This article explores the development of the Internet of Things(IoT)application technology course in higher vocational colleges under the background of“post,course,competition,certificate.”It first emphasizes the importance of IoT talent training and course construction in higher vocational colleges and deeply analyzes the core concept of“post,course,competition,certificate”integration.In view of the problems faced in the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges and the practical experience of Tianjin Vocational College of Mechanics and Electricity,the implementation strategy of the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges is elaborated in detail based on the integrated concept of“post,course,competition,certificate.”

Teaching Research and Effect Observation on the Integration of Clinical Medicine Integrated Course and Ideological and Political Elements from the Perspective of“Sanquan Education”

Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.”

The Model of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”Integrated Education for Electronic Information Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

An Exploratory Practice of Integration of Industry and Education in High-level Programming Language Course in the Background of New Engineering

This paper analyzes some problems of the current teaching situation in the course High-level Programming Language,such as the lagging content of the course compared with technology development,the emphasis on theory rather than on practice,the low enthusiasm of students for learning,and the weak practical ability of students.In response to the needs of enterprises for talents under the background of New Engineering,especially the cultivation of students’adaptability and practical abilities towards future industries to improve students’knowledge and problemsolving abilities to keep up with the modern technology,this paper proposes the ways and methods to reform and explore the teaching content and teaching methods by integrating industry and education,assisting teaching according to industrial demands,and lowering technology barriers of new technology.The practical effect is evaluated through a survey in class and the follow-up questionnaire after class,and the results show that the effect of the practice is effective.

The Reform Path of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities Under the Integration of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities,Middle Schools,and Primary Schools

Research and Practice of the “Independence + Integration” Moral and Self-cultivation Teaching Method for Online Specialized Courses

In the context of the COVID-19 outbreak,online teaching has spread rapidly.However,the existing research on moral and self-cultivation teaching methods for online courses remains inadequate.This paper proposes an“independence+integration”moral and self-cultivation teaching method for online courses.The method divides the targets of moral and self-cultivation teaching into independent and integrated ones,and fits them both explicitly and implicitly into the online teaching of specialized courses in higher education.When this method was employed to teach engineering mechanics to industrial design students at a college in China,it effectively increased the students’acceptance of online courses as well as their understanding of moral and self-cultivation knowledge and the course itself,and improved the quality of online teaching.The method provides a new way of thinking about online moral and self-cultivation teaching.

Comparison of efficacy and safety between late-course and simultaneous integrated dose-increasing intensity-modulated radiation therapy for cervical cancer complicated with pelvic lymph node metastasis

Objective This study aimed to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of late-course and simultaneous integrated dose-increasing intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) for cervical cancer complicated with pelvic lymph node metastasis. Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer complicated with pelvic lymph node metastasis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group and the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group, with 30 cases included in each group, respectively. All patients were concurrently treated with cisplatin. After treatment, the clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The remission rate of symptoms in the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group was significantly higher than that in the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group(P < 0.05). The follow-up results showed that the overall survival time, progression-free survival time, and distant metastasis time of patients in the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group were significantly longer than those in the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group(P < 0.05). The recurrent rate of lymph nodes in the radiation field in the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group was significantly lower(P < 0.05) than in the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of cervical and vaginal recurrence and distant metastasis between the two groups(P > 0.05). The radiation doses of Dmax in the small intestine, D1 cc(the minimum dose to the 1 cc receiving the highest dose) in the bladder, and Dmax in the rectum in the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group were significantly lower(P < 0.05) than in the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group. There was no significant difference in intestinal D2 cc(the minimum dose to the 2 cc receiving the highest dose) between the two groups(P > 0.05). The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT group was significantly lower(P < 0.05) than in the late-course dose-increasing IMRT group.Conclusion The application of simultaneous integrated dose-increasing IMRT in the treatment of cervical cancer patients complicated with pelvic lymph node metastasis can significantly control tumor progression, improve the long-term survival time, and postpone distant metastasis time with high safety.
