So, the key point of this research is how the students use Pygmalion Effect to improve their English Learn-ing.

A Study of English Learning Strategies Employed by the Rural Junior School Students in Anhui Province

In order to find out whether the English learning strategies specified in the Requirements have been used by the junior middle school students whose English studies are guided by the current Syllabus,how frequently they make use of them,and whether there are any disparities between the specifications of the Requirements and the current conditions of the students using English learning strategies,the author of this thesis attempt to find out the answers to three questions:1) How is the general condition of the students using the learning strategies and what problems exist? 2) Are there any differences with statistical significance in using English learning strategies between male and female students? 3) Are there any differences with statistical significance in using learning strategies between successful and unsuccessful students?

Effect of Chinese Traditional Healthcare Exercises on 136 Junior School Students

Objective： To observe the physiological and psychological effects of Chinese traditional healthcare exercises （CTHE） on the adolescents. Methods： A total of 136 healthy students of junior school were recruited and randomly divided into the test group （68 cases） and the control group （68 cases）. The subjects in the test group practiced CTHE, while those in the control group did ＂the 8th radio calisthenics＂, an official recommended calisthenics for promoting healthcare in China, 3 times a week, and 7 weeks practicing overall. The general body function examination and the meridian energy detection system were used to determine the effects of the two groups. Results： （1） After exercise, the chest circumference and heart rate were increased significantly （P〈0.01）, and both the systolic pressure （SP） and diastolic pressure （DP） were decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, while the weight had no significant change （P〉0.05） in the test group. In the control group, the chest circumference, the SP and DP had no significant improvement （P〉0.05）, while the heart rate was significantly increased and the weight was significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. （2） The test group achieved significant positive changes in the performance status, state of mind and fatigue index （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, while the control group only achieved a significant positive change in performance status （P〈0.01）, and a negative significant decrease in the autonomic nerve function （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Junior school students would get physiological and psychological benefit from practicing CTHE, and which is suitable for them to practice.

Influence of Parental Rearing Patterns on School Bullying Behavior of Junior High School Students

Bullying,as an aggressive behavior,has become a common phenomenon among junior high school students.The occurrence of bullying behavior can have a serious negative impact on the mental health of junior high school students.Some students even suffer from psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.Many research results at home and abroad show that personality is an important factor affecting bullying behavior.In this case,this study explores the impact of parental rearing patterns on school bullying behavior.Improving the parenting styles of junior high school students and their parenting level has become an practicable practical approach to prevent the problem of school bullying.

Macro-analysis of Errors Made by Junior Middle School Students

This study collects 3896 errors made by junior middle students in Xining.Then they are classified into interlingual errors and intralingual errors and a macro-analysis is done to discover the possible causes behind these errors.This research comes to the following conclusions:First,a large number of the errors made by the students are intralingual errors rather than interlingual ones.Secondly,the students at elementary levels produce more interlingual errors than those at intermediate or advanced levels.Conversely,the students at intermediate or advanced levels produce more intralingual errors.Thirdly,errors can have more than one source.

An Investigation of Junior Middle School Students'English Learning Motivation and Motivating Strategies

English learning motivation plays a more and more important role in junior middle school students' study,and it is necessary for students to learn English effectively.Therefore,teachers should take responsibilities for stimulating students' English learning motivation.This present thesis investigates 63 students who are from class 1 grade 1,class 2 grade 1 and class 3 grade 1 in NanJie country junior middle school in LinYing town LuoHe city by the way of questionnaire.And the thesis discusses the source of students' learning motivation,for the purpose of putting forward strategies of motivating students' English learning motivation in accordance with students' type of motivation.

