Landscape Design Talents' Knowledge and Ability Structure Based on Industry Demands

Knowledge transference and ability training are 2 standing points and starting points for the industry demands-oriented talent cultivation of modern higher education.In terms of landscape design knowledge,the landscape design industry requires 3 major knowledge modules,namely basic knowledge and theories,professional knowledge,and relevant knowledge;in terms of ability,it also requires 3 major ability modules,namely computer-aided design(CAD),design performance ability and ability of making conception,and each of them includes many specific knowledge points and ability points.It is important for such teaching processes as real question and proposition teaching,studio teaching and project-led teaching to propose a dual-track talent cultivation scheme focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical ability according to the needs of landscape design industry.Moreover,it is imperative to arrange relevant courses and curriculum group that reflect knowledge and ability demands,as well as practicing courses or comprehensive design projects based on ability structure.

Exploration of Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Practice and Education Path for Electrical Engineering and Automation Major under the Background of“Dual Carbon”

Driven by the strategic goal of“dual carbon,”the electric power industry is entering a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and there is a growing demand for composite and applied talents who are both proficient in professional technology and good at management.Taking the electrical engineering and automation major of Liupanshui Normal University as an example,this study addresses existing challenges in current talent cultivation practices.By emphasizing the deep integration of theory and practice and aligning closely with industry needs,the study aims to ensure that the talent cultivation system is both forward-looking and practical.Focusing on key aspects such as the practical teaching system,practice platforms,teaching content,instructional methods,assessment and evaluation strategies,and resource optimization,a series of targeted measures are proposed.These measures aim to construct a comprehensive,multi-dimensional practice education system that enhances students’practical innovation abilities and overall competencies.This approach not only improves the quality of talent cultivation but also serves as a valuable reference for the development of electrical engineering education in similar local colleges and universities.

Construction of Early Warning Mechanism of Tourism Talent Training

The demand of tourism industry is the foothold and starting point of tourism talent training.How to adapt to the economic and social demand for tourism talent in the new era has become an important issue of The Times for tourism higher education talent training.By sorting out the research dynamics of talent training and industrial demand integration,the early warning mechanism of tourism talent training and industry demand is studied from the perspective of talent and industry integration.The early warning index system of tourism talent training and industrial demand is constructed using AHP method,and the problems existing in tourism talent training are found through real-time data observation and warning situation handling,thus providing decision-making support for the development of tourism management major in colleges and universities.

Market demand analysis of textile machinery industry in 2008

Textile machinery industry is one important part concerning the development of textile industry,and its developing technical level symbolizes the advanced production force of textile industry and its advanced technology and independent innovation have much to do with the structural adjustment and technical progress of textile industry as well as the further improvement of labor capacity.

Modeling demand/supply of water resources in the arid region of northwestern China during the late 1980s to 2010

Water demand increases continuously with an increasing population and economic development. As a result, the difference between water supply and demand becomes a sig- nificant issue, especially in arid regions. To figure out the utilization of water resources in the arid region of northwestern China （ARNWC）, and also to provide methodologies to predict the water use in future, three models were established in this study to calculate agricultural irri- gation, industrial and domestic water use in the ARNWC from the late 1980s to 2010. Based on river discharges in the region, the supply and demand of water resources at the river basin level were analyzed. The results indicated that agricultural irrigation demand occupies more than 90% of the total water use in the ARNWC. Total water demand increased from 31.97 km3 in the late 1980s to 48.19 km3 in 2010. Most river basins in this arid region were under me- dium and high water stress. Severe-risk river basins, such as the Shiyang river basin and the eastern part of the northern piedmont of the Tianshan Mountains, were found in this region. It was revealed that the water supply became critical from April to May, which was the season of the lowest water supply as determined by comparing monthly water consumption.
