With the continuous improvement of the performance and the increasing variety of optical mapping and remote sensing satellites,they have become an important support for obtaining global accurate surveying and mapping ...With the continuous improvement of the performance and the increasing variety of optical mapping and remote sensing satellites,they have become an important support for obtaining global accurate surveying and mapping remote sensing information.At present,optical mapping and remote sensing satellites already have sub-meter spatial resolution capabilities,but there is a serious lag problem in mapping and remote sensing information services.It is urgent to develop intelligent mapping and remote sensing satellites to promote the transformation and upgrading to real-time intelligent services.Firstly,based on the three imaging systems of the optical mapping and remote sensing satellites and their realization methods and application characteristics,this paper analyzes the applicable system of the intelligent mapping and remote sensing satellites.Further,according to the application requirements of real-time,intelligence,and popularization,puts forward the design concept of integrated intelligent remote sensing satellite integrating communication,navigation,and remote sensing and focuses on the service mode and integrated function composition of intelligent remote sensing satellite.Then expounds on the performance and characteristics of the Luojia-301 satellite,a new generation of intelligent surveying and mapping remote sensing scientific test satellite.And finally summarizes and prospects the development and mission of intelligent mapping remote sensing satellites.Luojia-301 satellite integrates remote sensing and communication functions.It explores an efficient and intelligent service mode of mapping and remote sensing information from data acquisition to the application terminal and provides a real service verification platform for on-orbit processing and real-time transmission of remote sensing data based on space-ground internet,which is of great significance to the construction of China’s spatial information network.展开更多

Automatic License Plate Recognition(ALPR)systems are important in Intelligent Transportation Services(ITS)as they help ensure effective law enforcement and security.These systems play a significant role in border surv...Automatic License Plate Recognition(ALPR)systems are important in Intelligent Transportation Services(ITS)as they help ensure effective law enforcement and security.These systems play a significant role in border surveillance,ensuring safeguards,and handling vehicle-related crime.The most effective approach for implementing ALPR systems utilizes deep learning via a convolutional neural network(CNN).A CNN works on an input image by assigning significance to various features of the image and differentiating them from each other.CNNs are popular for license plate character recognition.However,little has been reported on the results of these systems with regard to unusual varieties of license plates or their success at night.We present an efficient ALPR system that uses a CNN for character recognition.A combination of pre-processing and morphological operations was applied to enhance input image quality,which aids system efficiency.The system has various features,such as the ability to recognize multi-line,skewed,and multifont license plates.It also works efficiently in night mode and can be used for different vehicle types.An overall accuracy of 98.13%was achieved using the proposed CNN technique.展开更多

This paper presents a capability-based context ontology modeling approach for command and control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance(C^4ISR) communication. Primarily, a capability-based C^4ISR communication meta-concept model and a C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology are constructed. The context ontology is established under the constraints of the C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology, and furthermore, algorithms are proposed to support context reasoning based on description logic. As one of the most practical aspects of artificial intelligence, machine learning is applied to analytical model building and massive and/or multidimensional Online Analytical Processing (mOLAP) for more intelligent cloud service with little explicit coding required. As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing custom...As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing customer service pressure,and reducing operating costs.Currently,the existing intelligent customer service has a limited degree of intelligence and can only answer simple user questions,and complex user expressions are difficult to understand.To solve the problem of low accuracy of multi-round dialogue semantic understanding,this paper proposes a semantic understanding model based on the fusion of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and attention.The model builds an“intention-slot”joint model based on the“encoding–decoding”framework and uses hidden semantic information that combines intent recognition and slot filling,avoiding the problem of information loss in traditional isolated tasks,and achieving end-to-end semantic understanding.Additionally,an improved attention mechanism based on CNNs is introduced in the decoding process to reduce the interference of redundant information in the original text,thereby increasing the accuracy of semantic understanding.Finally,by applying the model to electric power intelligent customer service,we verified through an experimental comparison that the proposed fusion model improves the performance of intent recognition and slot filling and can improve the user experience of electric power intelligent customer services.展开更多

It is believed that the combination of the two emerging techniques is a very promising method in promoting the web services (WS). Because the service discovery plays a key role in the integration, here a P2P-based framework to manage the knowledge of service and locating services is proposed. In this paper, the details of the principle, constructing and maintaining of service semantic overlay architecture have been described, and the way how the semantic overlay facilitates discovery of service resources is illustrated. To enable the semantic web service superiority, Service Ontology, which is considered as the service semantic model, is employed to depict service. The service discovery includes two phases: searching on the service semantic overlay; and local discovery in peer's service repository. Various solutions have been proposed to realize those two phases. Furthermore, tests are carried out to evaluate service discovery on the architecture.展开更多
