Isobars Separation (<sup>137</sup>Cs-<sup>137m</sup>Ba-<sup>137</sup>Ba) from Marine Sediments, in Order to Evaluate Directly Their Radioactive Contamination by Mass Spectrometry

Marine sediments contamination by fission product 137Cs-137mBa is a fact since the period 1945-65, when plus than two thousand atomic explosion tests were performed mainly in the southern seas, earth region with minor population density. However, marine flows have produced dissemination of this radioactive pair through the sea bottom all over the world, at different levels, because the sea movement and natural decaying of radioactive pair: parent 137Cs (t1/2 = 30.17 years) and daughter 137mBa (t1/2 = 2.55 minutes). Radioactive detection of these contaminants, compared as percentage with that of natural 40K (t1/2 = 1.28 × 109 years, 0.0118% of elementary K) leads to radiation contamination factor (RCF), as one possible unit to measure the radioactive contamination intensity in different regions, as well to determine if there is some other possible source of this contaminant, for example water cooling from power nuclear reactors when it is discharged at sea. However, radioactive detection always implies an unavoidable statistical variation, which makes more difficult to appreciate the changes as function of time and region. But at beginning of this century, mass spectrometry has got impressive advances, which makes it much more precise and sensible than radioactive detection [1]. This paper attempts to measure with other units the radioactive contamination: 137Cs atoms number per gram of sample, instead radioactivity, which could be more direct and with minor standard deviation that radioactive detection, solving at same time the isobars separation: 137Cs versus 137mBa plus elementary 137Ba (11.23% of Ba element). 展开更多

Serum proteins differentially expressed in gestational diabetes mellitus assessed using isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantitation proteomics 被引量:1

BACKGROUND As a well-known fact to the public,gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)could bring serious risks for both pregnant women and infants.During this important investigation into the linkage between GDM patients and their altered expression in the serum,proteomics techniques were deployed to detect the differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)of in the serum of GDM patients to further explore its pathogenesis,and find out possible biomarkers to forecast GDM occurrence.METHODS Subjects were divided into GDM and normal control groups according to the IADPSG diagnostic criteria.Serum samples were randomly selected from four cases in each group at 24-28 wk of gestation,and the blood samples were identified by applying iTRAQ technology combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Key proteins and signaling pathways associated with GDM were identified by bioinformatics analysis,and the expression of key proteins in serum from 12 wk to 16 wk of gestation was further verified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).RESULTS Forty-seven proteins were significantly differentially expressed by analyzing the serum samples between the GDMgravidas as well as the healthy ones. Among them, 31 proteins were found to be upregulated notably and the rest16 proteins were downregulated remarkably. Bioinformatic data report revealed abnormal expression of proteinsassociated with lipid metabolism, coagulation cascade activation, complement system and inflammatory responsein the GDM group. ELISA results showed that the contents of RBP4, as well as ANGPTL8, increased in the serumof GDM gravidas compared with the healthy ones, and this change was found to initiate from 12 wk to 16 wk ofgestation.CONCLUSION GDM symptoms may involve abnormalities in lipid metabolism, coagulation cascade activation, complementsystem and inflammatory response. RBP4 and ANGPTL8 are expected to be early predictors of GDM. 展开更多

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as supernovae.Lunar samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)Fe.In this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy degrader.For particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the spectrograph.Finally,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS system.These results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)Ni.The sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated. 展开更多

Relativistic isobar^(96)_(44)Ru+^(96)_(44)Ru and^(96)_(40)Zr+^(96)_(40)Zrcollisions have revealed intricate differences in their nuclear size and shape,inspiring unconventional studies of nuclear structure using relativistic heavy ion collisions.In this study,we investigate the relative differences in the mean multiplicityR_(<Nch>)and the secondR_(ε2)and third-order eccentricityR_(ε3)between isobar collisions using initial state Glauber models.It is found that initial fluctuations and nuclear deformations have negligible effects on R_(<Nch>)in most central collisions,while both are important for the R_(ε2)and R_(ε3),the degree of which is sensitive to the underlying nucleonic or sub-nucleonic degree of freedom.These features,compared to real data,may probe the particle production mechanism and the physics underlying nuclear structure. 展开更多

Residue Coulomb Interaction Among Isobars and Its Influence in Symmetry Energy of Neutron-Rich Fragment

