The distributed hierarchical control based on multi-agent system(MAS) is the main control method of micro-grids.By allowing more flexible interactions between computing components and their physical environments,cyber...The distributed hierarchical control based on multi-agent system(MAS) is the main control method of micro-grids.By allowing more flexible interactions between computing components and their physical environments,cyber physical system(CPS) presents a new approach for the distributed hierarchical engineering system,with micro-grids included.The object of this paper is to integrate the CPS concept with MAS technology and propose a new control framework for micro-grids.With the analysis of the operating mode and control method of micro-grids,the cyber physical control concepts of ontologybased semantic agent are discussed.Then an MAS-based architecture of cyber physical micro-grid system and an intelligent electronic device(IED) function structure are proposed.Finally,in order to operate and test the cyber physical micro-grid concept,an integrated simulation model is presented.展开更多

The two main protocol stacks, the WAVE stan- dards prop...In the last few decades, dedicated wireless channels were specifically allocated to enable the development and implementation of vehicular communication systems. The two main protocol stacks, the WAVE stan- dards proposed by the IEEE in the United States and the ETSI ITS-G5 in Europe, reserved 10 MHz wide channels in the 5.9 GHz spectrum band. Despite the exclusive use of these frequencies for vehicular com- munication purposes, there are still cross channel interference problems that have been widely reported in the literature. In order to mitigate these issues, this paper presents the design of a two-stage FIR low-pass filter, targeting the integration with a digital baseband receiver chain of a custom vehicular communications platform. The filter was tested, evaluated and optimized, with the simulation results proving the effectiveness of the proposed method and the low delay introduced in the overall operation of the receiver chain. 2016 Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Based on brain-inspired computing frameworks,neuromorphic systems implement large-scale neural networks in hardware.Although rapid advances have been made in the development of artificial neurons and synapses in recen...Based on brain-inspired computing frameworks,neuromorphic systems implement large-scale neural networks in hardware.Although rapid advances have been made in the development of artificial neurons and synapses in recent years,further research is beyond these individual components and focuses on neuronal circuit motifs with specialized excitatory-inhibitory(E-I)connectivity patterns.In this study,we demonstrate a core processor that can be used to construct commonly used neuronal circuits.The neuron,featuring an ultracompact physical configuration,integrates a volatile threshold switch with a gate-modulated two-dimensional(2D)MoS_(2) field-effect channel to process complex E-I spatiotemporal spiking signals.Consequently,basic neuronal circuits are constructed for biorealistic neuromorphic computing.For practical applications,an algorithm-hardware co-design is implemented in a gatecontrolled spiking neural network with substantial performance improvement in human speech separation.展开更多
