However, the size the hexagonal boron nitrid...Chemical vapor deposition is considered as the most hopeful method for the synthesis of large-area high-quality hexagonal boron nitride on the substrate of catalytic metal. However, the size the hexagonal boron nitride films are limited to the size of growth chamber, which indicates a lower production efficiency. In this paper, the utilization efficiency of growth chamber is highly improved by alternately stacking multiple pieces of Cu foils and carbon fiber surface felt with porous structure. Uniform and continuous hexagonal boron nitride films are prepared on Cu foils through chemical vapor deposition utilizing ammonia borane as the precursor. This work develops a simple and practicable method for high-throughput preparation of hexagonal boron nitride films, which could contribute to the industrial application of hexagonal boron nitride. .展开更多
The differential cubature solution to the problem of a Mindlin plate lying on the Winkler foundation with two simply supported edges and two clamped edges was derived.Discrete numerical technology and shape functions ...The differential cubature solution to the problem of a Mindlin plate lying on the Winkler foundation with two simply supported edges and two clamped edges was derived.Discrete numerical technology and shape functions were used to ensure that the solution is suitable to irregular shaped plates.Then,the mechanical model and the solution were employed to model the protection layer that isolates the mining stopes from sea water in Sanshandao gold mine,which is the first subsea mine of China.Furthermore,thickness optimizations for the protection layers above each stope were conducted based on the maximum principle stress criterion,and the linear relations between the best protection layer thickness and the stope area under different safety factors were regressed to guide the isolation design.The method presented in this work provides a practical way to quickly design the isolation layer thickness in subsea mining.展开更多
In this paper,a seismic and vibration reduction measure of subway station is developed by setting a segmented isolation layer between the sidewall of structure and the diaphragm wall.The segmented isolation layer cons...In this paper,a seismic and vibration reduction measure of subway station is developed by setting a segmented isolation layer between the sidewall of structure and the diaphragm wall.The segmented isolation layer consists of a rigid layer and a flexible layer.The rigid layer is installed at the joint section between the structural sidewall and slab,and the flexible layer is installed at the remaining sections.A diaphragm wall-segmented isolation layer-subway station structure system is constructed.Seismic and vibration control performance of the diaphragm wall-segmented isolation layer-subway station structure system is evaluated by the detailed numerical analysis.Firstly,a three-dimensional nonlinear time-history analysis is carried out to study the seismic response of the station structure by considering the effect of different earthquake motions and stiffness of segmented isolation layer.Subsequently,the vibration response of site under training loading is also studied by considering the influence of different train velocities and stiffness of the segmented isolation layer.Numerical results demonstrate that the diaphragm wall-segmented isolation layer-subway station structure system can not only effectively reduce the lateral deformation of station structure,but also reduce the tensile damage of the roof slab.On the other hand,the developed reduction measure can also significantly reduce the vertical peak displacements of site under training loading.展开更多

The 3D model is prepared a...A three-dimensional finite element model (3D FEM) is built using ABAQUS to analyze the dynamic response of a concrete pavement structure with an asphalt isolating layer under moving loads. The 3D model is prepared and validated in the state of no asphalt isolating layer. Stress and deflection at the critical load position are calculated by changing thickness, modulus of isolating layer and the combination between the isolating layer and concrete slab. Analysis result shows that the stress and deflection of the concrete slab increase with the increase of thickness. The stress and deflection of the concrete slab decrease with the increase of combination between the isolating layer and concrete slab. The influence of changing the isolating layer modulus to the stress and deflection of the concrete slab is not significant. From the results, asphalt isolating layer design is suggested in concrete pavement.展开更多