The residue Coulomb interaction(RCI), which affects the result of symmetry-energy coefficient of neutronrich nucleus in isobaric yield ratio(IYR) method, is difficult to be determined. Four RCI approximations are investigated:(i) The M1–RCI adopting the ac/T(the ratio of Coulomb energy coefficient to temperature) determined from the IYR of mirror-nucleus fragments;(ii) The M2–RCI by fitting the difference between IYRs;(iii) The M3–RCI adopting the standard Coulomb energy at a temperature T = 2 Me V; and(iv) Neglecting the RCI among isobars. The M1–, M2– and M3–RCI are no larger than 0.4. In particular, the M2–RCI is very close to zero. The effects of RCI in asym/T of fragment are also studied. The M1– and M4–asym/T are found to be the lower and upper limitations of asym/T, respectively. The M2–asym/T overlaps the M4–asym/T, which indicates that the M2–RCI is negligible in the IYR method, and the RCI among the three isobars can be neglected. The relative consistent low values of M3–asym/T(7.5 ± 2.5) are found in very neutron-rich isobars. 展开更多

We systematically calculated the multinucleon transfer reactions of ^(208)Os,^(208)Pt,^(208)Hg,^(208)Pb,^(208)Po,^(208)Rn,^(208)Ra,and ^(132,136) Xe when bombarded on ^(232) Th and ^(248) Cm at Coulomb barrier energie... We systematically calculated the multinucleon transfer reactions of ^(208)Os,^(208)Pt,^(208)Hg,^(208)Pb,^(208)Po,^(208)Rn,^(208)Ra,and ^(132,136) Xe when bombarded on ^(232) Th and ^(248) Cm at Coulomb barrier energies within the dinuclear system model.These results are in good agreement with the available experimental data.The influence of Coulomb and shell effects on actinide production in these reactions has been rigorously studied.We calculated and analyzed the potential energy surface (PES) and total kinetic energy (TKE) mass distributions for the reactions involving ^(208)Hg,^(208)Pb,and ^(208) Po with ^(248) Cm and ^(232)Th.The PES and TKE spectra shed light on the fragment formation mechanisms in multinucleon transfer reactions,with clear indications of isospin and shell effects.The production cross sections for multinucleon transfer products show a strong dependence on isobar projectiles with a mass number A=208.Isobar projectiles with high N/Z ratios are advantageous for generating neutron-rich target-like fragments.Conversely,products induced by isobar projectiles with larger charge numbers tend to shift toward proton-rich regions.The intertwining of the Coulomb potential and shell effect is evident in the production cross sections of actinide isotopes.Drawing from reactions induced by radioactive projectiles,we anticipate the discovery of several new actinide isotopes near the nuclear drip lines,extending our reach into the superheavy nuclei domain. 展开更多

目的:探讨单纯髓核摘除联合应用Isobar半限制性动态固定系统固定治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症伴节段性不稳的临床效果。方法:2009年1月~2010年12月共收治32例单节段腰椎间盘突出症伴节段性不稳的腰腿痛患者,均有相应节段神经受压引起的... 目的:探讨单纯髓核摘除联合应用Isobar半限制性动态固定系统固定治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症伴节段性不稳的临床效果。方法:2009年1月~2010年12月共收治32例单节段腰椎间盘突出症伴节段性不稳的腰腿痛患者,均有相应节段神经受压引起的腿痛、麻木、无力,均行保守治疗3~6个月治疗无效。责任节段分别为L3/4节段2例,L4/5节段16例,L5/S1节段14例。均在全麻下行后路腰椎间盘髓核摘除、Isobar半限制性动态固定系统固定手术。采用VAS和ODI评价临床疗效,术后3个月及末次随访行X线正侧位片、动力位片检查及CT扫描观察内固定情况和固定节段活动度。结果:所有患者均完成3年临床随访,平均手术时间70±16min,平均出血量150±42ml。术前VAS评分平均为7.3±2.2分;术后3个月时为2.2±1.0分,末次随访时为1.8±0.9分,均较术前显著减轻(P〈0.05)。ODI术前为(59.7±13.2)%;术后3个月时为(32.6±11.4)%,末次随访时为(30.8±10.6)%,较术前明显改善(P〈0.05)。责任节段术前活动度14°±2.5°,术后3个月时为2.8°±1.5°,末次随访时为2.6°±1.3°,与术前比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。所有患者无钉棒断裂,固定节段无再发椎间盘突出。结论:髓核摘除联合Isobar半限制性动态固定系固定治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症伴节段性不稳能够有效缓解临床症状,同时保留了责任节段部分活动度。 展开更多

