By using MATLAB, the position of hydraulic cylinder has been optim...Dynamic analysis of scissor hydraulic lift platform has been performed to invest/gate the key factors which determine size and shape of the platfolan. By using MATLAB, the position of hydraulic cylinder has been optimized to reduce jacking force of piston and the whole system. Thus structure deformation decreases which is beneficial to control accuracy. Additionally, a new proportion integration differentiation (PID) control mode based on BP neural network has been developed to improve the stability and accuracy for the pasitio^L control in this system. Compared with existing PID tuning meth~~ls and fuzzy self-adjusted PID controllers, the proposed back propagation (BP) based PID controller can achieve better performance for a wide range of complex processes and realize self-tuning of parameters. It was confirmed that the performance of the lift platform regarding the force variation and position accuracy was greatly enhanced by optimizing of the system both in structure and control. Considerable economic benefit can also be achieved thrangh the application of this intelligent PID system.展开更多
Two limitations of current integrity measurement architectures are pointed out: (1) a reference value is required for every measured entity to verify the system states, as is impractical however; (2) malicious us...Two limitations of current integrity measurement architectures are pointed out: (1) a reference value is required for every measured entity to verify the system states, as is impractical however; (2) malicious user can forge proof of inexistent system states. This paper proposes a trustworthy integrity measurement architecture, BBACIMA, through enforcing behavior-based access control for trusted platform module (TPM). BBACIMA introduces a TPM reference monitor (TPMRM) to ensure the trustworthiness of integrity measurement. TPMRM enforces behavior-based access control for the TPM and is isolated from other entities which may be malicious. TPMRM is the only entity manipulating TPM directly and all PCR (platform configuration register) operation requests must pass through the security check of it so that only trusted processes can do measurement and produce the proof of system states. Through these mechanisms malicious user can not enforce attack which is feasible in current measurement architectures.展开更多
As a starting point in equipment manufacturing,sawing plays an important role in industrial production.Intelligent manufacturing equipment is an important carrier of intelligent manufacturing technologies.Due to the b...As a starting point in equipment manufacturing,sawing plays an important role in industrial production.Intelligent manufacturing equipment is an important carrier of intelligent manufacturing technologies.Due to the backwardness of intelligent technology,the comprehensive performance of sawing equipments in China is obviously different from that in foreign countries.State of the art of advanced sawing equipments is investigated along with the technical bottleneck of sawing machine tool manufacturing,and a new industrial scheme of replacing turning-milling by sawing is described.The key technologies of processing-measuring integrated control,multi-body dynamic optimization,the collaborative sawing network framework,the distributed cloud sawing platform,and the self-adapting service method are analyzed;with consideration of the problems of poor processing control stableness,low single machine intelligence level,no on-line processing data service and active flutter suppression of sawing with wide-width and heavy-load working conditions.Suggested directions for further research,industry implementation,and industry-research collaboration are provided.展开更多
