JNKs are considered as crucial mediators of neuronal cell death in response to stress and injury. However, recent studies have provided substantial evidence that the JNK pathway plays an important role in neuronal migration. Here, we will give a brief introduction of the JNK signaling pathway and put more emphasis on its role in nettronal migration.展开更多
