The Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)satellite is a small magnetosphere–ionosphere link explorer developed cooperatively between China and Europe.It pioneers the use of X-ray imaging technology to perform large-scale imaging of the Earth’s magnetosheath and polar cusp regions.It uses a high-precision ultraviolet imager to image the overall configuration of the aurora and monitor changes in the source of solar wind in real time,using in situ detection instruments to improve human understanding of the relationship between solar activity and changes in the Earth’s magnetic field.The SMILE satellite is scheduled to launch in 2025.The European Incoherent Scatter Sciences Association(EISCAT)-3D radar is a new generation of European incoherent scatter radar constructed by EISCAT and is the most advanced ground-based ionospheric experimental device in the high-latitude polar region.It has multibeam and multidirectional quasi-real-time three-dimensional(3D)imaging capabilities,continuous monitoring and operation capabilities,and multiple-baseline interferometry capabilities.Joint detection by the SMILE satellite and the EISCAT-3D radar is of great significance for revealing the coupling process of the solar wind–magnetosphere–ionosphere.Therefore,we performed an analysis of the joint detection capability of the SMILE satellite and EISCAT-3D,analyzed the period during which the two can perform joint detection,and defined the key scientific problems that can be solved by joint detection.In addition,we developed Web-based software to search for and visualize the joint detection period of the SMILE satellite and EISCAT-3D radar,which lays the foundation for subsequent joint detection experiments and scientific research. 展开更多

Flexible joints are usually used to transfer velocities in robot systems and may lead to delays in motion transformation due to joint flexibility. In this paper, a linkrotor structure connected by a flexible joint or shaft is firstly modeled to be a slow-fast delayed system when moment of inertia of the lightweight link is far less than that of the heavy rotor. To analyze the stability and oscillations of the slowfast system, the geometric singular perturbation method is extended, with both slow and fast manifolds expressed analytically. The stability of the slow manifold is investigated and critical boundaries are obtained to divide the stable and the unstable regions. To study effects of the transformation delay on the stability and oscillations of the link, two quantitatively different driving forces derived from the negative feedback of the link are considered. The results show that one of these two typical driving forces may drive the link to exhibit a stable state and the other kind of driving force may induce a relaxation oscillation for a very small delay. However, the link loses stability and undergoes regular periodic and bursting oscillation when the transformation delay is large. Basically, a very small delay does not affect the stability of the slow manifold but a large delay affects substantially. 展开更多

A new 3D velocity model of the crust and upper mantle in the southeastern (SE) margin of the Tibetan plateau was obtained by joint inversion of body- and sur- face-wave data. For the body-wave data, we used 7190 events recorded by 102 stations in the SE margin of the Tibetan plateau. The surface-wave data consist of Rayleigh wave phase velocity dispersion curves obtained from ambient noise cross-correlation analysis recorded by a dense array in the SE margin of the Tibetan plateau. The joint inversion clearly improves the Vs model because it is constrained by both data types. The results show that at around 10 km depth there are two low-velocity anomalies embedded within three high-velocity bodies along the Longmenshan fault system. These high-velocity bodies correspond well with the Precambrian massifs, and the two located to the northeast of 2013 Ms 7.0 Lushan earthquake are associated with high fault slip areas during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. The aftershock gap between 2013 Lushan earthquake and 2008 Wenchuan earthquake is associated with low-velocity anomalies, which also acts as a barrier zone for ruptures of two earthquakes. Generally large earthquakes (M 〉 5) in the region occurring from 2008 to 2015 are located around the high-velocity zones, indicating that they may act as asperities for these large earthquakes. Joint inversion results also clearly show that there exist low-velocity or weak zones in the mid-lower crust, which are not evenly distributed beneath the SE margin of Tibetan plateau. 展开更多

Motion planning for redundant prismatic-jointed manipulators in the free-floating mode

This paper investigates the motion planning of redundant free-floating manipulators with seven prismatic joints. On the earth, prismatic-jointed manipulators could only position their end-effectors in a desired way. However, in space, the end-effectors of free-floating manipulators can achieve both the desired orientation and desired position due to the dynamical coupling between manipulator and satellite movement, which is formally expressed by linear and angular momentum conservation laws. In this study, a tractable algorithm particle swarm optimization combined with differential evolution (PSODE) is provided to deal with the motion planning of redundant free-floating prismatic-jointed manipulators, which could avoid the pseudo inverse of the Jacobian matrix. The polynomial functions, as argument in sine functions are used to specify the joint paths. The co- efficients of the polynomials are optimized to achieve the desired end-effector orientation and position, and simulta- neously minimize the unit-mass-kinetic energy using the redundancy. Relevant simulations prove that this method pro- vides satisfactory smooth paths for redundant free-floating prismatic-jointed manipulators. This study could help to recognize the advantages of redundant prismatic-jointed space manipulators. 展开更多

在地区安全治理研究中,规则或国际规则是主导话语和主导研究范式。然而,规则本身并不能自动构建治理实践和产生预期的治理效果。文章通过借鉴世界政治关系理论的最新研究成果,尝试建立“规则-关系”治理模型。其基本假设是,国际规则需... 在地区安全治理研究中,规则或国际规则是主导话语和主导研究范式。然而,规则本身并不能自动构建治理实践和产生预期的治理效果。文章通过借鉴世界政治关系理论的最新研究成果,尝试建立“规则-关系”治理模型。其基本假设是,国际规则需经由地方关系过程激活和运化,才更有可能产生协作机制和务实政策,从而实现有效的地区安全治理。具象的地方关系过程由地区安全利益攸关方的互动关系构成,是各方参与协商的过程,同时也是给国际规则和治理实践赋能的过程。整体和抽象的地方关系过程就是治理实践本身,是所有治理要素联动应对安全威胁的过程,并以大湄公河次区域跨境传染病联防联控协作治理为案例对模型进行了验证。实践证明,关系过程活力越大,越能够激活和运化规则,就越有可能形成有效的地区安全治理,这项研究有望推动和深化地区安全治理的学理思考,并为公共卫生治理研究作出累积性知识贡献。 展开更多

Objective: Significance of combined detection of serum 25(OH)D3, hsa-miR-17-5p and HCV-RNA in diagnosis of hepatitis C disease. Methods: A total of 52 patients with benign ovarian tumor resection were selected from April 2016 to April 2018 in our hospital. We paid attention to the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention, and observed the prognosis and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The expression of hsa-mir-17-5p in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the expression of 25(OH)D3 was lower than that in the control group, the expression of hsa-mir-17-5p in the HCV-RNA positive group was higher than that in the HCV-RNA negative group, and the expression of 25(OH) D3 was lower than that in the HCV-RNA negative group. The expression of HCV-RNA in the observation group was positively and negatively correlated with the expression of 25(OH) D3 and hsa-mir-17-5p in the 25(OH)D3 and the critical values of serum 25 (OH)D3, hsa-mir-17-5p and HCV-RNA were 24.23 ug/L, 1.89 relative expression and 1.22 × 103 IU/mL, respectively. The area of AUC detected by hsa-miR-17-5p+ 25 (OH) D3+25(OH)D3 is larger than that detected separately. Conclusion: The combined detection of serum 25(OH)D3, hsa-mir-17-5p and HCV-RNA has high diagnostic efficiency and sensitivity for hepatitis C.
