Challenges and Countermeasures of Hunan Agricultural Electronic Commerce from the Angle of Internet： A Theoretical Review

Hunan is a major agricultural province. Hunan＇ s agricultural construction and agricultural e-commerce platform has made some achievements, but there are still many problems to be solved. In this paper, analysis and comparative analysis of the data, combined with the current level of application of information network in Hunan rural and agricultural development of the electronic commerce, analyzes the development trend of Hunan agricultural e-commerce. We analyzed the development of electronic commerce in Hunan agricultural situation and existing problems, propose solutions studied. This paper analyzes the current situation, market situation of agriculture and agricultural production present situation of e-commerce, e-commerce on the positive role to resolve Hunan agriculture, agricultural electronic commerce in Hunan Province in infrastructure, transport facilities, training, development model, agricultural products the existence of some standard terms, information service system, e-commerce laws and regulations and the other issues, and finally make recommendations.

Current Situation and Problems of College Students’Financial Management in the Era of Internet Finance and the Countermeasures

With the rapid development of information technology,internet financial products have been continuously launched,and many college students have joined the internet financial team.By investigating the current situation of college students’financial management,this study found several problems and deficiencies in college students’financial management and proposed countermeasures to these problems for colleges and universities to cultivate students’internet financial literacy as well as guide them to establish the correct concept of financial management under the internet financial environment,learn financial management knowledge,improve financial management capabilities and risk awareness,as well as choose appropriate internet financial management products.

基于NVivo分析改进上海市“互联网+护理服务”的对策建议

目的:分析上海市三级、二级和一级医院护士开展“互联网+护理服务”的重要性和制约因素,为推进“互联网+护理服务”提供对策建议。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取上海市2所三级综合医院、2所三级专科医院、2所二级综合医院以及3所一级医院(社区卫生服务中心)共36名临床护理人员或管理者进行半结构式访谈,使用三级编码法,借助NVivo 12 Plus软件的项目图、矩阵编码分析等功能对访谈资料进行内容分析。结果:共构建重要性、制约因素和对策建议3个一级节点、13个二级节点和11个三级节点。按照参考点数量分析,重要性依次体现在服务对象福祉、护士价值和医院发展上;制约因素依次排序主要是安全问题、人力问题、政策问题和平台问题。对策建议依次排序主要是服务定价、服务项目、服务安全、服务标准、服务平台和服务对象。通过框架矩阵比较分析发现,不同级别医院开展“互联网+护理服务”存在的制约因素和对策建议侧重点不同。结论:不同级别医院护士开展“互联网+护理服务”的制约因素不同,建议加大政策支持、明确管理制度和服务规范、优化人力资源配置、合理服务定价、持续改进“互联网+护理服务”项目,加快信息平台建设,多措并举,推进优质护理服务共建共享。

随着科技的进步,互联网的普及,以及金融业务线上化的发展,犯罪分子利用互联网和移动支付等新兴金融技术手段进行诈骗活动越发猖獗,给广大人民群众带来巨大经济损失。通过对我国互联网金融诈骗犯罪案件侦查工作面临的困境进行剖析发现,当前互联网金融诈骗犯罪案件具有发现犯罪线索难、侦查取证难、侦查协作与跨部门配合难、彻底打击难等难点,对此,公安机关应在证据收集、案情分析、部门协同、维稳追赃等环节积极发力,切实保障人民群众财产安全。

卫星互联网安全风险及应对措施分析

基于IPA方法对互联网医院建设现状和改进对策的探讨

目的了解互联网医院建设现状,为进一步改进互联网医院发展策略提供参考。方法基于患方视角的互联网医院评价指标体系,通过制作患者调查问卷对选取的样本互联网医院进行评价,运用Likert 5级评分法进行统计,计算各维度评价指标的得分情况,采用重要性-表现程度分析法(importance-performance analysis,IPA),对患方视角互联网医院评价结果构建满意度-重要性IPA进行矩阵分析。结果共纳入有效问卷939份,有效率为80.05%。一级指标发展指数得分从高到低依次为系统性能、服务质量、药事服务、平台设计、运营管理、诊疗服务、费用支付;二级指标发展指数排名前五的是系统响应速度、运行稳定性、易用便捷性、支付方式的便捷性和医师专业水平,排名后五名的是安全管理机制、音视频通话质量、医保报销支持、退改费处理便捷性和投诉反馈机制。通过IPA分析将32项评价指标划分为保持优势类、控制优化类、适度发展类和重点改进类,四个象限分别分布了5、12、10、5个观测指标。结论互联网医院的建设要注意根据不同人群的需求进行适应性调整,进一步扩大宣传与普及。着重改善投诉反馈机制、诊疗服务、费用管理等指标,提升互联网医院的使用率和满意度。
