中医内科2008年学术巡礼

从2007年11月至2008年9月,我国中医学术期刊发表了大量的中医内科文献,兹选择具有一定代表性的264篇文献,以心、肺、脾、肝、肾五个系统为主,从理论学说、实验临床研究、临床报道、名医经验四个方面予以述评,作为中医内科学2008年学术巡礼。

全球临床研究的现状分析及趋势展望

伴随着科学技术及人类认知的发展,临床研究的原则与方法到今天已日趋成熟,各种新方法新工具亦不断涌现。本文结合我国学界及政府对临床研究的日益重视的背景,对临床研究领域出现的新工具、专业发展的现状、新的指导原则、新的研究方法、人才现状及其原因、以及对医学教育与医疗机构的启示方面进行了介绍与分析。

雷公藤及其制剂相关肝损害国内文献分析

目的：调查雷公藤及其制剂相关肝损害的临床特征和发生原因,以提供预防措施。方法：以＂雷公藤＂为关键词,检索中国期刊全文数据库及维普中文科技期刊文献数据库,收集1990-2010年国内文献报道的与雷公藤及其制剂相关的药物性肝损害病例,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、肝损害的临床表现、预后和转归进行归纳分析。结果：雷公藤及其制剂相关的肝损害共185例,多发生于0~16岁年龄组,用药后肝损害发生时间最短7 d,最长〉6个月,多数发生于用药后的1个月内,临床主要表现为黄疸和肝功能异常。经过治疗,123例患者痊愈,9例患者好转,3例无效,其余不详,没有死亡病例。有3例患者因服用雷公藤制剂导致肝损害,再次给药后又发生肝损害,其中2例为雷公藤多苷片,1例为雷公藤片。结论：雷公藤及其制剂可引起肝损害,临床用药过程中应注意。
