Emergency Energy Management of Microgrid in Industrial Park Basedon Robust Optimization

Reducing the impact of power outages and maintaining the power supply duration must be considered in implementing emergency energy dispatching in micro-networks.This paper studies a new emergency energy treatment method based on the robust optimal method and the industrial park micro-network with the optical energy storage system.After controlling the load input,a control strategy of adjusting and removing is proposed.Rolling optimal theory is applied to emergency energy scheduling based on a robust optimal mathematical model.A weighting factor is introduced into the optimal model to balance the importance of reducing and retaining the power supply.Uncertainty is designed to adjust the effect of uncertainty on the problem.The example shows that this method can flexibly set the weight coefficient and uncertainty value according to the actual situation so that the input of the control load can be optimized.

The Effects of Industrial Park Development on Manufacturing Firms’Performance in Ethiopia

This study examines the effects of industrial parks on export earnings,employment creation,and FDI attraction in Ethiopia.Despite varying degrees of successes and failures,several countries have utilized industrial park and other forms of special economic zones as a policy instrument for fostering economic transformation.China is at the forefront of using special economic zones as a policy tool for economic transformation.Ethiopia is one of the African countries that has adopted industrial park development as a policy tool to enhance its economic transformation.However,the issue is not well researched and this study aims to contribute to fill the research gap.The analysis of the hypotheses test reveals that industrial parks in Ethiopia have statistically significant effects on export earnings,employment creation,and FDI attraction with significant levels of p≤0.001.Low labor productivity,domestic raw material supply constraints,weak forward and backward linkage,transport cost and logistic constraints,and government institutions’capacity constraints are identified as the major constraints that affect the effectiveness of industrial parks and manufacturing firms.On the other hand,the availability of a trainable labor force,raw material potential,preferential policies and incentives,the economic growth of the country,and the labor wage rise in China and other emerging countries are identified as the main five potentials and opportunities for sustained and dynamic industrial parks development.Based on the findings,three policy implications are suggested.First,formulating and implementing manufacturing labor force development and utilization policies and strategies are vital.Second,the forward-backward linkage along the value chain needs to be enhanced through proper policies.Finally,institutional capacity building through learning by doing and public-private partnership has to be strengthened.

Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Biopharmaceutical Industrial Parks in China

Objective To systematically analyze the current development status of biopharmaceutical industrial park in China,sort out the problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods Relevant literature was searched and reviewed to find out the problems faced by the development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks in China.Results and Conclusion Biopharmaceutical industrial parks are developing rapidly due to their unique industrial clustering advantages,but there are problems such as lack of overall planning at the top level,insufficient government support,imperfect talent support services and weak innovation capacity of the parks.It is recommended to promote the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks and biopharmaceutical enterprises by strengthening top-level design,increasing government support,focusing on talent introduction,and enhancing the innovative strength of the parks.

Internet of Things Enabled Intelligent Energy Management and Control System for Heavy Equipment Industrial Park and Fuzzy Assessment of Its Schemes

In order to solve the problems of poor informationflow,low energy utilization rate and energy consumption data reuse in the heavy equipment industrial park,the Internet of Things(IoT)technology is applied to construct the intelligent energy management and control system(IEMCS).The application architecture and function module planning are analyzed and designed.Furthermore,the IEMCS scheme is not unique due to the fuzziness of customer demand and the understanding deviation of designer to customer demand in the design stage.Scheme assessment is of great significance for the normal subsequent implementation of the system.A fuzzy assessment method for IEMCS scheme alternatives is proposed to achieve scheme selection.Fuzzy group decision using triangular fuzzy number to express the vague assessment of experts is adopted to determine the index value.TOPSIS is modified by replacing Euclidean distance with contact vector distance in IEMCS scheme alternative assessment.An experiment with eight IEMCS scheme alternatives in a heavy equipment industrial park is given for the validation.The experiment result shows that eight IEMCS scheme alternatives can be assessed.Through the comparisons with other methods,the reliability of the results obtained by the proposed method is discussed.

