知识即服务(Knowledge as a service,Kaas),面对多样化的、隐性的、模糊的用户需求,仍然存在诸多难题需要解决。基于马斯洛需求层次理论,将读者需求分为文献资源层需求、知识管理层需求、知识交流层需求、知识评价层需求和知识创新层需...知识即服务(Knowledge as a service,Kaas),面对多样化的、隐性的、模糊的用户需求,仍然存在诸多难题需要解决。基于马斯洛需求层次理论,将读者需求分为文献资源层需求、知识管理层需求、知识交流层需求、知识评价层需求和知识创新层需求共五个层次,建立面向读者需求的分层知识服务模型。基于这一模型,采用知识库、开源CMS、RSS等新兴的内容组织形式与数据采集和数据挖掘的方法,开展知识服务的实践验证。结果表明这一模型有助于图书馆等信息服务机构面对读者或用户多样的、隐性的、模糊的需求开展更丰富、更深层次的知识服务。展开更多
