Exploration of the Maturity Evaluation of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects Based on Computer Database Technology

The college innovation and entrepreneurship program is a powerful means to enhance students’innovation and entrepreneurship skills.Evaluating the maturity of innovation and entrepreneurship projects can stimulate students’enthusiasm and initiative to participate.Utilizing computer database technology for maturity evaluation can make the process more efficient,accurate,and convenient,aligning with the needs of the information age.Exploring strategies for applying computer database technology in the maturity evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects offers valuable insights and directions for developing these projects,while also providing strong support for enhancing students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.

Construction of an Evaluation Index System for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges from Students’Perspective

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an essential content in the current teaching of colleges and universities and an important driving force to promote students’employment.Currently,colleges and universities continue to strengthen the innovation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,and the construction of the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is lagging.The evaluation system is an important evaluation standard for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and the basis for educational innovation,which is also a critical part of teaching that requires attention.This paper takes the construction of the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges as the research goal and understands the function of innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation as well as the evaluation principle through the literature analysis method.It also analyzes the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching from students’perspective to provide an effective reference for the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.

Reflection on Classroom Teaching Innovation Triggered by Non-Engfish Majors＇ Evaluation on Chinese and Foreign Instructor＇s Pedagogies

Non-English majors＇ evaluation on teachers is a vital way to get feedback of English language classroom teaching and learning. This paper reports on a study which used a discourse-analytic approach to look into the existing problems in English classroom teaching at undergraduates＇ level. The ways of searching solutions for the problems are also discussed.

Multi-Suitability Evaluation of Cultivated Land in Houhu Farm Area Based on GIS and Niche-Fitness

The niche-fitness and limited factors of rice, wheat, cotton and rape inHouhu Farm area of Jianghan Plain are analyzed by weighted average model and limited factor model.The niche-fitness theory and GIS are applied to the research on multi-suitability evaluation. Thehigh values of the niche-fitness (the maximum is 0.958) indicate that the environmental conditionsbasically meet the requirements of crops in the area. Suitability evaluation of single crop showsthat the degrees of suitability are satisfactory. Comprehensive suitability evaluation shows thatthe acreage for grade 1 (highly suitable for cultivation) accounts for 18.16% of the totalcultivated land area, whereas the acreage for grade 3 (critically suitable) and grade 4 (unsuitable)only for 8.9%. The main factors limiting the potential land productivity are cation exchangecapacity (CEC), available phosphorus content and accessibility level of road.

Measurement and Evaluation of Efficiency of Regional Technical Innovation Jiangsu Province

The target system was built to evaluate the efficiency of technical innovation for 13 cities and three regions in Jiangsu province based on the data envelopment analysis. This paper comparatively analyzed the efficiency of innovation and scaling return for each region in Jiangsu province. The projection analysis on production frontier face for inefficient regions was also performed. Evolving rules and regional difference of technical innovation system of Jiangsu province were explored. Some important results and suggestion were obtained.

Study on Evaluation Indicators of Agricultural Science and Technology Project Based on the Perspective of Innovation——Case in Basic Research Project

Firstly,the related theories about agricultural science and technology innovation and project approval evaluation are combed and summarized. By combining application and finish books of science and technology support plan project in agricultural field of Ministry of Science and Technology with stronger innovation,case analysis and expert interview are conducted. Evaluation indexes of agricultural science and technology project based on innovation value are proposed initially,and there are 50 initial indexes. After that,via focus group talk,qualitative research is conducted to further adjust innovative evaluation indexes,and 50 initial indexes are deleted to 41. The importance of the 41 indexes is scored by the experts,and index screening and classification are conducted by verification factor analysis in structural equation model. It not only obtains index classification but also finds action mechanism among innovation demand,innovation mode,research thinking,treatment method of difficulty,and predicted risk. The research could straighten up ideas of project review experts in agricultural field and provide reference for applicant designing project.

Evaluation and Comparison of Marine Sci-tech Innovation Ability of 11 Coastal Provinces in China: A Case Study of Guangdong

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.

Construction and Research of Evaluation Indicator System for Technological Innovation Performance

In view of sci-tech innovation and innovation-driving requirements of Chinese President Xi Jinping,it is necessary to establish a complete evaluation indicator system for technological innovation performance in Guizhou Province,to accurately evaluate development situation of technological innovation in Guizhou Province,promote close connection of science and technology with economy,and boost rapid development of national economy. In Guizhou Province,there is still no complete evaluation indicator system for technological innovation performance, so it is impossible to comprehensively reflect its technological innovation situation. On the basis of analyzing regional technological innovation and development of Guizhou Province,this paper presents evaluation principles,analysis framework and evaluation methods and gives countermeasures and recommendations for evaluation indicator system for technological innovation performance in Guizhou Province.

Evaluation for Innovation Ability of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks in Jiangxi Province

Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.

Dynamic time-varying evaluation on enterprise technological innovation

This paper describes a dynamic time-varying evaluation system based on set-valued statistics to eliminate the interference of subjective factors of multiple experts in evaluating enterprise technological innovation.This method is applied to evaluating three enterprises in the same industry but at a different phase regarding the status of technological innovation,using four evaluation indexes,namely talents,environment,capability and achievements of technological innovation.The obtained reasonable evaluation results deomstrate the viability of this method.

Secondary relative evaluations on regional technology innovation capability in SMEs

According to this problem that every regional technology innovation of SMEs and innovation environment are different, the method on secondary relative evaluation to measure the innovation capability of SMEs in 9 provinces and 3 municipalities is developed in this paper. First the Fuzzy Integral Comprehensive Evaluation is adopted to measure the comprehensive index states of technological innovation of SMEs in different regions, and then the BCC model in Data Envelopment Analysis is used to calculate the secondary relative evaluation of regional technology innovation capability in SMEs, so that this method not only settles the relevance between indexes influencing regional technology innovation capability of SMEs, but also eliminates the influence of objective basic condition, and then provides bases for every region to make out policies and rules on technological innovation of SMEs and for enterprise to establish relevant strategy of technological innovation.

