The mafic enclaves from Paleoproterozoic domain are considered to be the results of large-scale crust-mantle interaction and magma mixing. In this paper, petrography, mineralogy and geochemistry were jointly used to determine the origin of the mafic enclaves and their relationship with the host granitoids of the Kan granite-gneiss complex. This study also provides new information on crust-mantle interactions. The mafic enclaves of the Kan vary in shape and size and have intermediate chemical compositions. The diagrams used show a number of similarities in the major elements (and often in the trace elements) between the mafic enclaves and the host granitoids. Geochemical show that the Kan rock are metaluminous, enriched in silica, medium to high-K calc-alkaline I-type granite. The similarities reflect a mixing of basic and acid magma. Mafic enclaves have a typical magmatic structure, which is characterized by magma mixing. The genesis of these rocks is associated with the context of subduction. They result from the mixing of a mafic magma originating from the mantle and linked to subduction, and a granitic magma (type I granite) that arises from the partial melting of the crust. 展开更多

This type of sub-complex appears naturally in several topological and algebraic contexts. In this note we prove that regularity of a partial group implies that the Kan extension condition is satisfied on its nerve in dimensions greater than one, and in dimension one a weaker version of the extension condition holds. 展开更多

[Method] The leaves and axillary buds of Atropa belladonna L. were as the explants,the influences of different ratios of 6-BA and NAA in the medium on the adventitious bud differentiation and the sensibility of leaf on Kan were studied. [Result] MS+4.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA was the optimum medium of leaf adventitious bud differentiation,and the differentiation ratio of adventitious bud reached 100%. The number of adventitious bud differentiation on 1. 0 cm ×1. 0 cm leaf block averagely reached 5.85. MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA was the optimum medium of axillary bud adventitious bud differentiation,and the differentiation ratio of adventitious bud reached 100%. The average number of adventitious bud differentiation in every axillary bud was during 4-8. The optimum screening concentration for genetic transformation of Atropa belladonna L. leaf was 400.0 mg/L of Kan. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the rapid propagation of Atropa belladonna L. aseptic seedling and the genetic transformation based on the leaf disc cocultivation. 展开更多

A participatory action research was conducted in 2022,with the“Establishment of Demonstration Site for Peatland Conservation through Integrated Management and Sustainable Utilization of Non-Timber Forest Products(NTFPs)”to give recommendation on the development of guidelines on Sustainable Utilization of Non-Timber Forest Products(NTFPs)and peatland conservation.According to the peat soil assessment,it was found that peat soil content was very low and top soil was thin under the mangrove forest,and Payena paralleloneura-Kan Zaw bearing forest in March 2022.Organic material might be pressed by trespasser to collect Kan Zaw seed,to conduct horticulture and mining near the Kan Zaw bearing forest,or organic material might be damaged by burning with controlled fire in the previous years,under Kan Zaw trees to collect seeds.Organic material might have been carried to the downwards with running water due to the heavy rainfall,with 4,700 mm/year.Mangrove forest and Kan Zaw bearing evergreen forest can be assumed as“the major source of coastal peatland formation,with peat deposits eroded seawards”.It is assumed that the organic material will accumulate on top of the sands and it will lead to the formation of the peatland at coastal zone.It can be assumed that the accumulation of organic material found in mangrove forest and evergreen forests will promote the soil carbon storage,if we can adopt the ASEAN Policy on Zero Burning,which reflect ASEAN's commitment to controlling fires and haze,offering techniques,benefits,requirements,and challenges for implementing zero burning practices[1].Sustainable utilization of NTFP including peat and Kan Zaw-Payena paralleloneura Kurz seed was studied at demonstration sites,and it is recommended to make a trial on silvicultural system at mangrove forest and apply suitable silvicultural system such as Clear-Felling(in blocks or in alternate strips)system,Selection System,and Shelter Wood System to ensure the sustainable utilization of NTFP from mangrove forest[2].Gap planting and assisted natural regeneration are also recommended for mangrove forest and Kan Zaw-bearing forest. 展开更多

MYB类转录因子KAN4有调控植物原花青素合成的功能。为了探究芥菜型油菜中MYB转录因子KAN4对原花青素合成的调控机理,本研究以芥菜型油菜紫叶芥为实验材料,克隆了一个BjuB.KAN4基因,编码266个氨基酸,BjuB.KAN4蛋白包含一段高度保守的MYB-... MYB类转录因子KAN4有调控植物原花青素合成的功能。为了探究芥菜型油菜中MYB转录因子KAN4对原花青素合成的调控机理,本研究以芥菜型油菜紫叶芥为实验材料,克隆了一个BjuB.KAN4基因,编码266个氨基酸,BjuB.KAN4蛋白包含一段高度保守的MYB-like DNA结合结构域,属于1R-MYB转录因子家族成员。基因表达分析表明,BjuB.KAN4在根中表达量显著高于叶和茎中,GUS组织化学染色分析试验推测,该基因可能在根茎叶的维管组织中表达。利用毛状根体系过表达BjuB.KAN4发现,类黄酮合成途径的部分关键酶基因Bju.CHS和Bju.DFR等的表达量在紫叶芥和四川黄籽的转基因根系中均显著增加,紫叶芥转基因根系中总黄酮含量为2.798 mg g-1,是对照组的1.3倍,四川黄籽中总黄酮含量为2.567 mg g^-1,是对照组的1.2倍。在拟南芥中异源表达BjuB.KAN4发现,转基因植株总黄酮含量为0.237 mg g^-1,是野生型的1.5倍,原花青素含量为0.363 mg g^-1,较野生型含量下降。本研究表明,BjuB.KAN4基因参与调控芥菜型油菜类黄酮合成,为研究芸薹属植物原花青素合成的调控机理提供了参考。 展开更多

[目的]建立颠茄高频再生体系及筛选卡那霉素(Kan)抗性。[方法]以颠茄叶片及腋芽为外植体,研究了培养基中6-BA和NAA不同配比对其不定芽分化的影响以及叶片不定芽对Kan的敏感性。[结果]MS+4.5mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA为叶片不定芽分化的最佳培养基,不定芽分化率达100%,在1cm×1cm叶块上的不定芽分化数平均达5.85;MS+3.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA为腋芽不定芽分化的最适培养基,不定芽分化率达100%,每个腋芽不定芽分化平均数为4~8个;400.0mg/LKan为颠茄叶片遗传转化的最佳筛选浓度。[结论]为颠茄无菌苗的快速繁殖以及基于叶盘法的遗传转化奠定了基础。 展开更多