A Literature Review regarding Cervical Cancer Prevention Targeting Junior and Senior High School Students

Objective: To understand the state of education for the prevention of cervical cancer and trends in research. The subject of cervical cancer prevention will be examined. Method: Articles from the ICHUSHI Web version 5, CiNii, and PubMed databases for the period from 2009-2019 were used. Search terms used were cervical cancer, HPV/human papillomavirus, prevention, public awareness, and education. Results: 17 articles (9 Japanese and 8 English) were analyzed. The majority of students had heard of cervical cancer but did not know of the link between it and HPV. Vaccinated individuals were significantly more likely to have deeper knowledge regarding cervical cancer and HPV. Various factors affect the vaccination rate. These include knowledge of HPV and cervical cancer, age, ethnicity, the organization or location which administers the vaccine, how to breach the subject, finances, and the opinions of friends and family. In particular, consultations with parents lead to mothers recognizing the importance of the vaccine. By way of educational intervention, opinions have grown more positive about advancing awareness, being vaccinated, and having cervical cancer screenings for the future. Conclusion: The prevention of cervical cancer requires support and fostering the judgement based on sufficient awareness and adequate education. What we need is educational intervention rooted firmly in the current societal climate aimed not only at students, but at their parents as well.

Motivations Underlying the Snack Choices of Japanese Junior High School Students: A Study Based on Cluster Analysis

The aims of the present study were to group junior high school students according to factors influencing their snack choice and identify differences between the characteristics and snack choice behaviors of the groups. An anonymous self-report questionnaire was administered to 1936 students (13 - 15 years old) in eight junior high schools in Tokyo, Japan. The students responded to the Snack Choice Questionnaire (SCQ) as well as questions concerning snacking behaviors, lifestyles, and demographics. Cluster analysis was applied to sort the sample according to SCQ scores. Each cluster’s characteristics were examined by gender using the χ2 test or the Kruskal-Wallis test with a Bonferroni adjustment. Participants were divided into four groups: high in all factors, low in all factors, low value in health, and value in health. The “value in health” group was composed of more girls than boys and the “low in all factors” group had fewer girls than boys. Those in the “high in all factors” and “low value in health” groups indicated that they consumed more snacks. Moreover, gender differences were revealed. By assessing the SCQ prior to providing nutrition education, we can obtain valuable information to make nutrition education planning.

Survey and Research on Health Information Assistance Needs of Junior Middle School Students in Different Regions of Guangdong Province

Objective:To study the health information assistance needs of junior high school students in 8 different regions of Guangdong Province in a cluster,to understand the current situation of junior high school students'health information assistance needs,and to collect feasibility data for hospitals and schools to jointly promote the healthy development of students.Methods:In June 2019,a group of junior high school students from 8 different regions in Guangdong Province[678 students(in 2 towns),352 students(in 2 counties and prefecture-level cities),and 1098 students(in 4 provincial-level cities)]were selected in a group.A questionnaire survey was conducted by 2128 people,the results of the questionnaire survey were collected,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:Of the 2128 junior high school students in 8 different regions,only 52.07% had confidence in their health,and there were no regional differences.Health information for students seeking professional medical assistance includes:1578 person-times(74.15%)of nutritional diets,1084 person-times(50.94%)to eliminate tiredness,1190 person-times(55.92%)to improve sleep quality,1002 person-times(47.09%)to reduce anxiety,making him happier and stronger 1164 person-times(54.70%).Students in different regions asked for help on how to make their hearts happier and stronger.The results suggest that provincial and county-level students have greater needs than urban students.Conclusion:The results of this research show that junior high school students in different regions of Guangdong Province have insufficient awareness of health,and there is a large demand for various health help information,and the focus is on prevention.It is of practical significance to strengthen and meet the health information needs of junior high school students.

On the Application of Task-Based Approach to Junior Middle School English Reading Teaching

The research aims to encourage students to take an active part in class, stimulate their reading interest, and to improve their reading competence by students' complement of reading tasks; furthermore, it probes into the difficulties about the application of Task-Based Approach to practical teaching so that it can provide reference for teachers' improvement of teaching methods.

团体积极心理治疗对在校学生抑郁情绪和睡眠质量的影响研究

目的:探讨对初中在校学生实施团体积极心理治疗对其抑郁情绪与睡眠质量的影响效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2021年12月沈阳市精神卫生中心心理健康服务中心收治的初中生600例作为研究对象,按照所接受干预方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组300例。其中对照组不接受任何干预,观察组接受团体积极心理治疗。结果:前测结果显示,干预前2组抑郁情绪平均得分与睡眠评分结果组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预6个月后,组间比较后测结果,观察组抑郁情绪平均得分与睡眠评分均显著低于同一时间点对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对初中在校学生实施团体积极心理治疗可以显著改善其抑郁程度,并提升学生的睡眠质量。

