Development of an Information-Based Leadership Evaluation Index System for School Management Teams:A Comprehensive Approach

In the context of educational informatization reform,there are many uncertain factors in the process of education development.To optimize the educational environment so that it can be effectively combined with information technology,teachers need to change their teaching ideas,strengthen the school’s own adaptability to informatization,and promote the development of informatization construction in schools.As a branch of information leadership,the management team should establish an evaluation index system for information leadership in order to ensure the construction of school informatization,so as to provide a boost for the integration of school resources and information technology.Based on the overview and connotation of information-based leadership of the management team,this paper explores the construction of an evaluation index system of information-based leadership of the school management team,aiming to provide references for the research of relevant personnel in the future.

Teaching Design of Tourism Management Based on Information-based Teaching Method:A Case Study of Selection of Hotel Construction Site

Taking the knowledge points of hotel construction site selection as an example,this paper integrated the information-based teaching method with traditional classrooms.With the aid of virtual reality(VR)technology,the information-based teaching can turn the abstract knowledge into vivid knowledge.Using the Rain Classroom platform,teachers can communicate with students in a better manner.Combined with the powerful spatial data analysis function of geographic information system(GIS)software,it is intended to provide new ideas and perspectives for the effective integration of traditional teaching classrooms and information technology,and effectively apply them to the practical teaching process.

Pricing Bermudan Option with Variable Transaction Costs under the Information-Based Model

The Bermudan option pricing problem with variable transaction costs is considered for a risky asset whose price process is derived under the information-based model. The price is formulated as the value function of an optimal stopping problem, which is the value function of a stochastic control problem given by a non-linear second order partial differential equation. The theory of viscosity solutions is applied to solve the stochastic control problem such that the value function is also the solution of the corresponding Bellman equation. Under some regularity assumptions, the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the pricing equation are derived by the application of the Perron method and Banach Fixed Point theorem.

PARALLEL INFORMATION-BASED COMPLEXITY OF NUMERICAL INTEGRATION ON SOBOLEV CLASS W_q^s(Ω)

This paper deals with the parallel information-based complexity of numerical integration on Sobolev class. We obtain tight bounds on the complexity, considered as a function of two variables simultaneously:the number of processors, the rquired precision. This result seems to be new even in serial case.

In this paper, the core competitiveness of enterprises in the information age and the far-reaching influence of a creative, sustainable growth on the development of enterprises are analyzed mainly from the information-based application in enterprise management and the influence of informatization and networking on enterprise management.

Information-based approach:Pricing of a credit risky asset in the presence of default time

We extend the information-based asset-pricing framework by Brody,Hughston&Macrina to incorporate a stochastic bankruptcy time for the writer of the asset.Our model introduces a non-defaultable cash flow Zr to be made at time T,alongside the time T of a possible bankruptcy of the writer of the asset are in line with the filtration generated by a Brownian random bridge with length v=T^T and pinning point ZT,where is a constant.Quantities Z and T are not necessarily independent.The model does not depend crucially on the interpretation of as a bankruptcy time.We derived the price process of the asset and compute the prices of associated options.The dynamics of the price process satisfy a diffusion equation.Employing the approach of P.-A.Meyer,we provide the explicit computation of the compensator of v.Leveraging special properties of the bridge process,we also provide the explicit expression of the compensator of Zr I(v,+o).The resulting conclusion highlights the totally inaccessible property of the stopping time v.This characteristic is particularly suitable for financial markets where the time of default of a writer cannot be predictable from any other signal in the system until default happens.

TRACTABILITY OF MULTIVARIATE INTEGRATION PROBLEM FOR PERIODIC CONTINUOUS FUNCTIONS

The authors study the tractability and strong tractability of a multivariate integration problem in the worst case setting for weighted 1-periodic continuous functions spaces of d coordinates with absolutely convergent Fourier series. The authors reduce the initial error by a factor ε for functions from the unit ball of the weighted periodic continuous functions spaces. Tractability is the minimal number of function samples required to solve the problem in polynomial in ε^-1 and d, and the strong tractability is the presence of only a polynomial dependence in ε^-1. This problem has been recently studied for quasi-Monte Carlo quadrature rules, quadrature rules with non-negative coefficients, and rules for which all quadrature weights are arbitrary for weighted Korobov spaces of smooth periodic functions of d variables. The authors show that the tractability and strong tractability of a multivariate integration problem in worst case setting hold for the weighted periodic continuous functions spaces with absolutely convergent Fourier series under the same assumptions as in Ref,[14] on the weights of the Korobov space for quasi-Monte Carlo rules and rules for which all quadrature weights are non-negative. The arguments are not constructive.

The Boltzmann Constant: Evaluation of Measurement Relative Uncertainty Using the Information Approach

The purpose of this work is to prove that only by applying a theoretically sound information approach to developing a model for measuring the Boltzmann constant, one can justify and calculate the value of the required relative uncertainty. A dimensionless parameter (comparative uncertainty) was proposed as a universal metric for comparing experimental measurements of Boltzmann constant and simulated data. Examples are given of applying the proposed original method for calculating the relative uncertainty in measuring the Boltzmann constant using an acoustic gas thermometer, dielectric constant gas thermometer, Johnson noise thermometer, Doppler broadening thermometer. The proposed approach is theoretically justified and devoid of the shortcomings inherent in the CODATA concept: a statistically significant trend, a cumulative value of consensus or a statistical control. We tried to show how a mathematical-expert formalism can be replaced by a simple, theoretically grounded postulate on the use of information theory in measurements.

From Transitions to Transformation: A Brief Review of the Potential Impacts of COVID-19 on Boosting Digitization, Digitalization, and Systems Thinking in the Built Environment

In a short time, during the early phases of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, we managed to shift rapidly to use digital technologies and replace some of our daily operations with virtual modes. This shift happened so instantly and widely that it enables us to argue that the COVID-19 became a valid reason to boost some of the gradual and ongoing transitions towards faster transformations. In this study, we use gray literature to delve into arguments around the boost for digitization, digitalization, and systems thinking in the development of the built environment. This is mostly discussed from the influence of COVID-19 on some of the existing practices or the business-as-usual of the built environment sector. From technological advancement to technology use, these arguments are put forward to discuss what is likely to be the major driver of technological adoption and the shifting paradigms that are yet to be revealed. The study concludes that the current push towards new directions and development pathways are likely to be widely accepted in a shorter time. The findings of this brief study feed into existing arguments on transformative pathways due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
