Institue Straumann种植体修复19例慢性牙周炎患者牙列缺损的效果观察

目的探讨Institue Straumann口腔牙种植体修复19例慢性牙周炎患者牙列缺损的临床效果。方法19例慢性牙周炎患者,综合牙周治疗,病情稳定后,采用ITI Straumann种植体修复牙列缺损31颗,4～6个月后固定修复。记录治疗前、术后半年、1、2、3年探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)和治疗前后患者满意度变化,观察3年种植体存留率。结果 PD治疗前和术后半年、1、2、3年分别是(5.56±1.02)、(3.01±0.95)、(2.67±0.42)、(2.48±0.39)和(2.27±0.32)mm,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GI治疗前、术后半年、1、2、3年分别是(0.92±0.29)、(0.94±0.33)、(0.96±0.28)、(0.97±0.31)、(0.98±0.29)mm,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总体满意(5.87±0.86)∶(9.27±1.36)mm、美观功能(5.44±1.29)∶(8.75±2.21)、舒适功能(4.39±1.42)∶(9.38±3.36)、语言功能(9.31±2.46)∶(9.54±2.49)、咀嚼功能(6.73±2.34)∶(8.83±2.45)和固位功能(5.38±1.13)∶(7.23±1.27)的满意度治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。种植体3年留存率93.55%。结论 Institue Straumann种植体修复慢性牙周炎患者牙列缺损具有较好的临床效果。
