Although PD presents primarily with motor dysfunction, non-motor symptoms including cognitive decline, mood disorders, reduced olfaction and constipation are also of- ten present, with some of these non-motor symptoms even pre- senting prior to the onset of motor symptoms. It is well known that PD is largely caused by the gradual degeneration of dopa- minergic neurons within the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc), along with the presence of protein aggregates called Lewy bodies, which consist primarily of ct-synuclein and are found in the cytoplasm of surviving neurons. This ongoing cell loss and Lewy body pathology is not confined to the SNc, but is also seen in other brain regions implicated in PD pathogenesis such as the locus ceruleus. 展开更多

The scientific field test site of rainfall-soil moisture-groundwater conversion in Dabie Mountain Area–Jianghan Plain is located in the northern region of the Jianghan Plain,the transition zone between the Dabie Mountain Area and Jianghan Plain.It’s a great field test site to study the material and energy exchange among rainfall,soil moisture,and groundwater of the Earth’s critical zone in subtropical monsoon climate plain areas.This paper analyzed the connection between rainfall and volume water content(VWC)of soil at different depths of several soil profiles,and the dynamic feature of groundwater was discussed,which reveals the rainfall infiltration recharge of Quaternary Upper Pleistocene strata.The results show that the Quaternary Upper Pleistocene aquifer groundwater accepts a little direct rainfall recharge,while the lateral recharge is the main supplement source.There were 75 effective rainfall events among 120 rainfall events during the monitoring period,with an accumulated amount of 672.9 mm,and the percentages of effective rainfall amount and duration time were 62.50%and 91.56%,respectively.The max evaporation depth at the upper part in Quaternary cohesive soil was no less than 1.4 m.The soil profile was divided into four zones:(1)The sensitive zone of rainfall infiltration within 1.4 m,where the material and energy exchange frequently near the interface between atmosphere and soil;(2)the buffer zone of rainfall infiltration between 1.4 m and 3.5 m;(3)the migration zone of rainfall infiltration between 3.5 m and 5.0 m;and(4)the rainfall infiltration and groundwater level co-influenced zone below 5.0 m.The results revealed the reaction of soil moisture and groundwater to rainfall in the area covered by cohesive soil under humid climate in Earth’s critical zone,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for groundwater resources evaluation and development,groundwater environmental protection,ecological environmental improvement,drought disaster prevention,and flood disaster prevention in subtropical monsoon climate plain areas. 展开更多

Huntington's disease (HD) is the most common dominantly inherited neurodegenerative disorder, mainly characterized by the progressive striatal and cortical neurodegeneration and as- sociated motor, cognitive and behavioural disturbances (Zuccato et al., 2010). The disease-causing mutation is an expansion of a GAG trinucleotide repeat (〉 36 repeats) encoding a polygluta- mine stretch in the N-terminal region ofhuntingtin (Htt) (Zuc- cato et al., 2010), a ubiquitous protein whose function is still unclear (Zuccato et al., 2010). Expansion of the polyQ stretch endows mutant Htt (mHtt) with toxic properties, and results in the development of a broad array of undesirable effects in both neuronal and non-neuronal cells (Zuccato et al., 2010). Among all cellular dysfunctions and biochemical imbalances classically associated with HD, perturbed metabolism of (glyco) sphingolipids appears to play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of the disease. 冠状病毒在系统分类上属冠状病毒科(Coronaviridae)冠状病毒属(Coronavirus),是一种具有球形颗粒和包膜结构的单链RNA病毒。从2003年在中国暴发的重症急性呼吸综合征(SARSCoV),到2012年在沙特出现的中东呼吸综合征(MERS-CoV),再到2019... 冠状病毒在系统分类上属冠状病毒科(Coronaviridae)冠状病毒属(Coronavirus),是一种具有球形颗粒和包膜结构的单链RNA病毒。从2003年在中国暴发的重症急性呼吸综合征(SARSCoV),到2012年在沙特出现的中东呼吸综合征(MERS-CoV),再到2019年开始报道的新型冠状病毒感染(2019-nCoV),21世纪冠状病毒已经3次严重危害到人类的健康。对冠状病毒的序列特征与进化关系进行分析对病毒的起源与防控具有重要意义。本研究从GenBank数据库中筛选到30条冠状病毒刺突蛋白(S)、核衣壳蛋白(N)的蛋白序列,用邻接法构建进化树,分析冠状病毒进化关系,并对蛋白保守基序进行了分析。结果显示:2019-nCoV与从云南省的中菊头蝠中检测到的冠状病毒分离株RaTG13进化关系最近,并且与SARS-CoV具有较近的亲缘关系,与其他哺乳类和禽类动物感染的冠状病毒遗传进化关系较远。同时发现,相比S蛋白,N蛋白更适合用于构建冠状病毒进化树。保守基序分析表明:N蛋白中,选择的30个蛋白中有9个只含有2个保守元件,21个成员含有3个保守元件,保守元件在蛋白中的分布相对均匀;S蛋白中,选择的30个蛋白均含有3个保守元件,且集中在C端。本研究结果将为冠状病毒的进化关系及防治措施提供一定的理论依据。 展开更多

