Under the background of the implementationof innovative construction in the country, the wholesociety is eager to have a large number of innovativeand entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, as a newera of higher education schools, students must payattention to students’ innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation in the practice of education. At present, manyuniversities in China have adopted the model of schoolenterprisecooperation in the practice of innovationand entrepreneurship education. The following is adiscussion of the feasibility and implementation of theimplementation of the school-enterprise cooperationtalent training model.

Exploration of the Training Mode of School-enterprise Collaborative AI Innovative Talents Based on PaddlePaddle

This paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)and Baidu(China)Co.,Ltd.as an example to build the Paddle Paddle(Sichuan)AI Education Innovation Center by enjoying the best of both UESTC and Baidu(China),and cooperating with 16 universities in Sichuan Province.With the support of this center,both the school and the enterprise successfully built a school-enterprise collaborative AI innovative talent training model,which mainly serves the universities,industries,and districts.Furthermore,this training model is able to facilitate the update of the industrial intelligence and the regional economic development in southwest China,and also provide a reference for deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration and the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information fields.

A Study on the Training Mode of Discipline-oriented Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents——Taking Agricultural,Forestry and Normal Universities as an Example

With the gradual expansion of the scale and enrollment of colleges and universities in China,the university education has changed from the elite education to the mass education. The decline of students' quality and the backwardness of the mode of cultivating talents in colleges and universities have resulted in the general low employability of college students and the prominent phenomenon of structural unemployment. Against a background of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship,colleges and universities should make timely adjustments to the major structure according to social development,cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and make the objectives and quality of talent training meet the needs of social development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,especially in agricultural and forestry,normal universities,this paper explores the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities to provide a reference for the training of specialized talents in different disciplines.

Comprehensive Construction of Innovative Talent Cultivating Model in Colleges and Universities

Innovation is the soul of progress of a nation and the first driving force for development.Building an innovative country is the core of the national development strategy,which requires a large number of talents with innovative consciousness and ability.Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents,while the cultivating model is related to the quality of innovative talents cultivation.From nine aspects,namely,disciplines,course systems,teaching methods,teacher staff,practical links,scientific and technological activities,innovation platforms,system guarantees,and party building,this study explained the construction of innovative talent cultivation model,so as to provide a certain reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.

Research on Talent Cultivation Model and Application Based on Mobile Cloud Learning Technology-Taking Innovative Talent Cultivation as an Example

Mobile cloud learning and innovation and entrepreneurship education are undoubtedly one of the hot issues in the current development of human resources and education. At present, domestic colleges and universities still lack the industrialization model and platform that apply theory to practice areas, and apply the new mobile cloud learning technology to the research and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship training.

Literature Reviews on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China

College students’innovation and entrepreneurship education has been widely concerned by the society in recent years.Many important research achievements have been made in the theory and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.A large number of articles on innovation and entrepreneurship education in China published in academic journals in the past 20 years were analyzed.These documents from different aspects discussed the basic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,curriculum setting,teaching syllabus,teacher training,talent training mode,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability training.Using literature research method and comparative research method,this paper mainly reviews the literature on the basic connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,the reform of talent training mode,cultivation of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability,so as to lay a foundation for further research on innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Exploration on Innovation of Entrepreneurship Education Mode Under the Visual Threshold of Engineering Education Specialty Authentication

In order to adapt to the rapid development of engineering education and the goal of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,practical ability and quality has become the core content of engineering education professional certification.This paper probes into the train of thought and evaluation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,expounds the reform direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode,and has certain significance for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of our country at the present stage.

应用型高校“双创”教育实践基地建设方略

高校“双创”教育实践基地是服务学生、服务教学的创新创业教育及实践软硬环境,其建设集人、项目、管理为一体,是增强大学生综合能力的重要教育环节,也是新时代培养创新型人才、构建创新型社会的重要载体。文章以应用型人才培养为视域,厘清应用型高校“双创”教育实践基地建设发展的现状、功能定位及发展困境,从确定有效目标、坚持开放发展、规范过程管理、有偿合理收费、实现特色发展等方面提出了提升基地建设及运行质量的基本理念,在此基础上从顶层设计、专创融合、校企协同、导师团队建设、创业资金、收费及使用模式、管理制度、管理服务体系等层面探索有效建设与发展路径。

创新创业教育概念发展与内涵探讨

创新创业教育作为一个学术概念存在20多年,作为一个政策概念也有10多年了,但“什么是创新创业教育”还不甚明了,影响创新创业教育进一步发展。从人才和教育两个维度作学术史梳理的基础上,指出“创造型人才”“创新人才”“创业人才”“创新创业人才”四者之间没有本质区别,都是探讨培养“什么样的好人才”来满足以经济建设为中心的社会主义初级阶段的现代化建设需要。受国内外因素影响,创新创业教育概念历经四个发展阶段。结合创新创业教育实践和跨学科人才培养实践,指出创新创业教育的本质内涵是跨学科教育,是一种有别于专业教育但又以专业教育为基础,采用跨学科的手段、方法和途径去培养具有一定跨学科素养,具备解决复杂科技问题和社会问题能力的人才培养活动。

