A Brief Analysis of the Application of Information Technology in Financial and Economic Management

With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,China has successfully entered the information age.The development of information technology has penetrated into various fields and played a role in accelerating the growth of various industries.In the application and innovation of financial and economic management,informatization has not only created greater opportunities for development,but also significant challenges.It is urgent to make effective changes to further promote the development of financial and economic management.Therefore,the focus of this paper is on analyzing the current situation and importance of applying information technology in financial and economic management as well as proposing specific suggestions to assist financial enterprises in improving their information levels and enhancing their market competitiveness.

A mobile application framework of the BIM-based facility management system under the cross-platform structure

The building information model/modeling （BIM） technology is currently applied in a broad range of applications and research for facility management, while the BIM-based mobile FM is difficult owing to various factors and environments. For example, the mobile applications usually require frequent cross-equipment compatibility. This paper proposes a reasonable BIM-based FM cross-platform framework and develops a mobile application on the basis of an existing BIM-based FM system. The developed mobile application is applied in a case study of a metro station project in Guangzhou to verify its effectiveness in FM practice. It helps maintenance staff in viewing BIMs, accessing related information, and updating maintenance records in a unique platform. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BIM-based cross-platform framework meet the FM application requirements and supports the extension of FM functions.

Research on Technology Early-Warning System Based on Dynamic Information Monitoring

Relying on the advanced information technologies, such as information monitoring, data mining, natural language processing etc., the dynamic technology early-warning system is constructed. The system consists of technology information automatic retrieval, technology information monitoring, technology threat evaluation, and crisis response and management subsystem, which implements uninterrupted dynamic monitoring, trace and crisis early-warning to the specific technology. Empirical study testifies that the system improves the accuracy, timeliness and reliability of technology early-warning.

Web Security and Log Management: An Application Centric Perspective

The World Wide Web has been an environment with many security threats and lots of reported cases of security breaches. Various tools and techniques have been applied in trying to curb this problem, however new attacks continue to plague the Internet. We discuss risks that affect web applications and explain how network-centric and host-centric techniques, as much as they are crucial in an enterprise, lack necessary depth to comprehensively analyze overall application security. The nature of web applications to span a number of servers introduces a new dimension of security requirement that calls for a holistic approach to protect the information asset regardless of its physical or logical separation of modules and tiers. We therefore classify security mechanisms as either infrastructure-centric or application-centric based on what asset is being secured. We then describe requirements for such application-centric security mechanisms.

Application of Intelligent Power Consumption Management and Control Technology in Enterprise Off-site Enforcement

Regarding the current difficulties in SME(small and medium enterprise)supervision,especially considering the problem that the emission reduction task cannot be effectively implemented under the off-site daily supervision and the new normal of epidemic prevention with control of heavily polluted weather,a new type of intelligent power management technology has been proposed.Power information collection equipment and intelligent data collection and transmission terminal are installed to collect power consumption information of enterprise production facilities and pollution control facilities,and their operating conditions are monitored in 24 h.Abnormal operation alarm and closed-loop disposal management are provided through the software platform.The practical application of power monitoring technology in Rizhao City proves that the system alarms accurately and monitors efficiently.On the one hand,it has improved the efficiency of daily supervision of the ecological environment department,and can accurately investigate and correct corporate pollution control violations.On the other hand,it has enriched environmental supervision methods to accurately control the implementation of emergency emission reduction measures.The application of this technology has realized the transformation from civil defense to technical defense,from random law enforcement to precise law enforcement,and from on-site law enforcement to off-site law enforcement in the supervision of polluting enterprises in the jurisdiction,creating a new mode of off-site law enforcement for enterprises.

Riemann Hypothesis, Catholic Information and Potential of Events with New Techniques for Financial and Other Applications

In this research we are going to define two new concepts: a) “The Potential of Events” (EP) and b) “The Catholic Information” (CI). The term CI derives from the ancient Greek language and declares all the Catholic (general) Logical Propositions () which will true for every element of a set A. We will study the Riemann Hypothesis in two stages: a) By using the EP we will prove that the distribution of events e (even) and o (odd) of Square Free Numbers (SFN) on the axis Ax(N) of naturals is Heads-Tails (H-T) type. b) By using the CI we will explain the way that the distribution of prime numbers can be correlated with the non-trivial zeros of the function ζ(s) of Riemann. The Introduction and the Chapter 2 are necessary for understanding the solution. In the Chapter 3 we will present a simple method of forecasting in many very useful applications (e.g. financial, technological, medical, social, etc) developing a generalization of this new, proven here, theory which we finally apply to the solution of RH. The following Introduction as well the Results with the Discussion at the end shed light about the possibility of the proof of all the above. Efficient Bayesian networks for slope safety evaluation with large quantity monitoring information

New sensing and wireless technologies generate massive data. This paper proposes an efficient Bayesian network to evaluate the slope safety using large-quantity field monitoring information with underlying physical mechanisms. A Bayesian network for a slope involving correlated material properties and dozens of observational points is constructed.

PROBLEM-ORIENTED INFORMATION RETRIEVAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS

Decision Support Systems(DSS)are man-machine interaction systems,which support the de-cision-makers to solve the unstructured and semi-structured decisions,this paper advances that thefunction of problem-oriented information retrieval DSS can meet the needs of enterprise’s topmanagement effectively in comparison with other information retrieval functions,in accordancewith the features of supporting information for decision.An architecture of this system is presented,which dissolves a problem put forward or recognized by the user into the problem recognized by thecomputer,forming retrieval tactics and searching the data the user needs.Designed and developedaccording to the architecture of this system,a prototype system is introduced,which is CF Econom-ic Environment Information Retrieval DSS.

