The Referential Significance of French Interactive Spoken Corpus to the Construction of Spoken Corpus in China

In the aspect of interactive spoken corpus construction,this paper will summarize the development,research background,characteristics and experience of CLAPI interactive spoken corpus which is jointly developed by UniversitéLumière Lyon II andÉcole Normale Supérieure de Lyon in the aspect of interactive spoken corpus construction.Combined with the characteristics of interactive spoken corpus construction,it proposes suggestions for the construction of spoken corpus in China by focusing on the former period of corpus collection,the mid period of corpus annotation as well as the later period of corpus research and promotion.It is predictable that interactive communication spoken corpus should be incorporated into spoken corpus,which not only enriches and improves the corpus itself,but also makes positive exploration on achieving the fact that corpus serve for language teaching and research.

Healthcare Levels Cooperation, Action in Local Health System to Better Coordinate the Delivery of Healthcare

The healthcare system＇s approach considers the complexity and interactions between organized elements. In continuous processing, healthcare systems are affected by their constituent elements, themselves modified with each system change. To secure and optimize the system of care, collaboration between levels is necessary. Almost no documented experience to better coordination of levels of care in the Belgian system is available. To improve the quality of care, the system needs collaborative coordination between stakeholders. Good coordination improves the quality of patient care, it makes quality more efficient and optimal care. This coordination between care lines must be collaborative. Interactional communication is the founding element of inter-professional collaboration. A good self-esteem improves the relationship between actors in the health system and supports the initiatives and adaptability. It contributes therefore to an increase of the quality of care. The interactional Local Health System promotes cooperation in the relevant health network. Consultation and coordination between the actors involved and motivated bring care quality and operational solutions. This dynamic modality of exchanges appears fruitful as participants continue to meet and coordinate care, even after the official end of the action-research. The climate became conducive to solving real problems through the skills developed in the LHS.

Application of Communicative Principles in Classroom Teaching of Listening

In the listening teaching classes in colleges and universities, it is still a common phenomenon that the teaching is conducted in a fixed mode： explanation of new words, listening and doing exercises and then checking of answers. Interactive activities are scarcely held. This article focuses on the application of communicative principles in classroom teaching of listening. The theoretic support for this practice is provided and the conduct of the specific application of communicative principles during the pre-listening, while-listening and post-listening phases in classroom teaching of listening is discussed.

Towards Interaction,Communication and Integration of Ethnic Groups with Commonality:A Comparison of Inner Mongolia,Guangxi and Ningxia Autonomous Region

One crucial measure of strengthening and advancing the Party's work on ethnic affairs in the new era is to promote interaction,communication and integration of various ethnic groups,so as to enhance commonality.Entering the new era,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi and Ningxia have achieved remarkable results in encouraging interaction,communication and integration of various ethnic groups.By comparatively analyzing successes of the three autonomous regions through the perspective of promoting commonality,this article summarizes the following strategic revelations:1)we should comprehensively implement the Party's ethnic policies and ensure theactual implementation of mutual interaction,mutual communication and mutual integration of ethnic groups;2)we should proactively promote the substantial progress of the economy,so as to provide solid material foundation for mutual interaction,mutual communication and mutual integration of ethnic groups;3)we should facilitate activities that promote ethnic unity and progress,so that the promotion of interaction,communication and mutual integration of ethnic groups can be seen,be felt and gain actual outcomes;4)we should take measures that suit to local conditions and explore all-round embedding mechanisms in order to foster the ethos for mutual interaction,mutual communication and mutual integration of ethnic groups;5)we should make every effort to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and orient precisely to the cause of encouraging mutual interaction,mutual communication and mutual integration of ethnic groups.

Plug-in and plug-out dispatch optimization in microgrid clusters based on flexible communication

With large-scale development of distributed generation(DG) and its potential role in microgrids, the microgrid cluster(MGC) becomes a useful control model to assist the integration of DG. Considering that microgrids in a MGC, power dispatch optimization in a MGC is dif-ficult to achieve. In this paper, a hybrid interactive communication optimization solution(HICOS) is suggested based on flexible communication, which could be used to solve plug-in or plug-out operation states of microgrids in MGC power dispatch optimization. HICOS consists of a hierarchical architecture: the upper layer uses distributed control among multiple microgrids, with no central controller for the MGC, and the lower layer uses a central controller for each microgrid. Based on flexible communication links among microgrids, the optimal iterative information are exchanged among microgrids, thus HICOS would gradually converge to the global optimal solution.While some microgrids plug-in or plug-out, communication links will be changed, so as to unsuccessfully reach optimal solution. Differing from changeless communication links in traditional communication networks, HICOS redefines the topology of flexible communication links to meet the requirement to reach the global optimal solutions.Simulation studies show that HICOS could effectively reach the global optimal dispatch solution with non-MGC center. Especially, facing to microgrids plug-in or plug-out states, HICOS would also reach the global optimal solution based on refined communication link topology.

"Xuhu"and"Danix":A Restudy on the Relationship between Salars and Tibetans

As a special inter-ethnic relationship and a unique cultural phenomenon,"Xuhu" and " Danix" exist in Xunhua Salars and surrounding Tibetans, which isparticularly close between Xichang Tibetans and Kewa Salars, located in BaizhuangTown, Xunhua County, Qinghai Province, and thus become a window to further explorethe relationship between Salars and Tibetans. This paper takes Xichang Valley as a fieldsite for digging deeply into the history and current situation of the relationship betweenSalars and Tibetans , finding that Tibetans in Xichang and Salars in Kewa have had formeda humane scene of interaction, communication and integration, in which they are based ona metaphor of common ancestry, and have long had the similar social structure, sharednatural resources and universal language and culture;They also regard credibility as thefoundation to offer mutual benefit, reciprocity and respect. Meanwhile, their interactionand communication contain a profound philosophical principle of " Harmony in Diversity", which is totally different from the variables to measure inter-ethnic relationships inWestern countries, and has provided a new perspective for us to explore the interactionand communication of ethnic groups in China.

Wireless recommendations for internet of vehicles:Recent advances,challenges,and opportunities

Internet of Vehicles(IoV)is a distributed network of connected cars,roadside infrastructure,wireless communication networks,and central cloud platforms.Wireless recommendations play an important role in the IoV network,for example,recommending appropriate routes,recommending driving strategies,and recommending content.In this paper,we review some of the key techniques in recommendations and discuss what are the opportunities and challenges to deploy these wireless recommendations in the IoV.

Generalized interface automata with multicast synchronization

Interface automata are one of the prominent formalisms for specifying interface behaviors of componentbased systems. However, only one-to-one communication is allowed in the composition of interface automata. This paper presents multicast interface automata which generalize the classic interface automata and accommodate multicast communication mechanism. The multicast interface automata endorse both bottom-up and top-down design methodologies. Theoretical results on compatibility and refinement are established for incremental design and independent implementability.
