Exploration of Teaching and Education: Integration of Sports and Medicine in Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Based on the concept and definition of“integration of sports and medicine,”this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration,where it lacks innovative physical education curriculum content and physical education teachers with conventional medical professional knowledge;in addition,physical education disciplines with medical characteristics are not highlighted.Therefore,relevant measures are put forward for reference and discussion.

Teaching Research and Effect Observation on the Integration of Clinical Medicine Integrated Course and Ideological and Political Elements from the Perspective of“Sanquan Education”

Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.”

Research on the Reform Path of Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Physical Education Integration

With the pace of reform and development of quality education and teaching,the concepts and models of education and teaching in colleges and universities should be updated and adjusted in a timely manner.It is necessary to cultivate students with moral character,and to cultivate and guide students from all aspects such as moral,intellectual,physical,artistic,and labor,so that students’abilities and skills in all aspects can be significantly improved.At the same time,colleges and universities should also emphasize the guidance of physical education,continuously deepen and reform physical education,and fully integrate the concept of physical education integration into it.However,in the specific implementation process,the teaching concepts are old and traditional,and the teaching guidance model lacks rationality,etc.,resulting in unsatisfactory teaching effects in physical education classrooms.Based on this,colleges and universities should promptly reform and innovate the existing physical education teaching model based on the actual situation,and implement the concept of integrating sports and education into every teaching guidance segment to truly achieve the reform and development goals of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and contribute to the development of sports.

Research on the Reform of“Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing”Teaching Based on the Concept of Outcome-Based Education

Continuously evolving teaching concepts and the adoption of diverse teaching methods have led to outcome-oriented education becoming a fundamental focus of teaching reform in colleges and universities.In this article,the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing”course is used as an example to discuss the reform of education based on the concept of outcome-based education,with the purpose of improving students'learning outcomes and practical skills.

Development of Specialized Courses and Establishment of Teaching Materials in Nursing of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the promotion and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pace of TCM nursing work has been accelerated in nationwide,and a group of integrated Chinese and western medicine nurses have been cultivated preliminarily. However,professional nurses of integrated Chinese and western medicine are still deficient extremely. The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes.

Trends in leadership at orthopaedic surgery sports medicine fellowships

BACKGROUND Fellowship directors(FDs)in sports medicine influence the future of trainees in the field of orthopaedics.Understanding the characteristics these leaders share must be brought into focus.For all current sports medicine FDs,our group analyzed their demographic background,institutional training,and academic experience.AIM To serve as a framework for those aspiring to achieve this position in orthopaedics and also identify opportunities to improve the position.METHODS Fellowship programs were identified using both the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America Sports Medicine Fellowship Directories.The demographic and educational background data for each FD was gathered via author review of current curriculum vitae(CVs).Any information that was unavailable on CV review was gathered from institutional biographies,Scopus Web of Science,and emailed questionnaires.To ensure the collection of as many data points as possible,fellowship program coordinators,orthopaedic department offices and FDs were directly contacted via phone if there was no response via email.Demographic information of interest included:Age,gender,ethnicity,residency/fellowship training,residency/fellowship graduation year,year hired by current institution,time since training completion until FD appointment,length in FD role,status as a team physician and H-index.RESULTS Information was gathered for 82 FDs.Of these,97.5%(n=80)of the leadership were male;84.15%(n=69)were Caucasian,7.32%(n=6)were Asian-American,2.44%(n=2)were Hispanic and 2.44%(n=2)were African American,and 3.66%(n=3)were of another race or ethnicity.The mean age of current FDs was 56 years old(±9.00 years),and the mean Scopus H-index was 23.49(±16.57).The mean calendar years for completion of residency and fellowship training were 1996(±15 years)and 1997(±9.51 years),respectively.The time since fellowship training completion until FD appointment was 9.77 years.17.07%(n=14)of FDs currently work at the same institution where they completed residency training;21.95%(n=18)of FDs work at the same institution where they completed fellowship training;and 6.10%(n=5)work at the same institution where they completed both residency and fellowship training.Additionally,69.5%(n=57)are also team physicians at the professional and/or collegiate level.Of those that were found to currently serve as team physicians,56.14%(n=32)of them worked with professional sports teams,29.82%(n=17)with collegiate sports teams,and 14.04%(n=8)with both professional and collegiate sports teams.Seven residency programs produced the greatest number of future FDs,included programs produced at least three future FDs.Seven fellowship programs produced the greatest number of future FDs,included programs produced at least four future FDs.Eight FDs(9.75%)completed two fellowships and three FDs(3.66%)finished three fellowships.Three FDs(3.66%)did not graduate from any fellowship training program.The Scopus H-indices for FDs are displayed as ranges that include 1 to 15(31.71%,n=26),15 to 30(34.15%,n=28),30 to 45(20.73%,n=17),45 to 60(6.10%,n=5)and 60 to 80(3.66%,n=3).Specifically,the most impactful FD in research currently has a Scopus H-index value of 79.By comparison,the tenth most impactful FD in research had a Scopus H-index value of 43(accessed December 1,2019).CONCLUSION This study provides an overview of current sports medicine FDs within the United States and functions as a guide to direct initiatives to achieve diversity equality.

