文摘The paper introduces the business-based interorganizational information platform(IOP) and analyzes the feasibility and mechanism of business-based IOP governing global supply chains vulnerability,and then aims to develop a risk evaluation software under reliable algorithm to appraise the capability of an interorganizational information platform resisting to global supply chains risks that supports platform users and providers to make decisions.The paper respectively starts with a basic conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability and a conceptual model of global supply chains vulnerability in business-based IOP,and then gives the simulation model of governance of global supply chain vulnerability in business-based IOP;then has a discussion with the beneficial model of governing global supply chains vulnerability by using business-based IOP or not.The results of research:(1) If given the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, we can estimate the costs to take precautions against risks that decides to the maximum value of the average income of per transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP.(2) If given total income of transaction on global supply chains using business-based IOP,we can estimate the maximum value of the ratio of expense per income on global supply chains using business-based IOP, which would help to make pricing policy for IOP service provider.

文摘How to integrate and disseminate globally distributed multi-source and heterogeneous spatial information is an open problem in integration and sharing service of geographic information. Here we propose a new service architecture suitable for integra- tion and sharing of distributed multi-source geographic information. We also propose a global virtual pyramid model, which can be applied in 3D virtual globes. In view of the difficulty of web multi-node geographic information sharing service, we propose a web multi-node service aggregation method, integrated in our autonomously developed virtual globe platform Geo- Globe and introduced in the National Platform for Common GeoSpatial Information Services named "T1ANDITU". It achieves 2D and 3D integration for geographic information service.

文摘Smart hydrogel with color responsiveness is envisioned as one of the most promising materials for advanced information encryption and decryption platform,but the illumination-dependent way of decrypt-ing and reading information leads to the worrying of concealment in some particular scenarios.Herein,we proposed a smart hydrogel information platform with dual imaging modes by utilizing the accom-panying behaviors in transparency change and heat releasing after crystallization of supercooled solution.For this smart hydrogel informa-tion platform,the hidden information could be written and decrypted by ink of ethylene glycol and decryption tool of seed crystal,respec-tively.Furthermore,in addition to the traditional optical imaging mode with the assistance of light illumination,the decrypted information on dual-imaging-mode hydrogel platform also could be read by thermal imaging mode in dark environment owing to the exothermic crystal-lization.The illumination-independent read mode based on heat radia-tion helps to improve the secrecy and safety of the decryption and read process.This investigation provides a facile and feasible strategy to design illumination-independent information platform that enables reading the encrypted information in secret.

文摘Establishment of sharing mechanism for drug price information to guarantee the construction of a unified cross-departmental price information platform is a new national policy after Chinese government abandoned drug price control. Based on the theory of intergovernmental information sharing, this study aimed to investigate the drug price information sharing mechanism in China through literature research and stakeholder interviews, which included institution guarantee mechanism, department coordination mechanism and technical support mechanism.
文摘Synchronized wide area communication has become a mature technology,which makes the real-time interaction between the substations and the wide area protection and control system possible.However,the present protection and control system to handle this real-time data has been recognized to be deficient.This paper begins by reviewing the development history of power system protection,with special attention paid to the recent development in the field of wide-area and integrated protections,in order to look into the future development of protection and control systems.Then the concept of integrated wide area protection and control is introduced,where it can be shown that a hierarchical protection and control system provides the protection and control for wide area or regional power substations/plants and their associated power networks.The system is mainly divided into three levels:the local,the substation/plant,and the wide area/regional.The integrated functions at each level are described in details with an aim to develop an optimal coordination mechanism between each level.The key element in the proposed system is the wide area real-time protection and control information platform,which not only enables the merger of three lines of defence for power system protection and control,but also provides a perfect tool for the application of cloud computing in substations and power networks.
