Teaching of Organic Chemistry of Cultivating Applied Pharmaceutical Talents

In order to effectively cultivate applied pharmaceutical talents,aiming at the current teaching situation of organic chemistry,the basic course of pharmaceutical specialty,including the problems of curriculum setting,experimental teaching,and the integration of classroom and professional knowledge,it is proposed to overcome the problem of curriculum setting by combining"online+offline"in teaching.It should overcome the problems in experimental teaching with the help of virtual simulation platform.By cultivating students organic chemistry thinking and paying attention to the integration of subject and professional knowledge,students recognition of organic chemistry course can be improved,and the quality of training can be improved.

An Exploration on Undertaking Commercial Projects in School-Enterprise Cooperation from the Perspective of Applied Talents Cultivation

With the vibrant growth of IT and strong encouragement from the "Internet Plus" policy, China's craving for high-end IT talents has been aroused to another high level. With norms in IT talents requirement become more diverse and demanding, IT talents are pushed to embody both solid theoretical software knowledge and high capability in practice. All of these make it an extremely urgent task for strengthening applied talents with their practice capability in commercial projects. This paper, based on cultivating applied talents and by exemplifying the applied IT major in one university in H province, reinforced educational and cultivating reform, explored the undertaking of commercial projects in school-enterprise cooperation and contemplated the mode construction of applied talents cultivation to raise the cultivation quality and employment of applied talents in universities, effectively enhance the commercial value of education as well as its capability in serving local economy and finally achieve the goal of intensifying the link of talents cultivation through practice.

Research on the Training of Arts Applied Talents in Vocational Colleges Based on Employment

In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. In the 21st century, the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. The training of applied talents is an inevitable trend of social and economic development. Cultivation of Applied Foreign Language Talents in the Context of Hubei Free Trade Zone

This paper explains that the construction and development of Hubei Free Trade Zone has brought opportunities for the employment of applied foreign language talents.It analyzes the problems existing in the training of foreign language majors in Hubei local undergraduate universities:the professional positioning is vague,the curriculum system is unreasonable;the teaching mode is relatively outdated and cannot stimulate students’interest in learning;the teaching skills are limited,and the teachers’practical ability is insufficient;Improper methods,insufficient attention to quality training,etc.In response to the above problems,the article puts forward ideas and countermeasures for training applied foreign language talents.

Training Strategies for Applied German-speaking Talents in the"One Belt One Road"Initiative

Under the"One Belt One Road”initiative,China and Germany have become closer in cooperation and have made substantial progress in the fields of economy,trade,culture,science,and technology.The close cooperation between China and Germany has raised the demands for diversified German-speaking talents.After years of development and continuous exploration,China's educational institutions with German majors have established a mature talent training model but it is not enough to meet the country's growing demands for applied talents along with the economic development.With the advancement of the national education reform,many majors in various schools are thinking of reform plans suitable for their own development.Although German as a uminor^^language major is not very widely used,it plays an active and effective role in China's trade and cultural exchanges.Hence,there is a need to comprehensively improve students9 overall quality,advocate diversified training methods,adopt German-English bilingualism and professional German teaching methods,increase the cooperation of education between companies and institutions,as well as strive to train more applied German-speaking talents for the country.

Exploration of “Integrated Emerging Engineering” Applied Talent Training Mode for Landscape Architecture

Under the background of national promotion of innovation-driven development and Hubei Provincial Department of Education’s proposal to adjust and optimize the layout of higher education disciplines and specialties to serve Hubei as an important strategic pivot for the rise of central region,and based on the regional advantages of Yichang in the urban agglomeration of “Yichang,Jingzhou,Jingmen and Enshi” and the discipline characteristics and construction process of landscape architecture,the exploration and practice of “integrated emerging engineering” talent training mode of landscape architecture in College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University are comprehensively summarized from the aspects of teaching system construction,teaching staff construction,curriculum ideological and political construction,service industry and locality,deepening integration of production and education,transformation of scientific research achievements,and second classroom construction,in order to provide a reference for the training of emerging engineering talents in colleges and universities.

