中国地震科学实验场三维断层模型Web展示原型系统

活动断层的三维结构和模型是地震危险性研究的基础参数和重要数据。随着对接近真实形态的活动断层三维模型的应用需求不断增加,对这类模型数据的共享及研究的需求也日益增加。数据共享课题的一个重要议题是如何构建基于Web的三维断层模型展示平台,提高数据共享水平和用户体验。中国地震科学实验场(川滇地区)三维断层模型Web展示原型系统①是基于Arc GIS 10.6企业版的Web App Builder工具构建的一个实验性系统。该系统实现了基于Web GIS的三维展示系统的基本功能,并成功测试了更适用于地震行业标准的用户交互方式、基本功能、场景数据迁移方案和三维场景设计方案。场景数据从三维断层建模平台到GIS平台的迁移,是实现基于Web GIS三维展示系统的基础。场景中展示的三维数据采用与二维数据标准一致且视觉上融合度高的可视化方案。实践结果表明,三维数据从建模平台迁出后,应结合数据可视化方案,在属性层面上与二维数据相融合,以保证二维和三维数据在视觉上较好地融合。

基于Web 2.0的软件工程实践教学平台设计

软件工程实践教学平台在运行过程中,存在没有全方位整合教学资源的问题。为此,提出基于Web 2.0的软件工程实践教学平台设计研究。将恩智浦iMX8MM开发板DB11作为平台硬件装置,构建Web 2.0技术为支撑的软件工程实践教学平台构架,动态整合工程实践教学资源,并引入单参数项目信息函数作为软件工程实践教学资源的属性进行划分。在测试结果中,进程/线程交换率不仅能够结合并行请求规模实现适应性调整,而且调整的幅度较大。

基于Web的数字化资源共享信息查询系统设计

数字化资源增多使得共享信息查询难度增加,为此,设计了基于Web的数字化资源共享信息查询系统。通过统一用户接口,实现数字化资源共享信息的交互和集成,构建查询系统管理平台。连接外部共享信息提供程序和服务执行个体,利用Web服务器的索引服务,完成信息局部查询。管理远程信息查询节点服务的请求,改变创建端点的新路由,防止信息丢失,结合语义相关优化系统,根据关键字的反向资源频次,获得辨识能力,实现数字化资源共享信息全局查询。实验结果表明,基于Web的信息查询系统的查询处理能力较强,能够提高查询准确率和查询效率。

STUDY OF SETTING UP THE FOREST RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEBGIS

Based on an analysis of the characteristics of the Forest Resources Management Information System of each development phase, and consideration of the technical trend in Geographic Information System (GIS) in the Internet Age, this paper explores the importance and the feasibility of setting up Forest Resources Management Information System based on the WEBGIS. At the same time, based on the experience of our study, the paper explores the function, structure and method of developing the Forest Resources Management Information System based on WEBGIS. With the technology of WEBGIS, the Forest Resources Management Information System with data from Huoditang Farm was set up, which makes a great impact on forest resources management. So setting up the Forest Resources Management Information System based on WEBGIS is a trend of forest resources management. In the course of setting up this system, we must pay attention to following questions: 1) unify data standard and information encoding; 2) change mind.

Application of Information Technology in Institutions and Challenges of Human Resources-Case Study: Administration of the Municipality of Ferizaj

This study aims to investigate how information technology is applied in the administration of the municipality of Ferizaj and what are the challenges with human resources, the work was carried out through a case study in the municipality. This paper highlights that the use of information technology provides higher efficiency for the performance of daily work in the municipality, thus also the provision of better services to citizens. However, the level of use of information technology in the Municipality of Ferizaj leaves much to be desired in terms of efficiency because a significant number of employees have not attended adequate training for the effective and efficient use of various IT applications and have not are still adapted to the digital environment in the municipality. Therefore, the recommendation derived from this paper is that the information technology environment in the municipality of Ferizaj needs to be improved by providing staff with adequate qualifications, while for those who are currently engaged in the municipality and who do not have adequate qualifications, training should be provided in a way that all users of IT applications are fully integrated into the digitized environment in order to be effective and efficient in providing services to citizens. This simultaneously gives the municipal staff job security and motivation for better services for citizens. Also, information technology enables a better control over the activity of the municipality because every action is recorded as data which can then be used to analyze the performance of the municipality.

刍议Java Web在智慧农业物联网中的应用

作为农业大国,我国经过多年的发展已从单一的产业模式发展为综合化产业模式,并且随着科学和信息技术的发展,“互联网+”已逐渐应用到农业产业中以满足当前社会生活的需求。互联网技术包括物联网、云计算、大数据以及人工智能等,通过将其与传统农业结合在一起,衍生出“智慧农业”的新产业,有效地改变了传统农业产业结构单一、生产技术落后、生态系统功效失调等问题。因此,以Java Web为基础,对物联网在智慧农业中的应用进行研究,以此来为物联网的应用以及智慧农业的发展提供参考。

Automatic Discovery of Information Resources on the World Wide Web

A basis for automatic discovery of information resources on the World Wide Web is characterized by three underlying equations. With these equations, the information universe on the Web is divided into three associated spaces. This model differs from the hypertext employed by the Web, in that the former supports the notion of automatic resource discovery. A private library, which is able to gather automatically from the Web the information useful to the library owner, is envisaged to illustrate that the basic equations and their derivations can be applied to Web automation, including crawling and classifying.