背景:对于腰椎间盘突出症患者采取后路内固定治疗,可以常规选择后路椎间融合钉棒系统内固定的方式,近年来Isobar非融合内固定系统作为一种半坚强内固定腰椎后路动态钉棒固定系统开始逐渐应用在临床,成为患者的治疗选择方式之一。目的:... 背景:对于腰椎间盘突出症患者采取后路内固定治疗,可以常规选择后路椎间融合钉棒系统内固定的方式,近年来Isobar非融合内固定系统作为一种半坚强内固定腰椎后路动态钉棒固定系统开始逐渐应用在临床,成为患者的治疗选择方式之一。目的:临床对比观察研究分析采取后路Isobar非融合内固定系统和传统椎间融合钉棒系统内固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对2011年9月至2012年9月收治解放军第二军医大学附属长海医院骨科进行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,分为Isobar组和坚强内固定组,各20例,分别采用后路Isobar非融合内固定系统和传统椎间融合钉棒系统内固定进行治疗。结果与结论:两组患者均顺利完成手术,并完成至少2年以上随访,无脱落。与内固定前相比,两组患者内固定后腰腿痛目测类比评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数功能指数均显著改善;且与坚强内固定组相比,Isobar组患者治疗后腰椎活动度较大,而两组患者腰腿痛目测类比评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数接近。说明采用后路Isobar非融合内固定治疗能够获得传统治疗相同的治疗效果,且在腰椎活动度方面更具有优势。 展开更多

背景:双节段椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳的患者需要对严重退变节段行坚强固定和融合,但相邻节段会出现运动位移和屈伸角度的过度性增大,出现相邻节段的退变加速,椎体不稳加重,关节突增生、椎间盘突出等情况长期困扰着临床医生及患者。目的... 背景:双节段椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳的患者需要对严重退变节段行坚强固定和融合,但相邻节段会出现运动位移和屈伸角度的过度性增大,出现相邻节段的退变加速,椎体不稳加重,关节突增生、椎间盘突出等情况长期困扰着临床医生及患者。目的:对比观察ISObar TTL动态固定系统与坚强钉棒固定系统治疗双节段腰椎椎间盘突出合并腰椎不稳的疗效。方法:纳入130例双节段腰椎椎间盘突出合并腰椎不稳患者,其中L3/4-L4/5患者72例,L4/5-L5/S1患者58例。对退变严重的节段行椎板减压后外侧植骨融合,对退变较轻的节段随机采取ISObar TTL动态固定(68例,设为试验组)和坚强钉棒固定系统(62例,设为对照组)。2组患者对治疗方案均知情同意,且得到医院伦理委员会批准。以死亡终点,至少随访8年,术前及术后1周、4年、8年分别使用改良Pfirrmann分级系统评估椎间盘退变情况,使用目测类比评分系统评估腰腿疼痛改善情况。结果与结论:(1)与术前相比,试验组与对照组患者术后1周、4年、8年的腰痛及腿痛目测类比评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。组间对比,2组术前及术后1周腰痛及腿痛目测类比评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但是术后4,8年试验组腰痛及腿痛测类比评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)与术前相比,试验组与对照组患者术后1周、4年、8年的融合节段椎间盘退变改良Pfirrmann分级评分无明显变化(P>0.05);组间对比,2组术前及术后1周、4年、8年融合节段椎间盘退变改良Pfirrmann分级评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);(3)与术前相比,试验组与对照组患者术后1周、4年、8年的邻近节段椎间盘退变改良Pfirrmann评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。组间对比,2组术前及术后1周邻近节段椎间盘退变改良Pfirrmann评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);术后4,8年,试验组邻近节段椎间盘退变改良Pfirrmann评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)表明随访8年期间,ISObar TTL动态固定系统与坚强钉棒系统治疗双节段腰椎椎间盘突出症的症状均明显改善;但是术后4,8年ISObar TTL动态固定系统缓解腰腿痛效果更明显,且能够减轻邻近节段椎间盘退变。 展开更多

