各粳稻品种在不同生态区随海拔高度的上升,生育期延长,千粒重增重,而穗长变短、有效穗数、穗粒教变少;随海拔高度的上升加工品质及外观品质呈变好的趋势;直链淀粉含量随海拔升高而增加,蛋白质含量随海拔升高而降低。
