The multi collaborative online service platform of industrial competitive intelligence is jointly constructed by all service subjects. The platform is guided and promoted by the government. Colleges and universities provide support for industrial competitive intelligence theory and professionals, scientific research institutes provide talent and advanced technology support, industry associations are responsible for dynamic monitoring of industrial development, and profit-making institutions are responsible for supplementing industrial competitive intelligence achievements. With the proportion of intelligent services in the industrial internet of things(IIoT)rising rapidly,its data dependency and decomposability increase the difficulty of scheduling computing resources.In this paper,we propose an intelligent service computing framework.In the framework,we take the long-term rewards of its important participants,edge service providers,as the optimization goal,which is related to service delay and computing cost.Considering the different update frequencies of data deployment and service offloading,double-timescale reinforcement learning is utilized in the framework.In the small-scale strategy,the frequent concurrency of services and the difference in service time lead to the fuzzy relationship between reward and action.To solve the fuzzy reward problem,a reward mapping-based reinforcement learning(RMRL)algorithm is proposed,which enables the agent to learn the relationship between reward and action more clearly.The large time scale strategy adopts the improved Monte Carlo tree search(MCTS)algorithm to improve the learning speed.The simulation results show that the strategy is superior to popular reinforcement learning algorithms such as double Q-learning(DDQN)and dueling Q-learning(dueling-DQN)in learning speed,and the reward is also increased by 14%. 展开更多

As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing customer service pressure,and reducing operating costs.Currently,the existing intelligent customer service has a limited degree of intelligence and can only answer simple user questions,and complex user expressions are difficult to understand.To solve the problem of low accuracy of multi-round dialogue semantic understanding,this paper proposes a semantic understanding model based on the fusion of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and attention.The model builds an“intention-slot”joint model based on the“encoding–decoding”framework and uses hidden semantic information that combines intent recognition and slot filling,avoiding the problem of information loss in traditional isolated tasks,and achieving end-to-end semantic understanding.Additionally,an improved attention mechanism based on CNNs is introduced in the decoding process to reduce the interference of redundant information in the original text,thereby increasing the accuracy of semantic understanding.Finally,by applying the model to electric power intelligent customer service,we verified through an experimental comparison that the proposed fusion model improves the performance of intent recognition and slot filling and can improve the user experience of electric power intelligent customer services. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:Rapid on-site triage is critical after mass-casualty incidents(MCIs)and other mass injury events.Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been used in MCIs to search and rescue wounded individuals,but they mainly depend on the UAV operator’s experience.We used UAVs and artificial intelligence(AI)to provide a new technique for the triage of MCIs and more efficient solutions for emergency rescue.METHODS:This was a preliminary experimental study.We developed an intelligent triage system based on two AI algorithms,namely OpenPose and YOLO.Volunteers were recruited to simulate the MCI scene and triage,combined with UAV and Fifth Generation(5G)Mobile Communication Technology real-time transmission technique,to achieve triage in the simulated MCI scene.RESULTS:Seven postures were designed and recognized to achieve brief but meaningful triage in MCIs.Eight volunteers participated in the MCI simulation scenario.The results of simulation scenarios showed that the proposed method was feasible in tasks of triage for MCIs.CONCLUSION:The proposed technique may provide an alternative technique for the triage of MCIs and is an innovative method in emergency rescue. 展开更多

In 1910-1940, the success of Hamallist Information Networks to beat the French imperial machinery in the Nioro of the Sahara located in the French Sudan (known as Mali nowadays), leads to reconsidering the power relationship organizing the authority and the challenge to establish the authority relation during colonial period. The most significant invention made in recent years to serve various applications is software.Developing a faultless software system requires the soft-ware system design to be resilient.To make the software design more efficient,it is essential to assess the reusability of the components used.This paper proposes a software reusability prediction model named Flexible Random Fit(FRF)based on aging resilience for a Service Net(SN)software system.The reusability predic-tion model is developed based on a multilevel optimization technique based on software characteristics such as cohesion,coupling,and complexity.Metrics are obtained from the SN software system,which is then subjected to min-max nor-malization to avoid any saturation during the learning process.The feature extrac-tion process is made more feasible by enriching the data quality via outlier detection.The reusability of the classes is estimated based on a tool called Soft Audit.Software reusability can be predicted more effectively based on the pro-posed FRF-ANN(Flexible Random Fit-Artificial Neural Network)algorithm.Performance evaluation shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms all the other techniques,thus ensuring the optimization of software reusability based on aging resilient.The model is then tested using constraint-based testing techni-ques to make sure that it is perfect at optimizing and making predictions. 展开更多