青少年体质健康监测政策协同的域外经验与启示

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,围绕青少年体质健康监测政策协同展开研究,从美国的市场化与多元主体协同体系,日本的政府主导与家庭、学校、社区联合监测模式以及俄罗斯新版“劳卫制”下的政策协同与组织过程保障模式中得到启示。研究认为,青少年体质健康监测政策协同具有主体多元、政府主导、过程渐进、效果有限等时代特征,应在“社会-学校-国家”关系视角下协同推进体医融合,培育核心素养。在社会层面促进多元主体参与,跨部门推动体医融合政策协同;在学校层面以“教学-监测”双循环同向发力培育核心素养;在国家层面优化制度设计,引入“政府主导-市场监督-家长监督”全监督链条,构建管理创新机制,推动青少年体质健康监测政策协同。

人口老龄化背景下体育消费的健康效应——基于全国消费大数据的实证证据

基于健康资本需求理论将体育消费视作一种健康投资,提出个体体育消费的增长可降低其医疗消费支出的假设;采用2018—2021年全国消费大数据,实证检验个体体育消费的健康效应。结果显示,体育消费占个体年度总消费的比例每提高1个单位,医疗消费占个体年度总消费的比例降低0.203个单位。新冠病毒感染疫情对体育消费的健康效应有所抑制但依然显著。进一步分析表明,体育消费的健康效应对35岁及以上人群的影响会随着年龄的增长明显增强,对65岁及以上老龄人口的影响效果最为突出。认为:在应对人口老龄化和医疗负担增加等重大挑战时,需要加快普及对体育消费的健康效应认知,大力促进全人群体育消费。

何以补齐中小学体育教师资源短板?——基于深化体教融合典型实践的多案例分析

基于5个典型案例,依据资源依赖理论聚焦体育教师资源、组织结构关系和效能提升3个主题及其相互内在关联因素,归纳出市场运行机制、校际合作机制、政社合作机制、政策支持机制和行动补给机制5种补齐普通中小学体育教师资源短板的适配机制。体育、教育等行政组织及普通中小学、体校、青少年体育俱乐部等组织形成恰适性治理逻辑、网络化治理格局和互补型治理方式的组织结构关系,实现对国家深化体教融合等顶层设计的政策创新、满足参与行动组织资源诉求和学校体育教育资源再生的目标。以此为导向构建更具包容性的补齐中小学体育教师资源短板的理论模型,以及多种机制共存的学校体育资源供给路径。

