Coexistence

The behavior of industrial cluster is similar to the behavior of biological population, that is, the industrial cluster is seemed to be an ecological symbiotic system. The relationship between economic organizations in the industrial cluster is similar to the relationship of species in ecological system, and symbiotic reciprocity, competition and cooperation are the basic. The ecological development is mainstream and direction of industrial cluster. In this paper, firstly, we studied the ecological symbiosis growth model of industry cluster, and tbund it being according to logistic growth model; secondly, we studied the growth and reproduction of economic organizations in industrial cluster in three different cases, which with only competition relations, only beneficial relations, and both competition and beneficial cooperation relationship between economic organizations, and finally, we determined the number of economical organizations when the industrial cluster attained ecological equilibrium.

The paper summarizes domestic and overseas research results on synergetic innovation. Then it discusses the mechanism of synergetic innovation on industrial clusters according to these theoretical results. Rebuilding of the Diamond Model Based on Evolutionary Economics and Demonstration of Industrial Clusters in China

The Industrial Clusters show more competitive advantage in the world obviously since 1970＇s, which attracts extensive attention from all over the world. As the most important researches of the New Economic Geography, Poter＇s diamond model generalizes the internal mechanism of clusters, but the model has not given the microcosmic status of the factors of the clusters, therefore, it is significant to go deeper into the diamond model and the dissertation wishes to do some researches deeply.Based on the actuality of research, this paper surveys Porter＇s diamond model from the Evolutionary Economics, and combines the research of the field with the instance in China, then puts forward the diamond model of twin-screw and implements the model into traditional industrial clusters in Zheiiang province. Detailed explaining is as follows. The main innovations of the dissertation are as follows： （1） having taken the points of biology into economics, and developing the Evolutionary Economics creatively; （2） having proved the diamond model, put forward a twin-screw microcosmic model for the first time, and tried to study the dynamic and solid relationships of each factor in the diamond model, which is the most important innovation of the dissertation.

A Study on the Effect of Industrial Cluster Brand

This paper is focus on the brand effect of industrial agglomeration, and undertakes the following conclusions： firstly, regional industrial brand and industry agglomeration will influence each other. Secondly, industrial agglomeration on regional industry brand has the strengthening mechanism. Thirdly, the more of enterprises in industrial cluster, the more ＂hitchhike＂ problems will occur. STUDY ON BEIJING'S EMERGING MOBILE COMMUNICATION INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER AND ITSPOLICY IMPLICATIONS

This paper is a preliminary and illustrative case study of Beijing's emergingmobile communication industrial (MCI) cluster, which helps understand the cluster by qualitativeanalysis and description. Beijing's MCI cluster is emerging as far as the competence of the industryand its spatial concentration are concerned, although it is not the type of the cluster describedby PORTER due to the low competence of indigenous firms. The formation of the cluster can beexplained by means of the factor and demand conditions of Beijing. However, it is mostly determinedby the multinationals that promote the growth of the industry and the formation of the cluster, andby the government that also plays a key role in many ways. As a matter of fact, the interactionbetween the multinationals and the local government is the key to understanding the formation of thecluster. All in all, Beijing's emerging MCI cluster is a value-chain, geographically concentratedbut non-localized cluster, which is highly dominated by the multinationals and the local government.Its special characteristics bear some policy implications as to the change of the roles of thelocal government and the localization of multinationals, etc.

Identification and Comparison of Aircraft Industry Clusters in China and United States

Aircraft industry is very important to the economy and security of a country,and aircraft industry clusters have already existed in the world.Based on Input-Output data and Czamanski's method,the aircraft industry clusters in China and USA were identified quantitatively in this paper.Furthermore,this article carried out comparison analyses of the identification results.The research finds out:1) a mature aircraft industry cluster would be generally composed of 7 industrial subgroups,including aircraft industry,metal making and products manufacturing industry,machinery and equipment industry,electronics industry,automobile industry,material industry and others,and electronics industrial subgroup will play a more and more important role in the cluster;2) in the range of industry-covering,the level of industry-linkage,and the economic performance,there is a tremendously large gap between the aircraft industry cluster of China and that of USA;3) the spatial evolution of these clusters or centers is highly consistent with the diffusion of a country's industrialization.Finally,based on those findings,the paper gives some advice on how to improve Czamanski's method and what China should do to develop its own competitive aircraft industry:1) China should employ institutional innovation,and turn to be market-oriented;2) China should abandon the traditional pattern of closed-development,and strengthen the interaction and collaboration between aircraft industry and related industries,especially the electronics industry;3) China should rectify and perfect its spatial development planning of aircraft industry.
