Gypsum crystallization along with the simultaneous regeneration of KCl was investigated by the reaction of CaCl2 solution with K2SO4.Well developed sheet structure gypsum crystals were produced when K2SO4 solution was added into the CaCl2 solution by slow titration or in multiple stages over 2-8 h followed by 2 h equilibration.In order to regenerate KCl solution as concentrated as possible,K2SO4 solid was added into the given CaCl2 solution instead of K2SO4 solution,obtaining gypsum crystals with almost the same quality by multistage addition with[SO4 2-]/[Ca 2+]molar ratio no larger than 0.8.However,impurity of K2SO4·CaSO4·H2O was detected by XRD and was further confirmed by SEM-EDS in the produced crystals when the[SO4 2-]/[Ca 2+] ratio increased to 1.1.It is proved that appearance of the double sulfate is attributed to the relatively high concentration of K2SO4.So,it is essential to properly control the[SO4 2-]/[Ca 2+]ratio and make sure[Ca 2+ ]in excess to suppress the solubility of CaSO4 even at the expense of low calcium removal rate. 展开更多

苏76-1-20H井位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡苏76区块,是一口三开水平井,水平段长2 856 m。该井安定组、直罗组地层胶结性差;大斜度井段和水平井段石千峰组、石盒子组泥岩水敏性、硬脆性、破碎性3种井塌方式同时存在,塌落量大,难以控制,且周... 苏76-1-20H井位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡苏76区块,是一口三开水平井,水平段长2 856 m。该井安定组、直罗组地层胶结性差;大斜度井段和水平井段石千峰组、石盒子组泥岩水敏性、硬脆性、破碎性3种井塌方式同时存在,塌落量大,难以控制,且周期性垮塌现象明显;气层附近碳质泥岩水敏性强,稳定性差;水平段钻遇大段泥岩,浸泡时间长,防塌问题突出;水平段超长,井眼清洁和润滑防托压技术难度极大。该井使用改进的聚磺钻井液和KCl聚磺防塌钻井液,引入了石油沥青和胶质成分含量高的液体润滑剂RHZY和纤维素类高分子化合物泥饼质量改善剂LN-1,并通过使用相应的维护处理措施和配套的工程措施,解决了井壁坍塌问题,而且很好地满足了超长水平段的井眼净化和润滑防卡要求,全井钻井施工安全顺利。 展开更多

Hubbard is a coastal halophytic grass thriving on the coastal dunes along the Pakistani seashore. This grass could be useful in coastal sand dune stabilization using seawater irrigation. The purpose of this investigation was to test the hypothesis that Ca^2+ (0.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0 and 50.0 mmol/L) alleviates the adverse effects of KC1, MgSO4, NaC1 and Na2SO4 at 0, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 mmol/L on the germination of Urochondra setulosa. Seed germination was inhibited with increase in salt concentration with few seeds germinated at and above 400 mmol/L concentration. No seed germinated in any of the KC1 treatments. Inclusion of CaC12 substantially alleviated the inhibitory effects of all salts. Germination was higher under photoperiod in comparison to those seeds germinated under complete darkness. Among the CaC12 concentrations used, 10 mmol/L was most effective in alleviating salinity effects and allowing few seeds to germinate at 1000 mmol/L KC1, MgSO4, NaC1 and Na2SO4 solution. 展开更多

[目的]研究淠史杭灌区中稻作物系数的估算方法。[方法]利用Penman-Monteith公式计算参考蒸散量,通过观测获得中稻实际蒸散蒸腾量,求出2014年中稻实际作物系数Kc,并利用李艳婷等的研究结果建立的移栽后天数模型和积温模型2种方法估算2014年中稻作物系数Kc1和Kc2,分别比较Kc1、Kc2与Kc之间的RMSE,找出适合淠史杭灌区作物系数的估算方法。[结果]Kc1、Kc2与Kc的RMSE分别为0.106和0.197,移栽后天数法估算的作物系数Kc1与实测作物系数Kc较为接近,即淠史杭灌区的中稻作物系数选用移栽后天数法来估算更为准确。[结论]该研究为淠史杭灌区中稻作物系数的研究提供了一定的科学依据。 展开更多

