本文首先指出Ｋｏｒｎａｉ－Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ排队模型（Ａ）中之接待率ｒ（ｙ＿１）的定义是不正确的，并给出接待率ｒ（ｙ＿１，ｙ＿２）的正确定义．其次，证明了修正模型（１）有“正常状态”的充要条件是接待能力于是，本文发现接待能力Ｓ的分歧值是Ｓ￣＊；当Ｓ＜Ｓ￣＊时，市场是短缺的；当Ｓ＞Ｓ￣＊时，市场是不短缺的．

Correction and Analysis of Kornai Weibull Queue Model with the Waiting Buyers

First of all, this paper shows clearly careless mistake of Kornai Weibull queue model with the waiting buyers in J.Kornai , as well as Kornai Weibull queue model without waiters . Secondly, strictly prove that revised model has `normal state', under more natural conditions. We advance theory of Kornai Weibull queue model such that deeply understand an abuse of the planned economy.