Web前端组件中的跨站脚本攻击检测算法研究

前端组件涉及多个数据流,包括用户输入、服务器返回的数据等,恶意脚本会隐藏在这些数据流中,且跨站脚本攻击存在变异性和不确定性,导致对其检测困难。因此,提出一种Web前端组件中的跨站脚本攻击检测算法。使用基于网络爬虫的Web前端组件跨站脚本信息抓取模型,抓取不重复冗余的Web前端组件跨站脚本信息;再将所抓取的脚本信息作为多分类支持向量机算法的训练样本。检测之前,在权威Web漏洞提交平台Exploit-db中,提取大规模变形跨站脚本信息样本,使用训练完毕的多分类支持向量机对抓取的脚本信息进行分类和检测。实验结果表明,所提算法对100条反射型跨站脚本攻击、50条存储型跨站脚本攻击、10条DOM型跨站脚本攻击的数据分类结果准确,且分类结果的样本分布中,攻击跨站脚本会按照攻击类型有序分布。

计算机网络中Web信息智能抽取系统的设计及测试分析

文章利用模板化信息提取算法,在规则生成器识别出目标实体分隔符后,运用模板生成器实现分割标记在模板中的有效配置,而后再运用信息抽取器按照生成的模板提取所需的信息。而后对Web信息智能抽取系统进行了测试分析,通过与其他信息抽取系统对比发现,此系统可根据模板完成各类网页信息的快捷、准确抽取,具有信息抽取精准、信息召回率高、信息提取高效的优势。

基于Web的B/S架构勤工助学信息管理系统设计与实现

基于Web浏览器的勤工助学信息管理系统采用B/S架构,包括客户端、服务器、数据库3部分。系统用户分为3类,学生用户可登录系统在线申请岗位、查询工作记录与考核结果;教师用户具备设置岗位信息、审批工作记录、核算月度酬金等权限;管理员享有查询工作量、汇总考核表、发放酬金等高级权限,为勤工助学的信息管理和工作开展提供便利。

确保无线电波的质量和安全播出是广播电视行业的基本要求,依赖无线发射台站的高效管理。传统的基于客户端的台站管理系统因其高成本、低效率等缺点逐渐不能满足当前的需求。因此,提出基于WebGIS(Web Geographic Information System)的广播电视无线发射台站管理系统,旨在提升广播电视无线发射台站的管理能力。首先阐述系统特点,其次设计系统的总体结构,分析系统的主要功能模块,最后研究各功能模块的实现。

基于语义Web的金融类创新创业网络资源反批量爬取方法

传统的金融类创新创业网络资源反批量爬取方法存在一些问题,如只能提取相同频率成分的原始网络资源数据,导致数据不完整,且反批量爬取所需时间较长。因此,设计了一种基于语义Web的金融类创新创业网络资源反批量爬取方法。该方法将网络资源数据的初始信息加入到语义Web中,并进行调度、解析互连信息,成功获取网络资源数据。随后,将已获取的原始网络资源信息转换到小波域,从中抽取可能涉及的各个频谱成分,实现了对网络资源信息的分时分频,去除了噪声。以非线性时间顺序为节点,形成对应的反批量爬取空间布局,确保在抓取时对金融类创新创业网络资源进行全面检索。同时,利用内置的脚手架命令构建项目架构,生成自定义反批量爬取文件,运行反批量爬取命令,成功实现了基于语义Web的金融类创新创业网络资源反批量爬取。实验结果表明,设计的基于语义Web的金融类创新创业网络资源反批量爬取方法具有较高的效率,反批量爬取时间小于60s,更适合用于金融类创新创业网络资源的反批量爬取。

Web service based spatial forest information system using an open source software approach

For technical and other reasons there is a dilemma that data providers cannot find an appropriate way to redistribute spatial forest data and data users who need spatial data cannot access and integrate available forest resources information. To overcome this dilemma, this paper proposed a spatial forest information system based on Web service using an open source software approach. With Web service based architecture, the system can enable interoperability, integrate Web services from other application servers, reuse codes, and shorten the development time and cost. At the same time, it is possible to extend the local system to a regional or national spatial forest information system. The growth of Open Source Software （OSS） provides an alternative choice to proprietary software for operating systems, web servers, Web-based GIS applications and database management systems. Using open source software to develop spatial forest information systems can greatly reduce the cost while providing high performance and sharing spatial forest information. We chose open source software to build a prototype system for Xixia County, Henan Province, China. By integrating OSS packages Deegree and UMN MapServer which are compliant to the OGC open specifications, the prototype system enables users to access spatial forest information and travelling information of Xixia County which come from two different data servers via a standard Web browser and promotes spatial forest information sharing.

On the Integration and Disintegration of Material Resources under Parallel Information Context

This article begins with a brief introduction to the concept of parallel information and integration or disintegration of the teaching material resources. It discusses the necessity and problems of effective utilization in teaching material resources based on a questionnaire on college students and teachers. It also presents some suggestions for English teachers to be of good help to students in the utilization of material resources.