Bibliometrics analysis of applied nursing personnel training in China

Objective:To make a visual analysis of literature metrology on the training of applied nursing talents in China,to clarify the research hotspots and development trends,and to provide basic information for the education and teaching reform of applied nursing talents in China.Methods:The literature related to the training of applied nursing talents in China was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu database.NoteExpress was used for removing duplicates,and Bicomb2.0 was used to extract key fields and generate word matrix,which was imported into gCluto1.0 for double cluster analysis.Results:Finally,675 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the number of articles is increasing yearly.39 high-frequency keywords,such as practice teaching and 9 core authors such as Song Mei are extracted.The results of double cluster analysis showed that the research topics included five aspects:nursing education reform;training of applied nursing talents at different levels;quality of practical teaching;practice teaching reform and laboratory management;application-oriented nursing personnel training mode.Conclusion:The reform and practice of application-oriented nursing talents training in our country are developing continuously,and has gradually received great attention from universities,the local governments and national government departments.The research focuses on the reform of training mode of applied nursing talents at different levels,practice teaching reform,laboratory management and other aspects,which can provide a reference for the reform and practice of applied nursing talents training in China.

应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的问题与对策

当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。

在新工科快速发展的大背景下,建筑行业对工程造价专业应用型人才培养提出了新要求,为满足行业对工程造价人才能力的要求,新工科背景下工程造价人才培养的当务之急是紧跟数据时代的大方向,将高速发展的现代信息技术融入教学,充分利用数字化信息技术,积极探索专业培养与技术创新之间的融合方式,培养新时代下的“数智工程造价”新型人才。基于此,以天津理工大学新工科背景下的“数智工程造价”应用型人才培养模式为例,分析了天津理工大学工程造价专业为应对新形势提出的工程造价人才新要求,从培养体系、培养工具、思维创新、校企合作四大方面进行了“数智工程造价”人才培养模式的初步探索与实践。通过对天津理工大学工程造价专业人才培养模式的案例分析,可以从增强岗位胜任力、优化人才培养工具、形成复杂问题解决能力和加强校企合作四方面入手,构建新工科背景下工程造价数智化人才培养体系并不断加以完善,为其他高校工程造价专业人才的培养提供了经验借鉴。工程造价人才培养体系只有融入数智化发展的浪潮,进行数智化模式的更新,才能培养满足新时代要求的工程造价应用型人才,铸造新时代的工程造价新风貌。

基于新工科建设背景刍议校企协同培养应用型创新人才新范式

社会建构主义理论观照下统计人才培养模式设计与构建

随着越来越多的国内外高校开设统计专业,学者们对统计人才培养模式的研究不断深入。为了科学地支撑统计人才培养,需要借鉴国内外成熟的育人模式,并结合科学的教育理论。基于此,以社会建构主义为理论基础,结合统计专业教育特点和数字化社会职业需求,提出本科统计人才培养“1341”模式。该模式以“一个中心”为核心,聚焦于培养统计创新型应用人才,通过“价值、知识、能力”三个维度革新三大课程构造体系,以“四种融合”联通四个教学情境,并以“一个闭环系统”保障人才培养质量,旨在解决本科统计人才培养模式应然与实然之间的矛盾。

CBL教学形式融入课堂提高应用型医学检验人才培养的探讨

目的 探讨CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中的教学效果。方法 选择2018级检验本科学生为对照组,采用常规教学法授课;选择2019级检验本科学生为实验组,采用CBL教学法授课。通过问卷调查、期末成绩、毕业生去向等方面评估CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中教学效果。结果 调查问卷显示实验组学生的学习自主性和分析解决问题能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组学生的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CBL教学法能培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;提高学生学习自主性和学习兴趣从而提高学习成绩,是一种适合应用型医学检验技术人才培养的教学方法。
