Assessment of Intangible Losses in Earthquake Engineering

In order to find optimum design parameters in earthquake engineering, an objective function is optimized. This function comprises the initial cost of a structure and the cost due to the damage of earthquakes. Intangible losses may be included in the latter, such as how much society is willing to invest to preserve a human life. In this paper, the expression of the objective function is developed in terms of the seismic design coefficient, and the aforementioned intangible loss is calculated from both the individual point of view and that of society. The calculation of the intangible is based on utility curves. Finally, optimum seismic design coefficients are calculated for a firm ground site.

Research on the Design of Innovative Play Blind Box Based on AR Digital Technology Empowering Traditional Intangible Cultural Heritage

The development of science and technology,especially the rise of augmented reality(AR)technology provides a new way for the inheritance and innovation of traditional intangible cultural heritage.Based on the design and research of the tide play blind box of AR digital technology empowering traditional intangible cultural heritage,this paper discusses the application and feasibility of AR technology in the traditional intangible cultural heritage,analyzes the strategy of implementing AR technology empowering intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the challenges that may be faced,aiming at providing new ideas and methods for traditional intangible cultural heritage and modern science and technology.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Construction of Intelligent Recommendation Retrieval Model of FuJian Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Archives Resources

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

On ecological inheritance construction of intangible cultural heritage in era of intellectual media

It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time. Therefore, the communication ecology of intangible cultural heritage could be established as a new approach of inheritance via all sorts of intelligent technologies, so as to promote Chinese cultural soft power and enhance our national image in the long run.

The Dissemination of Intangible Cultural Heritage Along Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Based on Encoding/Decoding Theory

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal carries a wealth of Chinese cultural symbols,showing the lifestyle and wisdom of working people through ages.The preservation and inheritance of its intangible cultural heritage can help to evoke cultural memories and cultural identification of the Canal and build cultural confidence.This paper applies Stuart Hall’s encoding/decoding theory to analyze the dissemination of intangible heritage tourism culture.On the basis of a practical study of the villages along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,this paper analyses the problems in the transmission of its intangible cultural heritage and proposes specific methods to solve them in four processes,encoding,decoding,communication,and secondary encoding,in order to propose references for the transmission of intangible heritage culture at home and abroad.

Trend, Mechanism and Path: Analysis of the Integrated Development of Henan Intangible Cultural Heritage and Tourist Industry with Digital Empowerment

Up till now,Henan has established a relatively perfect Intangible Cultural Heritage listing system and protection system,which lays a foundation for the digitalization of Intangible Cultural Heritage.Meanwhile,Henan has vigorously carried out research on the activation of digital Intangible Cultural Heritage,resulting in improving the capabilities of digital application of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Pricing and Valuation of Intangible Assets

Intangible assets are parts of the companies＇ balance sheet, but given their intangible nature, they cannot be qualified as financial assets as other incomes can be. Therefore, the valuation, even if reflected in accounting reports, is far from objective, and each company considers it in accordance with their sectors or auditors. Auditors, consultants, and business schools are developing alternative tools for measuring these assets, but there is not a consensus formula that quantifies the business value of intangibles. In recent years, communication analysts and consultants have developed brand valuation and reputation methodologies, which are starting to have a relative weight in business management. The proposed research work is a review of the current methodologies of reputation valuation as a starting point for creating a reference model formula for the valuation of intangibles that provide professionals and experts in the field with a worldwide recognized tool.

Protection and Development of Rural Intangible Cultural Heritages in Shaanxi Province,China

The significance of protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages was elaborated from the perspectives of rural harmonious culture,rural cultural innovation and rural cultural industry.Based on these analyses,the present protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi was illustrated.In the end,all-dimensional countermeasures covering government,inheritors,NGO and the public were proposed for the effective protection and rational development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi Province.

Local Transfer of Surplus Labors and Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritages in Fenghuang County of West Hunan Province,China

The significance of local transfer of surplus rural labors in regions of minorities for the protection of intangible cultural heritages was discussed from 3 perspectives:definition of intangible cultural heritages,significance of protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages,and the role of local transfer of surplus rural labors in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages.By taking Fenghuang County(Phoenix County)in west Hunan Province for an example,local transfer of surplus rural labor forces was proposed,and it was suggested that such a transfer could be realized from the following aspects:promoting industrialization of agriculture,developing tourism industry in rural regions of minorities,supporting rural labors to start their own business,attracting university graduates to return to their hometowns for founding their own undertakings.Moreover,relevant strategies were elaborated to increase income of rural residents,guarantee the efficient inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritages in regions of minorities.

Study on the Integration of Tourism Industry and Intangible Cultural Heritage—A Case Study of the Core Blackland in the Cold Region,Suihua City of China

Integration,innovation and mutual promotion of intangible cultural heritage and tourism development were studied from the perspective of industrial integration.Suihua City,the core blackland in the cold region,was taken for an example to discuss feasibility and necessity of integrating intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry by analyzing its natural geographical characteristics and intangible cultural heritage.Patterns of such integration were analyzed from 4 aspects:tourism in location regions of intangible cultural heritage,development of tourist souvenirs,festival tourism,dynamic tourism of intangible cultural heritage.Suggestions were given for the integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry in Suihua City,further exploration and innovation of intangible cultural heritage valued to create brand effects,guiding and protective role of government stressed.

