Based on the quadratic supply rate, the problem of robust dissipative control for a class of uncertain nonlinear system with sector nonlinear input is discussed. The uncertainty is described by bounded norm. It is shown that the robust dissipative control problem can be resolved for all admissible uncertainty, if there exists a storage function such that Hamilton Jacobi inequality holds. When the uncertainties of the system satisfy the matching condition, and input function within the boundedness of the sector, the closed loop system will be stronger dissipativeness, and the controller which we obtained in the paper is more flexible, because it contains an adjustable parameter for some certain range. 展开更多

[目的]构建南方红壤丘陵水土流失防控与循环农业模式,并分析其应用效果。[方法]分析我国南方红壤山地水土流失的成因和长期治理却收效不显著的原因,提出南方丘陵水土流失区综合防控的基本思路,并在此基础上进一步分析各种模式的关键技术、经济效益、生态服务功能和固碳增汇效果。[结果]南方丘陵水土流失区综合防控的基本思路即:将水土流失防治与现代农业生产相结合,构建"果(茶)-草-畜-沼"水土流失综合防控的循环农业模式;应用效果分析表明,在南方丘陵区建立循环农业模式以防控水土流失效果显著,能同时满足生态、经济和社会效益的协调发展。[结论]该研究建立了一种适合南方红壤山地水土流失治理与农业保护性开发的有效模式,可带动山区生态恢复与乡村农业经济的可持续发展。 展开更多

RED-DTB: A Dual Token Bucket Based Queue Management Algorithm

Improving the Quality of Service (QoS) of Internet traffic is widely recognized as a critical issue for the next-generation networks. In this paper, we present a new algorithm for the active queue management, namely RED-DTB. This buffer control technique is used to enforce approximate fairness among a large number of concurrent Internet flows. Like RED (Random Early Detection) algorithm, the RED-DTB mechanism can be deployed to actively respond to the gateway congestion, keep the gateway in a healthy state, and protect the fragile flows from being stolen bandwidth by greedy ones. The algorithm is based on the so-called Dual Token Bucket (DTB) pattern. That is, on the one hand, every flow is rate-limited by its own token bucket, to ensure that it can not consume more than its fair share of bandwidth; On the other hand, to make some compensations to less aggressive flows, such as connections with larger round trip time or smaller sending window, and to gain a relatively higher system utilization coefficient, all flows, depending on their individual behavior, may have a chance to fetch tokens from the public token bucket when they run out of their own share of tokens. The algorithm is analyzed and evaluated by simulations, and is proved to be effective in protecting the gateway buffer and controlling the fair allocation of bandwidth among flows. 展开更多