“体教融合”视域下青少年运动员培养中家庭融合的困境及化解路径

党的十八大以来,随着“体教融合”等系列青少年体育纲领性政策的颁布及实施,家庭力量更深融入青少年运动员培养是一个必然趋势,而家庭协同参与所面临的诸多现实困境,成为制约“体教”深度融合的关键因素。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法,对“体教融合”发展中家庭融合所面临的困境及化解路径进行探究。认为家庭在青少年运动员培养中的角色定位是运动员生源基础的储备者、运动员全面发展的保障者、运动员发展资源的协同者、运动员竞技训练风险的应对者和运动员权益保障的监督者。家庭主动理念和主体认同的缺失、家庭自主能力的不足和家庭利益诉求的受阻是其融于青少年运动员培养体系所面临的主要困境。化解以上困境的关键路径是强化家庭融合角色、塑造传统家庭育人文化、创建家庭参与制度、建设家庭融合智慧平台、设立家庭组织机构,从而提高家庭融入青少年运动员培养的自主与协同治理能力。

体育运动学校何以由“危”转“机”?——基于多案例分析

以湖北省京山市网球学校、浙江省长兴县体校、内蒙古巴彦淖尔市体校等3个兼顾不同类型、区域、层级的体育运动学校(以下简称“体校”)为案例,分析体校由“危”转“机”的实践过程、运行机制和实现效果。基于体校“何以陷入危机、何以寻找机遇、何以走出困境”的实践逻辑,发现体校在从多元项目向特色项目转型,从传统模式向多元模式转型,从被动接纳向能力拓展转型的过程中,探索了以集约优势资源、建立灵活机制和提升办学能力为关键举措的改革路径。基于“危机—成效—机制”的理论逻辑,发现体校以“能人”治理和柔性治理,形成自下而上推动改革的驱动力;以纵向贯通和横向合作的组织结构改革,建立能力驱动及互动开放的驱动模式,形成体校由“危”转“机”的核心力;最终,通过资源融合和目标融合,实现体校的组织功能整合迭代,形成体校由“危”转“机”的竞争力。据此,建议从补齐政策短板、优化资源配置和强化内部治理等方面推动体校改革与发展。

博弈论视域下体教融合的现实困境、选择逻辑及实施路径

体教融合是促进青少年健康发展的重要途径和历史选择。运用文献资料等方法,梳理出体教融合发展中体育系统和教育系统所处的现实困境,从博弈论的视角分析体教融合合作中“体教双方”的选择逻辑,找到造成体教融合困境的原因,提出解决问题的方法及路径。从博弈论的视域分析,长期以来“体教”融合发展的困境一直未能解决,其成因囿于体育系统和教育系统的利益诉求差异而形成的“非合作博弈(纳什均衡)”。要突破这种困境,需要体教双方从非合作博弈转入合作博弈,从而达到“帕累托最优”解。体教融合的实施路径主要包括:统一思想、调整目标,达成体教融合的最优策略共识;加强顶层设计,形成具有约束力的体教融合合作协议;建构科学的合作利益分配方式,形成体教融合激励相容机制。

校院联合、医教一体开展专科护理人才培养的探索

在国家政策的支持和引导下,我国专科护士培养取得长足进步。但总体来说,仍存在专科护士教育体系不完善、培训内容不规范、师资力量薄弱、缺乏统一的资格认证、培养形式单一等问题。文章在分析我国专科护士培养的现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了高职院校联合临床教学基地“医教一体”开展专科护士人才培养的新路径。从专科护士“医教一体”培养合作模式与运行机制的建立、培养对象的选择和专科护理“医教一体”人才培养模式的创新、课程结构的重塑、临床教学基地的建设和专科护理师资队伍的建设等方面开展积极探索与实践,取得较好的成效,相关探索与实践是对专科护理人才培养新机制、新途径的有益探索,有利于充分发挥学校教育和高质量医疗资源两方面的优势,共同促进我国专科护士人才的培养,也为完善专科护士学历教育体系提供实践参考。

产教融合下基于虚拟现实技术应用的高校民族传统体育定向人才培养路径

随着我国高等教育体系的变革发展,技能型人才和应用型人才培育工作也开始提上日程,同时也成了高校教育变革发展的重要方向。在这种情况下,很多新型教学模式开始在高校教育体系中得到应用,产教融合也是其中之一。在民族传统体育人才培育过程中,产教融合与虚拟现实技术的结合,能够显著提高人才培育效率。文章先阐述了产教融合下虚拟现实技术对高校人才培养的具体影响和重要意义,在明确高校民族传统体育定向人才培养现状的基础上,结合虚拟现实技术搭建了高校民族传统体育定向人才培育的具体方案,探索了虚拟现实技术应用的有效路径,最后还从多个层面探讨了虚拟现实技术应用于民族传统体育定向人才培育的保障措施。