Rural Tourism Development Theory and Practice of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rural Minority Areas of Sichuan Province,China——A Case Study of Kasidawen in Heishui County,Aba Prefecture of Sichuan

Researches on tourism development of intangible cultural heritage were introduced,and market gaps in the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage in ruralminority areas of China were proposed.On the basis of investigation and interview about Kasidawen in Heishui County the author participated in,a National-level Intangible Cultural Heritage,interview and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study,and the following problems were concluded:tourists having only limited knowledge about tourism development of Kasidawen;multilayered demands of tourist market;intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province as a whole is not widely-known because of insufficient publicity;tourists preferring tourism products that they participated in.Characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Heishui County were summarized as strong national characteristics and unique cultural heritage,on the basis of which the "Kasidawen-based" Tourism Development Mode was proposed to change its present condition of "having only natural landscapes but no cultural connotation",and improve the cultural taste and level of tourism development in Heishui County,by arranging cultural functions and industries from the perspectives of both hardware and software facilities,and taking other types of resources as the supplement,useful theoretical references were given for rural tourism development of intangible cultural heritage inminority areas of China.

Measure the Unmeasurable？ Intangible Assets as the Major Strategic Keys of Enterprises, Their Contribution, Difficulties and Proposals for Reliable Financial Statements

It is a common belief, for the last two decades, that we can observe the transformation of the intemational economy, from industrial to knowledge economy. In a continuous changing economy, the main advantage the companies have is not the buildings, the machines, the trucks, or the total equipment. The strategic key of a company today is the capital that cannot be copied easily, that is not disclosed and is not tangible, the intellectual capital of the company. The intangible assets can be characterized as those without physical appearance and the value of which is limited by the rights and anticipative benefits that possession confers upon the owner. The expansion of companies into foreign markets presupposes the aggregation of financial information that includes non-homogeneous elements. The purpose of this paper is to examine the framework of identification, as well as the disclosure requirements of brand names as they have been set by several articles of Commercial Law and recognized by professional accounting institutions. Emphasis will be given to analyzing existing accounting recognition and measurement, and proposals worldwide. In conclusion, this study indicates the accounting problems of definition, measurement, and disclosure of the majority of these intangible assets to users of financial statements of the company. Despite all the difficulties, this property of the company must in some way be measured and disclosed to lead to more reliable financial statements. The proposals of this paper, will help the accounting community to solve this major problem.

Exploitation and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Landscape Reconstruction of Abandoned Quarry Pit—A Case Study of Landscape Reconstruction of Quarry Pit in Xiaosi’ao Scenic Area of Xinchang County

Through the study on landscape reconstruction of abandoned quarry pits in mountainous area of Jiangzhe District, it was pointed out that it was of not only practical significance but also ecological significance of sustainable development to some extent, to scientifically and rationally rebuild and exploit abandoned quarry pits and to create new landscape, so that their landscape value and environmental benefit would entirely improve and that culture would be inherited and developed by making use of overt cultural fragments.

Analysis of structural characteristics and spatial distribution of the national intangible cultural heritage in China and its policy implications

Based on an investigation of four published batches listing 3, 140 national intangible cultural heritage(ICH) projects in China and using GIS and some quantitative analysis methods, the spatial structure was investigated and the characteristics and distribution discussed. The distribution of ICHs in China is agglomerative and spatially dependent. From the view of ICH type, each type is distributed in different places, for different reasons, with history being the most important one we found. Nationwide, high-density cores are located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region. High densities of ICH are concentrated in flat, water-rich regions where broad-leaved forests dominate plains and low mountain areas-areas that have fertile soil, pleasant weather, a long history of culture, ethnic agglomeration, and development. This paper suggests that development of the ICH should be based on discovering unknown items, to break the existing pattern of strong cohesion and high density, and to seek a balanced development of the whole.

On Development of Leisure Tourism Products of Intangible Cultural Heritages in Wuxi City

Based upon the brief introduction of the concept of intangible cultural heritage and the relationship between intangible culture and leisure market,the current situation and existing problems of leisure tourism products of Wuxi City are analyzed.The article points out that there are 5 types of leisure products in Wuxi City including scenic spots,natural landscape,urban leisure,rural biological leisure as well as cultural leisure.As for problems of single structure of leisure products,lack of participation and culture,monotonous and unreasonably expensive night travel products,incomplete facilities for certain products,and weak consumption ability,some relevant propositions on leisure tourism products of Wuxi City from the angle of intangible cultural heritage are made,emphasizing to take advantage of the various forms of leisure products in order to enhance the cultural connotation of the present leisure products,add charm to night travel,and boost leisure consumption.

Research on the Adaptability of Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Based on ANP

In this paper, the mathematical model is introduced to make quantitative research into the microcosmic level. The adaptive measure model of textile intangible cultural heritage protection based on ANP is constructed and the adaptability of the protection is scientifically judged. The paper uses the super decisions to calculate the index weight and divide the rating standard, and selects the protection path according to the evaluation result. Then it can realize the dynamic adjustment of the textile intangible cultural heritage protection path and improve the effectiveness of the protection.

Analysis of Appraising Agricultural Intangible Asset Value by Cost Method

On the basis of describing the connotation of agricultural intangible asset and cost method,the technical ideas of appraising by cost method are introduced.The article analyzes the advantages(simple appraisal principle and easy to understand and grasp;overall consideration of various factors related to appraisal result value) and disadvantages(high appraisal cost;difficult to appraise and grasp various appraisal factors) of appraising by cost method.The article also summarizes the precondition of appraising by cost method:it is applicable to appraise the agricultural intangible asset which can be reproduced and afresh developed.Based on the cognition of agricultural intangible asset and the relevant rules of Ministry of Finance on appraisal of intangible asset by using cost method,the model of appraising agricultural intangible asset by cost method is constructed.That is:agricultural intangible asset value = replacement cost of agricultural intangible asset ×newness rate + opportunity cost of agricultural intangible asset.Determine and analyze parameters of the model,in order to offer references for appraisers to appraise agricultural intangible asset value more reasonably.