基于京族非遗文化的IP品牌建设研究

文章通过梳理京族非遗文化资源,分析京族非遗文化发展中面临的问题,研究将IP品牌设计与京族非遗文化结合,形成具有民族特色的非遗文化品牌,推动衍生非遗文化多元化产业链发展,为文化遗产IP化及衍生产品的开发提供参考。

基于文化IP解码的长江国家文化公园文旅融合研究

基于文化IP解码视角,构建长江国家文化公园文旅融合理论框架,建立文旅融合发展评价指标体系,借助耦合协调模型和极化模型测算2010—2019年区域文旅耦合协调度并分析其空间态势,基于地理探测器模型探析长江国家文化公园文旅融合发展的驱动因素。结果表明:长江国家文化公园文旅融合未达到良性发展状态,内部子系统间互动性较强,区域整体耦合协调态势趋好;2010—2019年长江国家文化公园文旅融合发展的空间效应表现为“极化效应”波动减弱、“扩散效应”有所体现、“回程效应”极其微弱的状态;长江国家文化公园文旅融合发展呈现“东高西低-双核扩散-板块发展”的空间结构模式;资源基础力、消费需求力、设施保障力、效益推动力、创新潜在力、经济拉动力作为长江国家文化公园文旅融合协调发展的驱动因素,分别从单因子驱动和双因子交互等不同层面起到重要的影响作用。最后,从突出文化IP和板块联动发展的角度提出针对性发展建议。

全产业链结构对网络文学IP价值开发的影响机制与路径优化研究

IP全产业链开发是催化IP价值,实现文化商品收益规模化的主要手段,也是探索文化科技融合、推动文化产业高质量发展的重要途经。近年来,网络文学IP经历了资本大规模导入的快速扩张期和资本转移后的平台发展期,目前进入产业增长方式的深度转型期。网络文学IP开发是典型的内容生产环节,剖析网络文学IP全产业链的演化机制对于提高数字化时代文化产业全要素生产率具有重要的理论与实践意义。本研究立足数字化时代文化消费者与内容生产的关系逻辑特征,在系统回顾近十年来网络文学IP全产业链发展历程的基础上,提出网络文学IP价值开发的全产业链结构图,构建网络文学IP阶段性泡沫化与空心化现象的解释框架,提出相关优化路径。

基于IPSO算法的火电载能工业炉园区碳排放模型构建

为了降低火电载能碳排放量,实现工业炉园区火电载能的碳排放优化,提出基于IPSO算法的火电载能工业炉园区碳排放模型。通过工业炉园区火电机组的度电煤炭消耗量,计算火电机组的碳排放强度,结合最小二乘算法拟合各个火电机组的煤耗特性曲线,以此为基础,将含煤耗量最小、费用最小、污染物排放量最小视为目标函数,结合总负荷平衡、旋转备用容量等约束条件,构建工业炉园区碳排放优化模型,并通过IPSO算法对模型进行求解,实现工业炉园区火电载能的碳排放优化。测试结果显示:该模型有效完成机组在低碳、基准以及高碳三种情况下的燃煤特性曲线拟合,优化后机组碳排放浓度最大结果分别为744.5、502.4.833.6mgm=3,最高日碳排放量分别为10087.3、89665.4、92204.3kg,在满足园区供需的情况实现碳排放量的优化。

The situation and development trend of health industrial park construction in China

[目的] 描述我国健康产业园区基本现状,总结园区发展模式,为园区未来发展提供理论基础. [方法]利用百度搜索、CNKI和万方数据库全面搜索国内健康产业园区的相关信息和文献资料,基于文献内容 分析法和案例分析法对园区信息进行归纳与分析.[结果]共检索到健康产业园区3 5 个,涉及 1 8个省市,最 早的园区于1994年创办,园区平均面积为16.82 km2,平均投资金额为140.9亿元.从管理运营、投融资、产 业类型、研发方面归纳了园区的不同发展模式,发现园区建设中的问题并提出未来发展趋势.[结 论 ]我国健 康产业园区正在蓬勃发展,但是仍然存在重复建设缺乏特色,监管机制尚不完善等问题,还需政府进-步完善 审批、优惠等政策,引导园区健康发展.

