More Integrated Development between China and the World

For a long time, globalization has contributed to the prosperity of the world. As a beneficiary of economic globalization, China promises to steadfastly champion it in the future. Since China’s reform and opening-up kicked off, it has established a complete industrial system and formulated effective policies on politics, economy, science and technology, foreign trade, education, and environmental protection. This has secured its economic and social development and helped foster a huge primary market. Pretty well-prepared, China joined the WTO in 2001.

Asian Trade Integration and the Decoupling Debate of Business Cycles

＂Decoupling＂ refers to the divergence of business cycles among different countries, while ＂re-coupling＂ corresponds to the convergence or the synchronization of business cycles among different countries. The decoupling debate is popular in the field of economics, especially after global financial crisis. As trade integration increased among Asian countries, business cycle synchronization among these countries was expected to increase through trade transmission. The aim of this study is to discover whether there has been decoupling or convergence of business cycles through various trade channels. However, theoretically, increased trade can lead to business cycle synchronization either rising or falling. Inter-industry trade resulting in higher specification will induce less synchronized business cycles, while intra-industry trade could lead to increased business cycle synchronization. Thus, it is important to distinguish between intra- and inter-industry trade flows. Both correlation and dynamic factor models are utilized to study the evolution of global business cycle linkages. Results indicate that the world factor has become less important in explaining macroeconomic fluctuations from sub-period 1961-1984 to sub-period 1985-2007, while regional factors do not play an important role in explaining aggregate volatility, with the expectation of consumption. Overall, the explanatory power of country factors increases. Domestic consumption and domestic investment variances are more driven by country and idiosyncratic factors than by the world factor, contrary to the output growth fluctuations. Regional factors and country factors also play a more prominent role in explaining gross import fluctuations than in explaining gross exports. Results cast doubt on the strong forms of both the decoupling and the re-coupling hypothesis.

INTRODUCTION OF WU XIANZHONG Academician Wu Xianzhong (born on August 28th,1925) graduated from Shenyang Medical College in 1948.In 1959,he participated in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) courses held by Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for doctors of western medicine.In 1961,he graduated and was awarded the golden medal by National Health Commission.He has been specialized in surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine since the early 1960s and works as one of the pioneers in the field of integrated Chinese and western medicine in China.He established Tianjin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Institute of Acute Abdominal Diseases in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.From 1964 to 1977,he served as Director of Nankai Hospital.From 1978 to 1994,he served as Deputy Director,Director and Honorary President of Tianjin Medical College (known as Tianjin Medical University nowadays).

INTRODUCTION OF TANG YOUZHI TANG You-zhi, alias Kunwu, born in July 1926 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, is an Ophthalmological scientist on Chinese medicine.From 1942 to1947, he learned from Lu Nanshan, a famous doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology in Shanghai.After returning to Hangzhou, he opened up the TANG Kunwu Eye Clinic.In 1952, the Ministry of Health enrolled students to train Chinese medicine researchers.

Academician Shen Ziyin(1928-),ethnic Han,born in Zhenhai,Zhejiang Province,graduated from Shanghai Medical Schoolas a medical undergraduate in 1952 and startedle a rning traditional Chinese medicine with Prof.Jiang Chunhua since 1955.He was rewarded the gold medal of"Carry forward Chinese Medical Heritage"with his tutor in 1959 and became academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1997.Academician Shen was rated as Shanghai famous doctors in 1995 and won the honorary title of"National Famous Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine"in 2017.Academician Shen served as professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Medical School,the director of traditional Chinese medicine department,the head of the Institutes of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine,the head of the department of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University,the member of degree and academic committee in the university and the hospital,the member of medical evaluation by the academic degree committee of state council,the chairman of Chinese medicine evaluation committee of ministry of health,the vice president of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine,president of Shanghai Association of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.At present,he is the honorary dean of the Institutes of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine of Fudan University and lifetime professor of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University.Academician Shen's study is mainly based on the exploration of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,the nature of kidney and traditional geriatric medicine.

以数实融合推动现代化产业体系建设

现代化产业体系是现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。数实融合是实现产业转型升级和高质量发展的重要途径,具有智能化、网络化、平台化、服务化等特征,是现代产业革命的核心驱动力。中国数字经济和实体经济融合发展已经取得显著成效,但仍面临着融合深度不足、融合发展不均衡、融合存在局部梗阻、融合面临安全风险和垄断风险等严峻挑战。以数实融合推动现代化产业体系建设,需要全力夯实人工智能底座技术,实现产业发展自主化、产业协同体系化、产业基础高级化,形成现代化产业体系发展合力。

