An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are com...An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc.展开更多
Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December,...Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December, 1992, totaling 653 km with the designed annual traffic volume of 1×108 t. In order to meet the demands of national economic development, the transport capacity of the line must be enhanced greatly. Depending on independent innovation, MOR, for the first time in the world,realizes the integration between GSM-R and Locotrol, the integration between 800 MHz digital radio and Locotrol, and the integration between a single set of Locotrol and SS4 locomotive. Meanwhile, CR develops equipment portfolio for heavy-haul through combining 2 high power locomotives of HXD series (means harmony) with controllable EOT. Relying on integration and innovation, it succeeds in operating 20 kt-level combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line, which tripled the annual traffic volume of the line from 1×108 t in 2002 to 3×108 t in 2007.展开更多

In order to achieve such aims, we firstly introduced the concept of endogenous innovation and its three patterns. Secondly, this paper established a concept model to describe the typical route of a technology's forming. Based on this model, we went deep into analysis on original innovation, integrative innovation, and re-innovation after digesting the introduced technology from different views. Through these analyses, we also discussed which kind of innovation is suitable for different corporations. The status of domestic scientific & technical innovation is analysed. A series of emergent managerial problems caused by the system ISTI (SISTI) are pointed out. Because of Hall three dimensions structure's enlightenment, a three dimensional logical net diagram in which the system integration of innovation based on problem in real world but not on disciplinary logic is drawn. The intelligent group' s need span is greater under the conditions of relatively low material level than common groups who have lower degree of education. The SISTI is composed by multi-rule and intelligent multi-agent behavior. Based on the continuous hot(aluminizing) galvanizing lines and related non-standard equipment of Meishan Steel,this paper presents the main contents of such integrated engineering and designing of equipment for the tw...Based on the continuous hot(aluminizing) galvanizing lines and related non-standard equipment of Meishan Steel,this paper presents the main contents of such integrated engineering and designing of equipment for the two hot-dipped galvanizing lines,as well as innovative techniques and their features.Led by Cold Rolling Project Department of Meishan Steel,Baosteel Engineering and Technology Group Co.,Ltd. ,working as the responsible unit of this project,develops key technologies and integrates the system by combining the equipment design and development capacity of Baosteel Engineering,research and development capacity of Research Institute of Baosteel,process production and equipment maintenance experience of Cold Rolling Plant,Equipment Department and Manufacture Department of Baosteel Corporation.Core technologies of the two lines are developed and designed through original and integrated innovation and innovation after digestion,focusing on eight core techniques in process equipment,annealing furnace,fluid installation and EIC system.As a result of integration in key process equipment,industrial furnace and EIC control,the cold rolling hot dipped(aluminizing) galvanizing lines take on a new look and reach an annual capacity of 200 000 t galvanized products and 250 000 t galvanized aluminium base strips respectively.These two world advanced lines are able to produce hot-dipped galvanizing products with high quality surface and fine shape,such as household appliance board and senior construction board.As a result, the process and equipment technology of the lines have formed domestic intellectual property.Thus,the technology has reference value for self-integration and equipment technology innovation of similar lines.展开更多