Evaluating Emergency Response Capacity of Chemical Industrial Park Using an Hybrid Fuzzy AHP Method

This paper presents an expert-based fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( AHP) model for evaluating emergency response capacity of Chemical Industrial Park( ERCCIP) by jointly using an improved fuzzy preference programming( FPP) and 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic approach. An evaluation index system for ERCCIP is proposed. The weight of sub-criteria and criteria of the evaluation index system for ERCCIP are determined using the improved FPP. And the ratings of sub-criteria are assessed in linguistic values according to the experts' subjective opinions. Finally,the aggregated ratings of criteria and the overall ERCCIP are calculated.

价值链理论下太极拳赛事IP商业化发展的困境与培育路径

体育赛事IP商业化发展是体育产业实现经济效益的有效方式。在厘清太极拳赛事IP商业化内涵特征的基础上,基于经济学价值链理论视角,对太极拳赛事IP商业化发展的价值、困境与培育路径进行探讨。研究认为,营收结构失衡、盈利模式缺失,传播力不足、宣传模式单一,缺少自主赛事IP、运营能力薄弱,以及组织架构不完整、专业人才匮乏是太极拳赛事IP商业化发展面临的主要困境。提出对策包括丰富商业化路径,构建赛事IP营收结构;拓宽赛事IP宣传面,形成多元内容供给;强化赛事IP建设,增强赛事发展动力;培养专业管理人才,规范赛事组织结构。基于此,增强太极拳赛事IP商业化发展能力和水平,对于实现太极拳赛事产业化效益具有重要意义。

Seasonal Variations in Birth Weight in Suzhou Industrial Park

Many environmental factors have been shown to adversely influence birth weight,and new insight has been gained into＇seasonal programming＇.We studied a total of 23,064 infants.The mean birth weight varied across seasons.Logistic regression analysis was used to obtain the crude and adjusted odds ratios（ORs）for dichotomous outcomes（e.g.,macrosomia,low birth weight）.

A Multi-Layer Collaboration Framework for Industrial Parks with 5G Vehicle-to-Everything Networks

The fifth-generation(5G)wireless communication networks are expected to play an essential role in the transformation of vertical industries.Among many exciting applications to be enabled by 5G,logistics tasks in industry parks can be performed more efficiently via vehicle-to-everything(V2X)communications.In this paper,a multi-layer collaboration framework enabled by V2X is proposed for logistics management in industrial parks.The proposed framework includes three layers:a perception and execution layer,a logistics layer,and a configuration layer.In addition to the collaboration among these three layers,this study addresses the collaboration among devices,edge servers,and cloud services.For effective logistics in industrial parks,task collaboration is achieved through four functions:environmental perception and map construction,task allocation,path planning,and vehicle movement.To dynamically coordinate these functions,device–edge–cloud collaboration,which is supported by 5G slices and V2X communication technology,is applied.Then,the analytical target cascading method is adopted to configure and evaluate the collaboration schemes of industrial parks.Finally,a logistics analytical case study in industrial parks is employed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed collaboration framework.

A study on ecological operation of web IP industrial chain

In recent years, since the Internet has given rise to mass creation and the intervention of industrial capital, China's web IP has experienced a "blowout" growth, which accelerates the development of the ecological operation of its industry chain a pressing issue, especially in the ecological environment via multi-media and "full-copyright" platforms. In the thesis, the author firstly talks about the ecological operation context of web IP, and then the existing problems of the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain, such as the insufficiency in copyright protection, the economic bubbles on its expansion, the lack of originals and the cash-out mentality toward currency. Therefore, the author comes into the conclusion that, there are enormous potentials for the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain. This demands further platforms across the multiple industrial running of web IP, building its brand through the development of"full-copyright". In one word, the life of web IP would be sustained with ecological progress in multimedia consumption, and the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain would be achieved in fact.

基于情境故事法的主题公园IP衍生品设计研究

分析主题公园IP衍生品的产生及其特点,从游客的视角出发,开展创意设计,解决其同质化严重、体验缺失等问题。总结情境故事法设计流程,结合主题公园IP衍生品的特点,综合运用用户角色模型、构建故事板等方法,形成主题公园IP衍生品设计流程。以西游乐园为例,探寻用户体验场景、消费场景,发现其兴趣点和需求,指导设计实践。情境故事法能够发掘用户需求和痛点,还能够发掘用户在体验过程中的兴趣点。该方法为主题公园IP衍生品开发提供了新的思路。
