[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the diurnal variations of photosynthetic and physiological characteristics in 3-year-old Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A.C.Smith plants.[Methods]A Li-6400 portable photosynthetic system was used to study the diurnal variations of the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of K.coccinea.[Results]The diurnal variation of the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of K.coccinea leaves showed a"double peak"curve,and there was a lunch break at noon.The maximum value of Pn[4.51 mmol/(m^(2)·s)]appeared at 10:00,and the daily average Pn was 3.98 mol/(m^(2)·s);and the stepwise regression analysis showed that photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)and stomatal conductance(Gs)were the main factors affecting Pn.The partial correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the order of effects on Pn was Gs>PAR.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for further research on the development and utilization of K.coccinea. 展开更多

Kadsura coccinea belongs to medicinally important genus Kadsura from the Schisandraceae family.It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and gastroenteric disorders... Kadsura coccinea belongs to medicinally important genus Kadsura from the Schisandraceae family.It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and gastroenteric disorders.The initial phytochemical work focused on the identification of some structurally novel and diverse natural products,which turned the attention of many researchers towards this plant.Thus far,202 compounds have been reported in this plant.Lignans and terpenoids were found as the main chemical constituents of this plant.Some of the triterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids with novel structures are of particular interest for natural product researchers.The isolated compounds of this plant have shown different bioactivities including anti-tumor,anti-HIV,anti-inflammatory,nitric oxide(NO)production inhibitory and other pharmacological effects.This review systematically summarizes all the phytochemical and pharmacological work done so far on K.coccinea,and can be used as a reference for future research on this plant. 展开更多

Objective:Dianjixueteng is a geoherb in Yunnan Province,the source plant of which is Kadsura interior.However,the formation of this geoherb is not clear in genetic mechanism,in which genome size is the first step that should be known on the genomic level.In this study we aimed to estimate the genome sizes of source plants of K.interior and three related herbs K.heteroclita,K.longipedunculata,and K.coccinea by flow cytometry(FCM)and make a comparison.Methods:The genome sizes of K.interior,K.heteroclita,K.longipedunculata and K.coccinea,i.e.,the source plants of Dianjixueteng and its relative medicinal materials,were estimated by FCM.The nuclei of K.interior were isolated using modified LB01 buffer,for the rest species,by the Galbraith’s buffer.Results:The genome sizes of K.interior,K.heteroclita,K.longipedunculata,and K.coccinea were 7.36,7.12,7.01,and 5.15 pg/1 C,respectively.Genome size of K.interior had no significant variation with those of K.heteroclita and K.longipedunculata(P=0.296),which was significantly larger than that of K.coccinea.Conclusion:Genome size can not distinguish K.interior from K.heteroclita and K.longipedunculata,but could distinguish them from K.coccinea,which lays the foundation for future studies on genetic mechanism of the geoherb formation. 展开更多

福建黑老虎中总木脂素含量的测定 被引量:6

目的研究黑老虎Kadsuracoccinea的化学成分及其体外抗氧化活性。方法利用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,结合理化性质以及光谱数据鉴定化合物结构,DPPH法检测体外清除自由基能力。结果从黑老虎95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到1... 目的研究黑老虎Kadsuracoccinea的化学成分及其体外抗氧化活性。方法利用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,结合理化性质以及光谱数据鉴定化合物结构,DPPH法检测体外清除自由基能力。结果从黑老虎95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为micrandilactoneC(1)、3,4-二甲氧基苯基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、红景天苷(3)、南五味子木脂素N(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、莽草酸乙酯(6)、莽草酸(7)、5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基龙胆酸(8)、丁香酸(9)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁基酯(10)、苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基香草酸(12)、丁香醛(13)和莽草酸甲酯(14)。化合物5、6和14具有一定的抗氧化作用。结论化合物2、3、6、8-14为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物5、6和14在天然抗氧化剂研发中具有一定的开发前景。 展开更多
