Shanghai is one of the earliest areas of the Internet infrastructure construction in China, but also an important source ofChina＇s Internet economy. Today, the overall size of the Internet economy in Shanghai has been in the country, how to further enhance the international competitiveness of Shanghai＇s Internet economy has become one of the key tasks of Shanghai development. From the global perspective, this paper summarizes the development of foreign network economy, and then analyzes the development of network economy in developed countries and newly industrialized countries, and discusses the development experience, and summarizes the corresponding enlightenment of improving the competitiveness of the network economy in Shanghai.展开更多