运动联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病乳酸代谢的影响:叠加还是拮抗作用

2型糖尿病常伴有乳酸代谢异常。运动与二甲双胍为2型糖尿病的一线治疗方式,被《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》推荐联合使用。单独使用时,运动与二甲双胍均会影响乳酸代谢;但是,二者联合使用对乳酸代谢的影响尚未明确。文章总结了乳酸代谢与2型糖尿病、运动及二甲双胍的关系及相关机制,探讨运动和二甲双胍联合使用对2型糖尿病患者乳酸代谢的影响;并提出运动类型、服药剂量、运动时间和服药时间等相关因素的搭配问题,为2型糖尿病患者运动处方制定提供更多的理论参考。

新时代全国青少年校园足球特色学校:改革理念、现实聚焦与发展方向

教育部等7部门联合印发《关于加强和改进新时代青少年校园足球工作的实施意见》,旨在通过一系列政策突破与举措创新,着力提升校园足球特色学校建设质量。在改革理念方面,通过引领新时代学校体育改革,进一步发挥特色学校引领示范、先行先试作用;深化体教融合的调适路径,完善足球人才培养运行机制;推动校园足球高质量发展,实现“以体促全”的多维教育价值理念。在现实聚焦方面,要求紧密对接国家战略需求,积极服务教育强国战略部署,助力体育强国目标实现,推进健康中国全面实施;同时,破除关键发展条件桎梏,推动足球课程与教学模式改革,促进专业师资队伍扩容提质,优化场地设施与经费配置。研究认为,在新时代的历史节点上,校园足球特色学校建设应从政府、特色学校与体教融合3个维度统筹规划:坚持政府导向,从理念革新、资源供给方面系统谋划;调整特色学校路向,从整体布局、能力发展层次全面深化;顺应体教融合趋向,从创新模式、拓宽渠道角度协同推进。

体教融合对深入推动青少年体质健康和后备人才培养具有重要意义。篮球运动是一项高强度、多间歇、持续时间较长的项目,能够全面促进人体各项能力与素质发展。利用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对当前青少年篮球运动员体能训练的问题进行审视,发现学训矛盾依然存在、运动员积极性不高、训练缺乏科学性、训练资源不足等问题,并以问题为导向,从遵循青少年身心发展规律、遵循体能训练理论原则、遵循篮球运动项目特点、整合体能训练资源、创新体能训练模式5个方面,提出青少年篮球运动员体能发展策略,以期为研究学者提供有价值的参考。

粤港澳融合下中药复合型本科人才培养模式的构建

基于粤港澳教育融合背景下,在总结分析粤港澳中药人才培养现状基础上,结合行业变革对高素质中药复合型人才的迫切需求,提出了中药复合型人才培养的目标及实现路径,在人才培养模式创新、师资队伍建设、课程体系优化、实践平台构建、教学模式革新等方面进行改革探讨,以期进一步提升粤港澳区域中药人才培养质量,为中药创新和应用复合型人才培养提供示范与引领作用。

马克思主义的生产力理论、系统观和人的全面发展理论,为深入认识新质生产力、深刻理解体教融合内涵提供了丰富而坚实的理论支撑。在新质生产力视域下,需要深入研究深化体教融合的理论逻辑,深刻认识其育人价值,才能为青少年体育工作和学校体育改革提供指导。认为,新质生产力视域下深化体教融合的根本任务在于培养新型劳动者;德智体美劳“五育融合”是新型劳动者培养工作的出发点和落脚点,“五育”要素相互依存、相互作用,共同构成协调的教育体系和发展生态。须围绕立德树人根本任务,树立身体为本、健康第一的教育理念,发挥德智体美劳协同作用,培养适应新质生产力发展需求的劳动者。
