The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management (PLM) system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material (BOM) conversion driven by process are achieved. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case study on EIP is conducted for this research.展开更多
Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbrevia...Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbreviated as SIC CAS hereinafter),which were designed and constructed to better meet the needs of CAS research groups for their development,collaboration and communication.Design/methodology/approach:We first identified the requirements of users via preliminary investigation,and then chose CASI1 P,iLibrary and XKE technology,respectively as the building tools compatible with the major demands of users.These steps helped us complete the layout design of SIC CAS integration platforms,as well as its knowledge organization and integration.Findings:According to the need of users,we applied three types of platform construction technologies to five SIC integration platforms,and formulated standard norms for the further construction process,which could provide useful reference for a sustainable development for the extensive construction in CAS institutes.Research limitations:In order to make the SIC integration platforms more intelligent and have more functions,we need to enlarge the scale of the Platforms and upgrade the building tools for the platform construction.Practical implications:The nature of SIC sub-project integration platforms is to construct a content-sensitive environment which can embed knowledge services and knowledge applications seamlessly into scientific activities,so the Platform is expected to be a useful tool to help researchers better understand the recent development of the research field and form collaborations with their peers.Originality/value:SIC integration platforms are the only pilot construction that used 3different platform technologies in the first batch of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction is user-centered throughout the whole process,namely,from the technology selection,content construction to the sustainable development of the platforms,which are all based on user requirements.During this process,we have not only established sustainable mechanisms for both the personalized feedback and security management of the institutional knowledge of SIC CAS,but also formed a service team for the sustainable development of SIC integration platforms.展开更多

The clients and suppliers and the applications of mold making company are integrated in a loosely-coupled way through the services provided by the platform. Meanwhile the sharing of data and knowledge, and the coordination of business process are realized. Light detection and ranging(LiDAR) is an active remote sensing technology that is capable of acquiring three-dimensional(3 D) data accurately,and has a great potential in crop phenotyping. Given that crop phenotyping based on LiDAR technology is not common in China,we developed a high-throughput crop phenotyping platform, named Crop 3 D, which integrated LiDAR sensor, high-resolution camera, thermal camera and hyperspectral imager. Compared with traditional crop phenotyping techniques, Crop 3 D can acquire multi-source phenotypic data in the whole crop growing period and extract plant height, plant width, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf inclination angle and other parameters for plant biology and genomics analysis. In this paper, we described the designs,functions and testing results of the Crop 3 D platform, and briefly discussed the potential applications and future development of the platform in phenotyping. We concluded that platforms integrating LiDAR and traditional remote sensing techniques might be the future trend of crop high-throughput phenotyping.展开更多

Rapid developments in EHV/UHV transmission systems require a deeper understanding of the mechanism of long air gap discharge.Leader propagation is one of the main processes in long gap breakdown.In this paper,the lead...Rapid developments in EHV/UHV transmission systems require a deeper understanding of the mechanism of long air gap discharge.Leader propagation is one of the main processes in long gap breakdown.In this paper,the leader propagation characteristics of real size±800 kV UHVDC transmission tower gaps under positive switching impulse voltages(185/2290μs)are investigated.An integrated observation platform consisting of an impulse voltage divider,a coaxial shunt,a high-speed video camera,and a set of integrated optical electric field sensors(IOES),is established.The waveforms of impulse voltage,discharge current,electric field variation at specific positions,and time-resolved photographs of discharge morphology are recorded.Axial leader velocity and the relationship between leader advancements and injected charge are obtained.The typical value of leader stable propagation velocity is 1.7–2.2 cm/μs,which varies slightly with the gap length and applied voltage amplitude.The leader velocity in the re-illumination process is much higher,and is seen as varying from 5 cm/μs to 30 cm/μs,with an average value around 10 cm/μs.The charge in leader channel per unit length is 20–40μC/m,which illustrates a near-direct proportion relationship between discharge current and leader velocity.The observed parameters are important for further simulation of the tower gap breakdown processes.展开更多

A typical EMIS consists of a group of closely connected functions such as production planning, material management, accounting, quality management, etc. The EMIS exchanges information with the CAD/CAPP system in the design department, and the shop floor controller (SFC) in the manufacturing department, while the global information system (GIS) of MACIP supplies the mechanism for information sharing within the enterprise. This paper introduces the EMIS model for a typical manufacturing enterprise, then analyses the interface of the EMIS with the CAD/CAPP system and the SFC. A technical scheme for integrating the EMIS with the GIS is given. This scheme considers the integration of some MRPII systems in the market, and adopts advanced industrial standards to ensure its flexibility and reusability.展开更多

It is basic and universal and not only applicable in the R&D and production of "high-end" products, but also in the production of bulk ordinary steel products. The platform of high efficiency, low cost clean steel is the important direction of modern steel technology progress and has great significance on the competitiveness of each steel plant. The research of high efficiency, low cost platform not only involves the production and management of the steel plant, but also the academic research field (process engineering and dynamic operation) and theories and methods innovation of engineering design (theory and method of dynamic-precision design). The integrated theory and method of high efficiency and low cost clean steel platform is the binding point of metallurgical process engineering and material engineering. Different types of high efficiency, low cost clean steel platform should combine with the corresponding rolling process and iron making process so that high efficiency, low cost clean steel manufacturing system would come into being.

文摘Rapid developments in EHV/UHV transmission systems require a deeper understanding of the mechanism of long air gap discharge.Leader propagation is one of the main processes in long gap breakdown.In this paper,the leader propagation characteristics of real size±800 kV UHVDC transmission tower gaps under positive switching impulse voltages(185/2290μs)are investigated.An integrated observation platform consisting of an impulse voltage divider,a coaxial shunt,a high-speed video camera,and a set of integrated optical electric field sensors(IOES),is established.The waveforms of impulse voltage,discharge current,electric field variation at specific positions,and time-resolved photographs of discharge morphology are recorded.Axial leader velocity and the relationship between leader advancements and injected charge are obtained.The typical value of leader stable propagation velocity is 1.7–2.2 cm/μs,which varies slightly with the gap length and applied voltage amplitude.The leader velocity in the re-illumination process is much higher,and is seen as varying from 5 cm/μs to 30 cm/μs,with an average value around 10 cm/μs.The charge in leader channel per unit length is 20–40μC/m,which illustrates a near-direct proportion relationship between discharge current and leader velocity.The observed parameters are important for further simulation of the tower gap breakdown processes.
文摘Enterprise management information system (EMIS) in Manufacturing CIMS Integrating Platform (MACIP), refers to a computer system that manages the information for running an enterprise. A typical EMIS consists of a group of closely connected functions such as production planning, material management, accounting, quality management, etc. The EMIS exchanges information with the CAD/CAPP system in the design department, and the shop floor controller (SFC) in the manufacturing department, while the global information system (GIS) of MACIP supplies the mechanism for information sharing within the enterprise. This paper introduces the EMIS model for a typical manufacturing enterprise, then analyses the interface of the EMIS with the CAD/CAPP system and the SFC. A technical scheme for integrating the EMIS with the GIS is given. This scheme considers the integration of some MRPII systems in the market, and adopts advanced industrial standards to ensure its flexibility and reusability.