目的评价ISOBAR TTL动态固定治疗多节段腰椎退行性病变的早期临床效果。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月广州中医药大学附属顺德医院收治的60例多节段腰椎退行性病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,治疗组采用ISOBAR TTL动态固定,对照组采... 目的评价ISOBAR TTL动态固定治疗多节段腰椎退行性病变的早期临床效果。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月广州中医药大学附属顺德医院收治的60例多节段腰椎退行性病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,治疗组采用ISOBAR TTL动态固定,对照组采用融合固定。所有患者均随访1年,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量等一般手术指标,记录术后6个月及1年随访时邻近节段退变UCLA分级和相关并发症发生情况,比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及日本骨科学会(JOA)评分的差异。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中X线暴露次数及术后引流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1 d、6个月、1年随访时两组VAS评分和JOA评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.05),但术后各时相点组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月、1年随访时治疗组动态固定节段与相邻节段椎间盘退变UCLA分级相似(P>0.05),其中相邻节段椎间盘退变UCLA分级1年随访时优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组5枚螺钉发生松动,螺钉松动率明显低于对照组(2.5%vs 8.7%,P<0.05);两组均未出现内固定断裂、切口感染并发症。结论 ISOBAR TTL动态内固定与融合固定手术治疗多节段腰椎退行性疾病均可获得满意的短期疗效;与融合固定相比,ISOBAR TTL动态内固定对术后腰椎节段影响小,可显著降低早期相邻节段退变的发生率。 展开更多

目的探讨ISOBAR TTL动态固定与峡部植骨治疗单纯腰椎峡部裂或伴Ⅰ度滑脱的临床效果。方法纳入2015年4月~2017年4月本院收治的49例腰椎峡部裂患者,均采用ISOBAR TTL动态固定与峡部植骨治疗,平均随访(31.24±2.7)个月。记录手术完成情... 目的探讨ISOBAR TTL动态固定与峡部植骨治疗单纯腰椎峡部裂或伴Ⅰ度滑脱的临床效果。方法纳入2015年4月~2017年4月本院收治的49例腰椎峡部裂患者,均采用ISOBAR TTL动态固定与峡部植骨治疗,平均随访(31.24±2.7)个月。记录手术完成情况,术后随访并评价手术效果。结果49例患者手术耗时(118.86±15.78)min,平均失血量(156.87±26.32)ml,住院时间(10.87±2.68)d;术后1个月、3个月、末次随访的ODI指数、疼痛VAS评分均显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术优良率为95.91%,术后6个月峡部断端的骨性融合率85.71%,术后1年融合率97.96%,仅发生1例慢性腰痛,无邻近节段退变(Adjacent segment degeneration,ASD)、螺钉断裂、感染等严重并发症出现。结论ISOBAR TTL动态固定与峡部植骨能有效改善单纯腰椎峡部裂或伴Ⅰ度滑脱患者疼痛及功能障碍,峡部断端骨性融合率高,还能有效避免ASD发生。 展开更多

Design and Application of a New Splitter Plate Pressure Probe for Wind Tunnel Flow Measurements

A new siplitter plate presure probe was developed for flow field measurements on an airfoil with slotted flap in a low speed wind tunnel with 7 by 10 ft test section. Wind tunnel tests were conducted at a Reynolds number of 2.2 million and Mach number of 0.13. The splitter plate was made of aluminum and had pressure taps on its one side. The probe can make many measurements in the plane of the plate simultaneously by using these pressure tabs. It was supported by a traversing strut in the wind tunnel and surveyed the flow field on the airfoil upper surface. Measured pressures were presented by isobars of coefficients. These isobars were connected with the pressure coefficients distributed over the airfoil. Results of splitter plate pressure probe compare well with other single-point measuring probes. However, results show that no matter how small the probe, its presence in the flow causes a disturbance, especially in the highly time-dependent separated flow regions. 展开更多

背景:腰椎融合术后邻椎病的治疗是脊柱外科的研究热点,传统延长融合节段的手术有可能加速邻椎病的再次出现。以椎弓根螺钉为基础的非融合技术在治疗腰椎退行性疾病和预防邻近节段退变中表现出良好的中短期疗效,但采用非融合技术治疗腰... 背景:腰椎融合术后邻椎病的治疗是脊柱外科的研究热点,传统延长融合节段的手术有可能加速邻椎病的再次出现。以椎弓根螺钉为基础的非融合技术在治疗腰椎退行性疾病和预防邻近节段退变中表现出良好的中短期疗效,但采用非融合技术治疗腰椎融合术后邻椎病的临床疗效亟待研究。目的:评估Isobar EVO非融合动态固定治疗腰椎融合术后邻椎病的效果。方法:选择2013年7月至2017年12月于东直门医院因保守治疗无效后再次手术的邻椎病患者,纳入了其中15例接受Isobar EVO原位非融合动态稳定治疗的患者,并回顾了病历、手术报告和X射线成像研究。比较手术前后的临床结果(包括腰痛和下肢痛目测类比评分、腰椎功能障碍指数、SF-36量表生理健康评分)和影像学测量指标(包括手术节段及上位邻近节段活动度、手术节段前凸角和腰椎前凸角、手术节段及上位邻近节段平均间隙高度指数)。结果与结论:15例患者完成了至少3年的随访。(1)临床结果:末次随访时各项评分较术前有显著改善(P<0.05),但随访各时段之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)影像学测量指标:末次随访时,手术节段活动度较术前明显减少[(3.16±0.45)°vs.(6.32±1.81)°,P<0.05],上位邻近节段活动度较术前明显增加[(5.51±1.22)°vs.(4.87±1.47)°,P<0.05],腰椎前凸角较术前明显增加[(30.95±8.96)°vs.(27.12±9.67)°,P<0.05],手术节段前凸角较术前明显增加[(11.32±4.86)°vs.(10.14±6.44)°,P<0.05],手术节段平均间隙高度指数较术前明显增大(33.23±3.83 vs.32.79±4.06,P<0.05),但上位邻近节段平均间隙高度指数较术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以上指标在术后随访各时段之间相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有病例在随访周期内未见内置物松动,未再次发生邻椎病。(3)结论:Isobar EVO非融合动态固定是治疗邻椎病的有效方式,临床效果明显。术后3年以上随访结果显示该术式可在一定程度上预防再手术后邻椎病的发生,长期效果有待于进一步随访的结果和更高级别循证医学证据的支持。 展开更多