Performance Evaluation of Healthcare Monitoring System over Heterogeneous Wireless Networks

The wide diffusion of healthcare monitoring systems allows continuous patient to be remotely monitored and diagnosed by doctors. The problem of congestion, namely due to the uncontrolled increase of traffic with respect to the network capacity, is one of the most common phenomena affecting the reliability of transmission of information in any network. The aim of the paper is to build a realistic simulation environment for healthcare system including some of the main vital signs model, wireless sensor and mesh network protocols implementation. The simulator environment is an efficient mean to analyze and evaluate in a realistic scenario the healthcare system performance in terms of reliability and efficiency.

Intelligent Information Management in Aquaponics to Increase Mutual Benefits

Aquaponics are feedback and two player systems, in which fish and crops mutually benefit from one another and, therefore require close monitoring, management and control. Vast amount of data and information flow from the aquaponics plant itself with its huge amount of smart sensors for water quality, fish and plant growth, system state etc. and from the stakeholder, e.g., farmers, retailers and end consumers. The intelligent management of aquaponics is only possible if this data and information are managed and used in an intelligent way. Therefore, the main focus of this paper is to introduce an intelligent information management (IIM) for aquaponics. It will be shown how the information can be used to create services such as predictive analytics, system optimization and anomaly detection to improve the aquaponics system. The results show that the system enabled full traceability and transparency in the aquaponics processes (customers can follow what is going on at the farm), reduced water and energy use and increased revenue through early fault detection. In this, paper the information management approach will be introduced and the key benefits of the digitized aquaponics system will be given.

Improving Information Technology Infrastructure Library Service Delivery Using an Integrated Lean Six Sigma Framework: A Case Study in a Software Application Support Scenario

Increasing competition in service businesses (eg: Information Technology, Healthcare, Education, Logistics, Distribution, Hospitality Financial and other services) is compelling corporates to adopt business improvement philosophies and methodologies for addressing customer demands for better quality service and organizational demands for improving the profit margins through cost reduction. Many companies around the world have already implemented Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as a way to manage and control their Information Technology (IT) Departments more effectively. These companies are now willing to improve their ITIL processes in order to become even more efficient. Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that has been suggested as a means to resolve these problems, reducing costs and improving quality. Its application in the IT Services area is becoming increasingly popular among researchers and academicians and can be used to conduct these improvements. Despite the application of lean six sigma approaches to different contexts in the service sector, the application of Lean Six Sigma approaches in service delivery specific to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) remains largely untested. The purpose of this paper is to implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma for Software application support services and evaluate the benefits of continual service improvement over ITIL.

基于1553B总线的大规模信息系统设计问题研究

某大型航天器GNC系统应用1553B总线构建了其规模庞大的信息系统,在信息系统设计过程中产生了3个问题:超长总线下的稳定通信、应用层协议的设计、多条总线的管理等。对这3个问题开展研究,描述了3个问题的由来,给出了问题的解决方法,并验证了方法的实际效果。结果表明:总线中继的方法,有效解决了1553B总线在240 m长度下的稳定可靠通信问题;广播帧计数回传的应用层协议,节省了总线数据通讯开销、并提供了丰富的故障诊断信息;遍历寻优的总线管理策略,最大程度上发挥了多机多总线系统的容错能力。

可穿戴生理信息监测的自供电系统研究

设计与制作了一种应用于可穿戴生理信息监测的自供电系统,利用压电-光电复合能量收集装置采集人体运动时足底的机械能和室内光能。复合能量收集装置以运动鞋为载体,设计了多种结构压电能量收集器固定在鞋底,光电能量收集器粘接在鞋面,收集到的能量存储在超级电容中,同时设计了一套能够定时、按需供电的能量管理控制电路,控制生理信息监测系统每隔20 min上电一次,并且测量结束即刻断电。经测试,光电能量收集装置在室内从早上7点至晚上7点的平均输出功率达到590μW,压电能量收集装置在1.2 m/s的匀速步行状态驱动下的平均输出功率达540μW以上,复合能量输出功率能够稳定在1.124 mW以上,即20 min产电1.349 J。对系统各单元进行数据采集测试以及功耗测试,得出系统一个工作周期耗能1.04 J。从能量收支平衡来看,利用运动机械能与光能复合供电的生理信息采集系统可实现自我维持定时工作,具有一定的应用参考价值。

基于信息采集的航空测试实验室数据安全监测方法

为更好地对航空测试实验室中的数据进行安全监测,设计一种新的实时监测方法。采用椭圆曲线法设定数据点传输位置,以数据监测完整性为基础构建预言模型,初步判断航空实验室测试信息的安全性。以模块化理论划分数据标准,按照多个测试数据的评估类别,在独立操作模块中设定安全监测功能需求。假定数据中存在风险发生比参数,选择似然估量函数计算概率,确定安全与风险信息分布区间。基于信息采集技术设定目标,在规定时间内按照设定阈值实时监测信息,完成航空测试实验室安全监测方法设计。应用结果表明:该方法能实现99%以上的数据监测,当存在攻击时也能够完整保留测试数据量,对航空测试实验室信息的安全管理具有重要价值。