欧洲高校人文社科类拔尖创新人才培养模式与启示

人文社科类拔尖创新人才既是创新的推动者也是引领者,其培养与选拔是建设创新型国家的关键。欧洲高校在培养人文社科类拔尖创新人才方面积累了丰富经验,通过多元融合的课程体系、探究-创新型教学模式、自主学习模式、双元培养机制和协同实践平台等做法,成功培养了大批创新人才。其培养模式呈现出未来导向、学研融合、校内外协同和培养质量保障体系纵横贯通等特点。借鉴欧洲高校的经验,我国应从制定人才选拔标准、构建人才培养生态、创设多学科学习平台、加强国际交流合作、建设评估体系五方面着手,构建具有中国特色的高质量人文社科类拔尖创新人才选拔与培养体系。

创新创业背景下“材料分析技术”课程教学改革与实践

“材料分析技术”是材料科学与工程专业的一门必修专业基础课程,具有很强的理论性、抽象性和实践性等特点。因此,对该课程的重要性进行介绍,并对教学过程中存在的理论教学抽象难懂、教学内容陈旧、学生缺乏动手实操机会、教学方式单一和考核评估方式不科学等5个方面的问题进行归纳总结。创新创业教育是推进高等教育综合改革的重要举措,教学团队以此为契机针对“材料分析技术”课程教学中存在的问题进行教学改革与实践。通过转变教学理念、优化教学内容、采用多模式教学、引入虚拟仿真实验、引导学生参与课外创新实践活动和采用多元化测试考核等方式开展教学改革。实践表明,该教学改革能够较好地完成课程教学目标,培养学生的创新思维能力,提高学生的实践动手能力,为学生的毕业设计、读研深造等后续科学研究打下坚实基础。

浙江大学医学生创新性实验项目的调查分析

大学生创新创业训练计划是高校教育教学改革的重要环节,也是高校深度融入国家创新体系的重要举措。文章就浙江大学医学部2020-2023级医学类专业本科教育阶段学生63人参与大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称大创项目)的情况进行了问卷调查。结果表明,该项目有助于提升医学学生的综合能力,包括发现问题与解决问题的能力(73.77%)、文献检索能力(80.33%)、实验操作能力(73.77%)、数据整理与分析能力(81.97%)、学术论文构思与写作能力(62.30%)和团队协作能力(75.41%)。大创项目的训练不仅有益于提高医学生的主动学习能力和热情,而且有利于提高医学生的科研创新能力和医学生的综合能力,同时获得学术产出。

新工科背景下土木工程专业人才创新创业教育新模式研究

深圳近四十年高速发展的事实已经表明,专业人才的创新创业是推动社会经济发展的生力军,是年轻人解决就业的大容池,是推动新兴产业高质量发展的内驱力。传统的创新创业教育整体方案存在着学科专业针对性不强、教育课程设计欠合理、创新创业教育专业程度不足等问题,难以符合时代对新工科背景下土木工程专业人才创新创业需求。该文针对工科学生特点,将个人表达能力,商业风险管控等其他与创业紧密相关的能力建设加入到创新创业教育的课程中来,提出建立一套包含“个人能力建设”“专业技能培养”及“标杆企业赋能”三者有机结合的创新创业课程新系统,以期最终形成以学科专业为基础,以解决工程痛点和社会需求为导向的土木工程学科创新创业教育的新思路。

园林专业学生创新创业能力培养探索

在“双创”背景下,高校大学生已成为创新创业的新生力量,推行创新创业教育可提高人才培养质量,促进高等教育科学发展。新农科背景下,综合型大学园林专业培养面向乡村振兴、服务“三农”的创新型和复合应用型高素质新农科人才,创新创业能力的培养模式和途径,可以从培养方案修订和课程教学大纲制定,教师自身能力提升和教学方法改革,实践教学和实践基地建设,开放实验室和指导参加各种竞赛项目,考核评价方式等教学环节等方面进行。

大学生创新创业能力评价体系构建与培养路径优化研究

对大学生创新创业能力结构的合理构成及其掌握程度的有效度量,不仅是大学生创新创业评价的内在要求,也是高校有效指导学生进行创新创业实践的客观需要。通过文献分析和专家访谈,提炼出大学生创新创业能力特征要素,基于可拓学理论,建立可拓物元模型,构建能力评价体系并加以验证。评价指标体系中,设置一级指标3个,二级指标12个,结合调查问卷开展实证研究,在此基础上对大学生创新创业能力培养策略进行分析,优化能力提升培养路径,为高校创新创业教育实践提供有价值的参考。