为观察苯肾上腺素(phenylephrine,Phen)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)和KCl引起大鼠肺动脉主干与三级分支间收缩反应的差异,本文分别用传统的大血管张力检测技术和DMT微血管张力检测技术,记录KCl、Phen和ET-1引起的去内皮肺动脉主干和... 为观察苯肾上腺素(phenylephrine,Phen)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)和KCl引起大鼠肺动脉主干与三级分支间收缩反应的差异,本文分别用传统的大血管张力检测技术和DMT微血管张力检测技术,记录KCl、Phen和ET-1引起的去内皮肺动脉主干和三级分支血管张力变化。结果显示:Phen可引起肺动脉主干显著收缩,但是不引起肺动脉三级分支的明显收缩;与肺动脉主干相比,ET-1导致肺动脉三级分支的收缩反应减弱,反应的最大值和亲和力指数(pD_2)值均降低;与肺动脉主干相比,KCl引起肺动脉三级分支的收缩反应增强。上述结果说明,肺动脉主干和肺动脉三级分支的血管反应性存在差异,进行肺小动脉血管功能研究具有重要意义。本实验可为进一步研究肺动脉小分支的血管功能及其在肺高压中的改变提供重要实验依据。 展开更多

Soil dissolved organic matter (DOM) consists of many organic compounds and plays an important role in contaminant transport in the ecosystem. However, the effects of different extraction conditions on contents of different DOM components are poorly understood. We extracted DOM from three soils using different extraction times, solid to liquid ratios (SLR), and extraction solution (KC1) concentrations, and evaluated the extractions using three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy. The sum of the contents of the main DOM components (protein-, fulvic-, and humic-like compounds) increased by 0.6-3.5, 2.5-3.9, and 0.11 0.37 times (P 〈 0.05) when SLR decreased from 1:2 to 1:10, the extraction solution concentration increased from 0.01 to 1.5 mol L-1, and extraction time increased from 10 to 300 rain, respectively. The three-dimensional EEM fluorescence spectroscopy is a useful tool to characterize the components of DOM and evaluate DOM extraction in soils. 展开更多

Human T cell leukemia virus type 1(HTLV-1),an etio-logical factor that causes adult T cell leukemia and lym-phoma(ATL),infects over 20 million people worldwide.About 1 million of HTLV-1-infected patients develop ATL,a highly aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma without an effective therapy.The pX region of the HTLV-1 viral genome encodes an oncogenic protein,Tax,which plays a central role in transforming CD4+ T lymphocytes by deregulating oncogenic signaling pathways and promoting cell cycle progression.Expression of Tax following viral entry is critical for promoting survival and proliferation of human T cells and is required for initiation of oncogenesis.Tax exhibits diverse functions in host cells,and this oncoprotein primarily targets IκB kinase complex in the cytoplasm,resulting in persistent activation of NF-κB and upregulation of its responsive gene expressions that are crucial for T cell survival and cell cycle progression.We here review recent advances for the pathological roles of Tax in modulating IκB kinase activity.We also discuss our recent observation that Tax connects the IκB kinase complex to autophagy pathways.Understanding Tax-mediated pathogenesis will provide insights into development of new therapeutics in controlling HTLV-1-associated diseases. 展开更多

The results showed that the magnitude of surface adhesion force is mainly dependent on the surface free energy of the adsorbed liquid film, but almost independent of the thickness of the film. Furthermore, the deliquescence on the crystal surface was investigated, which demonstrated the capability of the force spectrum method to monitor changes in ionic concentrations of adsorbed liquid film in real-time. 展开更多

Elaboration and characterization of a KCl single crystal doped with nanocrystals of a Sb_2O_3 semiconductor

Abstract: Undoped and doped KC1 single crystals have been successfully elaborated via the Czochralski (Cz) method. The effects of dopant Sb2O3 nanocrystals on structural and optical properties were investigated by a number of techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy disper- sive X-ray (EDAX) analysis, UV-visible and photoluminescence (PL) spectrophotometers. An XRD pattern of KCI:Sb2O3 reveals that the Sb2O3 nanocrystals are in the well-crystalline orthorhombic phase. The broadening of diffraction peaks indicated the presence of a Sb2O3 semiconductor in the nanometer size regime. The shift of ab- sorption and PL peaks is observed near 334 nm and 360 nm respectively due to the quantum confinement effect in Sb2O3 nanocrystals. Particle sizes calculated from XRD studies agree fairly well with those estimated from optical studies. An SEM image of the surface KCI:Sb2O3 single crystal shows large quasi-spherical of Sb2O3 crystallites scattered on the surface. The elemental analysis from EDAX demonstrates that the KCI:Sb2O3 single crystal is slightly rich in oxygen and a source of excessive quantities of oxygen is discussed. 展开更多