一种世界坐标系下的GNSS/SINS松组合导航矩阵李群滤波算法

针对在地心地固(ECEF)坐标系下基于右不变误差的卡尔曼滤波在GNSS/SINS组合导航中,因位置矢量数值较大导致系统线性误差运动学矩阵和观测矩阵不稳定进而降低滤波器性能的问题,提出一种世界坐标系下的GNSS/SINS松组合导航矩阵李群滤波算法。首先在世界坐标系中构建导航状态和考虑地球自转的运动学方程。然后在世界坐标系下定义矩阵李群上的右不变误差,该误差在右群作用下保持不变,并重新推导和设计基于该误差的矩阵李群滤波算法,根据GNSS观测构建世界坐标系下的观测矩阵。实验结果表明,在低精度惯导场景中相对于ECEF坐标系下的传统扩展卡尔曼滤波,所提算法的北向、东向、地向位置误差均方根分别减小了82.6%、61.8%和10.6%,具有一定的实用价值。

理学与经学相交融:晚明思想的新动向——以黄道周为中心的考察

晚明时期的思想家,普遍对阳明后学展开批判与反思,由此出现了理学与经学相交融的思想新动向。黄道周即是这一学术转型过程中的重要代表人物,其治学特点就是理学与经学思想相交融,主张以六经治世的同时,又不舍弃以理学治心的传统。从黄道周的学术生平来看,理学类的问业著述与经学类的著述是交迭出现的,说明在其一生治学中,对理学与经学始终是兼顾的。即便是在《榕坛问业》这样一部以理学为主的问答录中,也常常涉及经学内容。从工夫论角度看,黄道周理学与经学思想的交融体现为一种回环互补与融合统一的模式,他认为工夫不是节节往上、一劳永逸的,而是前后兼顾、回环往复的整体形态,换言之,治世与治心是并举的,都是本体上的工夫事业,并由“敬”贯穿始终,使治世与治心融为一体、相互成就,由此保证至善的状态长久维持下去。

网络世遗土司文献分布在政府及其管理部门网站、研究机构专题网站、新闻机构网站以及机构或个人发布的自媒体平台之中。内容包括考古发掘与遗址推介、考察指导与工作研讨、申遗工作动态、遗址保护与开发利用、世遗土司研究等方面。网络世遗土司文献的价值意义在于:提升了土司遗址的知名度和影响力,为中国其他文化遗址的申遗、保护、开发提供了参考和借鉴,助力土司历史文化研究,丰富完善世遗土司文献资源体系。

数字融入困难群体数字排斥行为关键影响因素探究

在数字技术的更新迭代中,部分群体受主观心理与能力、客观资源与社会环境等方面的制约,产生数字排斥情感与行为,逐渐脱离数字社会成为数字融入困难群体。以个人信息世界理论为基础,采用元人种志方法,集成数字融入困难群体数字排斥行为的影响因素,再运用决策试验与评价实验室法识别关键影响因素,共集成个体特征、心理感知、信息环境、智识水平等8个维度24项影响因素。研究发现:年龄、心理障碍、社区与机构帮扶、信息基础设施等9个因素的中心度较高,是影响数字融入困难群体数字排斥行为的关键因素。可以通过构建老龄友好社会、关注数字心理障碍、落实社区帮扶、合理配置服务资源、完善基础设施建设、提升设备操作简便性、加强数字教育体系建设、优化资源供给、发挥多元主体协同作用等措施不断推动数字融入困难群体顺利融入数字社会。

扬子江创意城市群:人文经济视域下幸福宜居的世界级城市群样板建构

元宇宙金融的跨界融合治理——以多元货币融合为重点

自元宇宙行业兴起以来,金融机构开始在虚拟世界提供新型金融服务,而私人加密货币和去中心化金融市场也在虚实世界的融合中得以优化发展。元宇宙金融的本质是用户享有高度自主性的虚实跨界融合,包括现实虚构、虚为实用、虚替实用,其重点在于多元货币的融合。我国将正规金融机构既有业务的“元宇宙化”与私人加密货币进行区分式治理的策略,难以应对元宇宙金融在金融工具、主体、行为等方面存在的风险挑战。对此,应在智慧规制理论的基础上、结合不同跨界融合场景对现实世界的影响程度而采用“跨界融合治理”模式。具体而言,应通过货币持有、货币流通、债务清偿三行为实现私人加密货币与法定数字货币的法律地位协调,按照前端、中端、后端三阶段构建“双重金融消费者”的适当性制度,并在市场准入、行为标准、风险防控方面确立跨界货币运营机构的准公共职能。

马克思主义中国化过程中“两个结合”的递进发展逻辑

对于马克思主义中国化,习近平总书记概括出“两个结合”的方法,进而突出强调了“第二个结合”的重大意义。这一重大政治论断可以转化为学理研究的方法,以此考察马克思主义中国化历程,可以发现其具有明显的周期性、阶段性特征。在1949年前与1949年后的两个时期,马克思主义中国化均经历了两个阶段:前一阶段主要进行“第一个结合”,后一阶段主要进行“第二个结合”,且两个阶段之间形成了明显的递进发展关系,推动中国共产党在思想和政治上实现了突破性发展。揭示这一规律,有助于准确把握马克思主义中国化之当代内涵。