某铜锌硫化矿石浮铜新型抑制剂S-601取代石灰的研究与应用

四川某铜锌硫多金属矿选矿厂原使用石灰为硫铁矿物的抑制剂,存在石灰液配制工艺复杂、单耗高、安全环保工作难度大等问题。为践行建设绿色矿山和可持续发展理念,选用新型抑制剂S-601进行了替代试验。结果表明,S-601在试验中对硫铁矿表... 四川某铜锌硫多金属矿选矿厂原使用石灰为硫铁矿物的抑制剂,存在石灰液配制工艺复杂、单耗高、安全环保工作难度大等问题。为践行建设绿色矿山和可持续发展理念,选用新型抑制剂S-601进行了替代试验。结果表明,S-601在试验中对硫铁矿表现出了高效的抑制效果,在用量为800 g/t情况下,铜精矿品位提升0.81个百分点、回收率提升0.43个百分点,锌精矿品位提升3.11个百分点、回收率提升0.23个百分点,硫精矿品位提升0.61个百分点、回收率提升3.63个百分点;S-601可直接配制成浓度为2.5%的溶液进行添加,配制及添加方式简单;以S-601为抑制剂取代石灰,不仅显著简化了流程、节约了人力与物力且安全环保,吨原矿生产成本还下降了2.14元。因此,S-601的使用降本增效效果显著。 展开更多

目的:观察泪道内窥镜下泪小管切开联合新型R-S管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效。方法:泪道内窥镜下泪小管切开联合泪道置管术治疗泪小管炎患者31例32眼,置入新型R-S管15例15眼为A组,置入环形泪道引流管16例17眼为B组,所有患者均术后2~3mo... 目的:观察泪道内窥镜下泪小管切开联合新型R-S管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效。方法:泪道内窥镜下泪小管切开联合泪道置管术治疗泪小管炎患者31例32眼,置入新型R-S管15例15眼为A组,置入环形泪道引流管16例17眼为B组,所有患者均术后2~3mo拔管并观察至术后1a,比较两组手术疗效、手术置管时间、术后并发症、术后鼻腔异物感和鼻腔分泌物增多发生率。结果:A组治疗有效率为93%,B组为94%,两组无差异(P>0.05)。A组置管时间为2.27±1.335min,B组为5.29±1.404min;A组术后并发症发生率为7%,B组为47%;A组术后鼻腔异物感发生率为7%,B组为41%;A组术后鼻腔分泌物增多发生率为0,B组为29%。手术置管时间、术后并发症、鼻腔异物感及鼻腔分泌物增多发生率均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:泪道内窥镜下泪小管切开联合新型R-S管置入治疗泪小管炎效果良好,且新型R-S管具有操作简便、术后并发症少和患者舒适度高等优点。 展开更多