Research on the Evaluation of the Enterprise＇s Technology Innovation Capability

With the fast development of technology and the fierce market competition, technology innovation has been put on firm agenda to each enterprise＇s success. Under this circumstance, how to improve the innovation capability of enterprise is very important. Meanwhile, how to evaluate the enterprise＇s innovation capability becomes a key point. This paper analyses the content of enterprise＇s innovation capability based on the innovation process. A set of evaluation index systems of enterorise＇s innovation capability have also been given out.

Will Performance Evaluation Boost SOE Innovation?

There are two opposing views over the necessity of privatization for SOEs. While some believe that privatization is the only solution to SOE inefficiency, others contend that privatization will lead to serious loss of state assets without resolving the problem. This paper examined how performance evaluation system contributed to the innovation and profitability of central SOEs after the implementation of the revised Interim Measures for Assessment of the Operational Performance of Persons in Charge of Central Enterprises in 2009. Using this revision as a natural experiment, this paper conducted a difference-indifference analysis and discovered a significant improvement in the innovation of central SOEs after the implementation of the new policy as compared with private firms not affected by this system. Moreover, the revised performance evaluation system significantly improved the marginal contribution of innovation to corporate value. The above test result indicates that SOEs may become more efficient solely by altering executive incentives without privatization. In this sense, privatization may not be the only solution to SOE inefficiency. This paper offers theoretical insights on the controversies regarding SOE privatization and helps enrich relevant literature on corporate incentives and innovation.

Evaluation Means Innovation in ELT:The Experience of the Algerian School

Evaluation is a natural activity that is not directly connected to teaching alone.It is a response to the emerging attitudes and understanding of others towards us.Evaluation has become an intrinsic part of the teaching/learning processes because it provides much information for management of the classroom practice,the planning of courses,and the handling of both the learning tasks and the students.Evaluation is a criterion to develop the level of proficiency of English language teaching(ELT).All the contributing items to the teaching/learning processes must be subjected to close scrutiny early.Therefore,evaluation as an overall system pilots the pool of items in education so as to arrive at a decision to what might be suitable or unsuitable for learners.This article is to explore the relationships between evaluation,innovation in the teaching/learning processes,as well as the evaluation areas of emphasis and some of the procedures that are used in ELT.The experience of the Algerian school is given as an example of necessity of evaluation to meet both the learners’needs and to respond to current requirements.

Research on the Internal Talent Training Path and Performance Evaluation Mechanism of New R&D Institutions in Zhejiang Province

New research and development(R&D)institutions are an important part of the national innovation system,playing an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,new R&D institutions have gradually become the driving force of innovation-driven development in China.Taking new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper studies the internal talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province by using the literature research method,comparison method,case verification method,and other methods.The investigation results show that there are problems such as lack of material and spiritual support and neglect of the absorption of local talents in the internal talent training,and there are problems such as unclear standards,insufficient data,and opaque processes in the performance evaluation mechanism,which greatly affect the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation mechanism.Given the above problems,this paper puts forward a forward-looking,oriented,flexible,and compatible talent training path and performance evaluation mechanism,hoping to optimize the effective internal talent training path of new R&D institutions,improve the evaluation performance,and promote healthy development of new R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province.

To Evaluate of the Self-dependent Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in Shaanxi Province

For an enterprise, what is important is to have the self-dependent innovation ability so that it can en- hance the core competence unceasingly and acquire sustainable competitive advantages. In this paper, the indi- cator system of the self-dependent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shaanxi province is constructed, in which includes 4 one-level indicators and 13 two-level indicators; and conducts empirical re- search by applying the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Innovation Design Method for Electronic Consuming Products Figures Based on TRIZ

This Paper presents a valid innovation design method for electronic consuming products figures. Using the technology evaluation principle in TRIZ （theory of inventive problem solving） theory as a powerful tool, combined with consumer psychology and relevant knowledge on products modeling methodology, evolution patterns and evolution paths of electronic consuming products figures have been explored. Moreover a set of regulations working for figures innovation design is established.

Cultivation of Innovation Ability of Students in the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering from the Perspective of Engineering Professional Certification

Cultivating the top-notch innovative talents is an essential task for connotative construction of higher education.As an applicationoriented discipline,the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability of college students.For a long time,however,the discipline education has problems of the inverted teaching subject position,weak coordination ability and single practice mode.The support for the cultivation of innovation ability is weak and ineffective.Therefore,in the context of professional certification of engineering education,it is necessary to make reform of traditional education mode and improve the carrier support and target acquisition taking the Outcomes-based Education(OBE)as guide,the innovation ability cultivation as objective,to provide effective guarantee for cultivation of the top-notch talents.These have become issues that should not be ignored in the development of the Discipline of Food Science and Engineering.

An Innovation of an Academic Cloud Computing Service

Despite the popularity of cloud computing services, few studies have investigated academic cloud computing services. This study explored the innovation of an academic cloud, the Ming Chuan University Cloud System (MCUCS). A cloud computing service provides numerous benefits to an organization. We conducted a comprehensive review and observation of MCUCS and identified 8 benefits for teachers and 10 for students. Teachers and students agreed that MCUCS consistently provided a service that improved their performance. The most beneficial features of MCUCS were its high usage and user satisfaction. Between April 2010 and April 2012, the usage exceeded 878 300 events. Overall student satisfaction with MCUCS was 79.2%, and teacher satisfaction was 86%. We concluded that MCUCS provides a good model of an academic cloud computing service and a high qualified system.