目的对比TTL系统(一代Isobar系统)和Isobar EVO系统(二代Isobar系统)对手术和邻近节段椎间盘的影响。方法回顾性分析北京中医药大学附属东直门医院骨三科2016年8月至2019年8月,共计63例采用Isobar动态固定系统联合减压治疗的腰椎退行性... 目的对比TTL系统(一代Isobar系统)和Isobar EVO系统(二代Isobar系统)对手术和邻近节段椎间盘的影响。方法回顾性分析北京中医药大学附属东直门医院骨三科2016年8月至2019年8月,共计63例采用Isobar动态固定系统联合减压治疗的腰椎退行性疾病患者的临床资料,将患者分为TTL组(34例)和EVO组(29例),对比各时间点两组VAS评分和ODI指数,手术节段及上邻节段椎间高度指数(DHI)、上邻节段髓核容积(LNPV)和椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级情况的变化情况。结果TTL组随访21~28个月,平均(26.32±2.15)个月;EVO组随访21~30个月,平均(25.46±4.43)个月。两组患者的VAS评分、ODI指数较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组间术后1年、末次随访的VAS评分、ODI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TTL组术后1年及末次随访的手术节段和上邻节段DHI与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EVO组术后1年及末次随访的手术节段DHI较术前增高(P<0.05),而上邻节段EVO组与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间比较,EVO组末次随访的手术节段DHI较TTL组增高(P<0.05)。TTL组术后1年及末次随访上邻节段LNPV与术前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EVO组较术前均有所增高(P>0.05);两组间上邻节段LNPV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TTL组末次随访手术节段和上邻节段Pfirrmann分级变化情况与术前相比变化不明显(P>0.05);而EVO组与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Isobar EVO动态内固定系统对腰椎退行性疾病进行非融合治疗临床疗效满意,在短期内可能延缓固定节段和邻近节段椎间盘退变,对退变的椎间盘起到一定的保护作用。 展开更多

iTRAQ-based proteomics analysis of aqueous humor in patients with dry age-related macular degeneration 被引量:4

AIM: To preliminarily test proteomics in aqueous humor in patients with dry age-related macular degeneration(AMD) by using the proteomic technology.METHODS: Aqueous humor samples were collected from patients with or without dry AMD, who underwent cataract surgery. The aqueous samples were analyzed with isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification(i TRAQ) combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) technology. The differential expressed proteins were analyzed with gene ontology(GO) enrichment, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis. The data were partly validated by ELISA and Western blot. False discovery rate(FDR) was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: A total of 244 proteins were detected, in which 38 proteins were up-regulated and 51 were down-regulated significantly in patients with dry AMD compared with that in control groups(FDR value <1.0%). Several proteins, e.g., protein S100-A8(S10 A8), dystroglycan(DAG1), Ig alpha-1 chain C region(IGHA1), carbonic anhydrase 3(CAH3) and alpha-1-acid glycoprotein(A1 AG1) were increased more than 5 times of that in control group. The bioinformatics analysis showed that dry AMD is closely associated with inflammation or immune reaction, oxidative stress, blood coagulation and remodeling of extracellular matrix.CONCLUSION: i TRAQ-based proteomic analysis of aqueous humor demonstrate the differential expressions of proteins between dry AMD and control groups, providing the clues to understand the mechanisms and possible treatments of dry AMD. 展开更多
