Optimization Strategies of Urban Informal Commercial Space under Demand Orientation

Commercial behavior in towns and cities is mainly divided into formal and informal behavior.Rapid urbanization has enabled formal commerce to develop more and more perfectly in towns,basically meeting the living needs of residents. However, because of problems such as urban history and management mechanism, informal commercial behavior formed by floating stallholders and other employed people is widespread in towns. Due to the characteristics of instability, flexibility and richness,informal commerce has gradually developed into an important business to attract residents and tourists. In this paper, the general characteristics of informal commercial behavior in towns, the characteristics of the urban public space bearing this kind of commerce, and residents' demand for informal commercial space were summarized, and then the optimization strategies of this kind of public space were put forward to help towns make full use of their scattered space, create diversified commercial places, and add vitality to urban space while providing residents and tourists with daily life needs and convenience.

The Adoption of Virtual Banking in China： An Empirical Study

Virtual banking is broadly defined in this paper as the provision of banking services via means other than that of traditional physical branches. Currently, virtual banking exists in the forms of ATM, phone banking, home banking and Internet banking. Understanding people＇s adoption intention of virtual banking can help financial institutions formulate appropriate marketing strategies for new forms of banking. This paper examines the current trends in the Internet revolution that have set in motion in the Chinese banking sector, and reports on an empirical research carried out in China to study the customers＇ preference for virtual banking and the factors which they consider influence the adoption of virtual banking.

Study on Daily Accounting Profit Feasibility of Banking Based on Data Center

By the end of 2013, Chinese large-scaled commercial banks have basically completed the construction of IT banking system, in order to provide technical guarantee of deepening business operation and operation management reform. This indicates that our national banking industry information technology has been in a new level. This paper, based on the operation principle of commercial bank safety, liquidity and profitability, makes research on improving commercial banking profit data timeliness, accuracy, integrity and realizing daily accounting profit. According to survey, the four big banks have proposed the prospect of 2013 full scope implementing daily accounting profit. Thus, this paper, based on the profit accounting status of four big banks of data center, analyzes the feasibility of daily accounting profit and puts forward the relevant solutions.

Take Advantage of Multimedia for Medical English Teaching

This paper is my humble opinion on why multimedia should be integrated into the teaching of English for medical purpose （EMP） and how we can make the best use of IT （information technology） in EMP teaching. By combining large amount of medical resources with the content of textbook, computerize teaching material can be produced In which, graphics, pictures as well as animations and flashes are used to present ideas, demonstrate ＂hard-to-understand＂ concepts, and more, links provided to explore current data on the web concerning given medical knowledge. It is shown here the multimedia environment provides us a new and desirable approach to enhance the delivery and interactivity of medical linguistic course.