羞怯对初中生学业拖延的影响:教师期望知觉与自我价值感的中介作用

为考察羞怯与学业拖延的关系,采用问卷法对920名初中生进行测查。结果发现:(1)羞怯与初中生学业拖延显著正相关,与教师期望知觉、自我价值感显著负相关;教师期望知觉与自我价值感显著正相关,且两者均与学业拖延显著负相关。(2)羞怯不仅可以直接影响初中生学业拖延,还可以通过教师期望知觉和自我价值感的单独中介与链式中介对学业拖延产生影响。

体育课健康体适能循环练习对初中生身体健康的影响

以初一年级五个班189名学生为研究对象,采用5×2×2的三因素实验设计,确定体育课中融入健康体适能循环练习的实验方案,共实施8周干预。结果显示:健康体适能循环练习能有效提高课堂运动负荷,增加学生能量消耗,保障体育课运动负荷维持在较为稳定的负荷区间,与对照班存在显著性差异;健康体适能循环练习有助于改善学生身体成分,对提高学生心肺耐力,肌肉力量、肌肉耐力(大强度班)、柔韧度(静立性和PNF拉伸法班)具有积极作用。在性别方面,男生立定跳远改善幅度大于女生,女生柔韧度改善幅度大于男生。

学校体育环境对初中生体育核心素养的影响——基于分位数回归的考察

为探究学校体育环境对初中生体育核心素养的影响效应,运用文献资料、问卷调查、最小二乘法回归和分位数回归进行数据收集和分析,研究发现:学校体育环境对初中生体育核心素养存在显著性正向影响;不同分位点处,学校体育环境对初中生体育核心素养均有显著性促进效应,且整体来看,随着分位点的提高,影响效应逐渐减弱;学校体育环境对初中女生的体育核心素养影响效应相对均衡,而对男生群体的影响存在两极分化的特征。各年级初中生受学校体育环境的影响效应随着分位点的升高而降低。提出如下建议:加强学校体育环境建设,充分发挥学校体育环境对体育核心素养的促进效应;注重学校体育环境影响效应的差异性,引导初中生体育核心素养的发展;根据不同群体的特点,有针对性的制定体育核心素养发展策略。合理变换多种形式,消解学校体育环境影响的“超限效应”。

累积生态风险对农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感的影响:积极心理资本的中介作用

对H省农村中学的805名学生进行问卷调查,考察累积生态风险对农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感的影响,以及积极心理资本在其中所起的作用。研究发现:(1)农村初中生积极心理资本和英语学习习得性无助感存在性别差异,累积生态风险和英语学习习得性无助感存在年级差异;(2)累积生态风险显著正向预测农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感,积极心理资本显著负向预测农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感;(3)积极心理资本在累积生态风险和农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感之间起中介作用。为降低农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感,要从家庭、学校、同伴、社区等不同方面着力,减少高风险因素,为初中生创设良好的成长环境;重视学生积极心理资本培养,增强农村初中生的心理韧性、希望感,提高其学习动力、自信心和适应能力;强化家校社协同,家长履行“第一责任”,注重亲子间的感情纽带维系,主动配合学校教育。

初中生抑郁情绪与暴力暴露的关系

目的:探讨暴力暴露和初中生抑郁情绪之间的关系,以及反刍思维、正念在其中的作用。方法:选取2870名初中生,采用暴力暴露量表(VES)评估青少年接触暴力途径及暴力暴露程度、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)评估个体抑郁情绪严重程度、反刍思维量表(RRS)评估个体反刍思维严重程度,正念量表(CAMM)评估个体特质正念程度,通过SPSS PROCESS程序进行有调节的中介效应检验。结果:VES得分与CES-D得分呈正向关联(β=0.34,P<0.001);RRS得分在VES和CES-D得分之间起部分中介作用(β=0.29,P<0.001),中介作用大小为0.11(95%CI:0.09~0.13,P<0.001),中介效应占总效应的31.58%;CAMM得分在RRS和CES-D得分的关系中起调节作用(β=-0.08;P<0.001)。结论:反刍思维在暴力暴露对初中生抑郁情绪的影响过程中起部分中介作用,正念调节了反刍思维与抑郁情绪之间的关系。
