The Integration Strategy of Class Teacher Management and Mathematics Teaching

The professional and moral education of high school mathematics teachers will make classroom management work better,but their work pressure will also lead to classroom management problems.To do a good job in high school class teacher management and organically integrate it with mathematics teaching,we need to start from two aspects:mathematics teaching class teachers and class teacher work teaching,and penetrate mathematical thinking into daily classroom management,moral education,and classroom culture construction.Based on the attributes of the subject,we guide high school students to reflect after class to stimulate their self-management initiative through the cultivation of qualified class representatives.In addition,it is necessary to skillfully resolve classroom generative problems,change the roles of teachers and students,and integrate classroom management with mathematics teaching.

教师特征对托班师幼互动质量的影响——基于CLASS Toddler的实证研究

构建“数量”和“质量”双重保障的托育服务体系是解决“托育难”“幼无所托”等民生难题以及实现人口发展战略重要配套措施。师幼互动是托育服务质量的核心指标,影响婴幼儿身心发展的多个方面。托班师幼互动质量水平不高,尤其不能提供适宜的学习支持,而教师学历是影响师幼互动质量的重要因素。因此,需要提高托班教师“学历”门槛,建立职前职后“师幼互动”一体化培训体系,重视师幼互动质量的评估,切实提高教师师幼互动能力。

Teachers’Questioning Strategies in Reading Class—the Perspective of Adaptation

Teachers’questioning is one of the crucial means for classroom interaction.This study attempts to explore teachers’questioning strategies in reading class from the perspective of Adaptation Theory.It is found that the effective questioning can be realized in teachers’adaptation to their roles,the features of students and the features of reading courses.

小学低学段语文优质课堂师生互动特征研究--基于CLASS 课堂评价打分系统的分析

采用美国弗吉尼亚大学研究团队开发的课堂评价打分系统(CLASS),围绕情感支持、课堂组织、教学支持三个领域及下设的十个维度,对20节小学低学段语文优质课堂的师生互动状况进行深度观察,探索优质课堂环境下师生互动的整体水平及各维度之间的相互关系,并综合量化数据和质性分析得出研究结论。研究发现,小学低学段语文优质课堂在情感支持方面,能较好地激发教师的职业热情,并培养学生自主自立的精神与能力;在课堂组织方面,能以课堂实效为目标,创设高品质的教学活动;在教学支持方面,能营造安全的思维环境,促进师生深度互动。

Analysis of Euphemisms Used by Foreign Teachers in the Oral English Class from the Perspective of Pragmatics

This paper first of all elaborates on the definitions and classifications of euphemisms. With vivid examples of euphemisms used by foreign teachers in their oral English classroom teaching, the author analyzes the theoretical basis and the necessity of euphemisms from the perspective of pragmatics, aiming to provide reference and enlightenment for the oral English teaching in China.

A Study of Teacher Feedback in Different English Class Types

This essay mainly focuses on the feedback move in IRF(initiate- response- feedback) to investigate the characters and functions of teacher feedback in different class types through classroom observation. The research finds that(1) teachers in different class types prefer to adopt evaluative feedback and use more positive feedback.(2) the proportion of each feedback is different in listening and speaking, reading and writing class. The implications are that English teachers in senior high school should adopt different feedback flexibly and consider what kind of feedback is more likely elicit the students' output in different class types.

Some Applications of the Learning of the Research on Teacher Development in College English Class

Nowadays much concern has been showed on the research of teacher development and an effective way of teacher development, the action research. From the learning of these researches we get clearer that English teaching and learning is a continuous process in which many interrelated and intrinsic factors work together. Furthermore, we know that teachers＇ beliefs on teaching and learning play an important role in class. During the process of learning and teaching, a teacher＇s own learning from relevant books on education and learning helps a lot in increase teachers＇ awareness about English teaching and learning, and improving the classroom teaching. In this paper three effective applications of the results of the research of teacher development are introduced, which shows that a teacher is a decisive factor in the classroom setting and the research and learning about teacher development is useful for a teacher to improve himself or herself as a teacher.

The Literature Review of Teacher’s Feedback and Students’ Participation in Class

Teacher’s feedback has been studied by a large number of researchers by scholars from various angles.Along with teach⁃er’s feedback,students’participation in class,another vital topic concerning education,has also caught people’s attention in re⁃cent years.This paper is the literature review of teacher’s feedback and students’participation in class.The review of teacher’s feedback focuses on its definition,classification and function;and the literature review of students’participation in class centers around its definition,value and the method to improve students’participation in class.

Relationship between Teachers’Leadership and Classroom Climate in Chinese and Japanese Elementary School

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between classroom climate and teachers’leadership through a comparison of Japanese and Chinese elementary school teachers.From this,exploring measures to improve the classroom climate.By creating a positive classroom climate,aiming to create a class that is free from bullying,school refusal,and school violence.184 elementary school teachers in China and Japan were randomly selected as study participants to investigate the relationship between teachers’leadership and classroom climate.As the data analysis results,fostering Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership is effective in creating a positive classroom climate.The results showed that Large Performance Behavior and Large Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership PM-type leads to an improvement in the classroom climate.

高职院校名班主任工作室的建设现状、运行困境与推进策略

名班主任工作室建设是落实“三全育人”“提质培优”行动计划的重要举措。通过问卷调查法、访谈法对高职院校名班主任工作室建设情况进行调查,发现名班主任工作室人数规模适宜、成员年龄结构均衡,成员期待开展班主任工作交流、经验研讨与业务培训,工作室运行模式多样化、专业活动频次适中,工作室对班主任队伍、学生成长和班级管理均有显著促进成效。但工作室存在四个方面的问题:师资来源单一,职称结构不均衡;配套政策制度不健全,运行机制不畅、建设经验欠佳;班主任业务能力培训偏少、教科研协同有待加强;工作室建设成效参差不齐、班级管理成效亟待提升等。可从优化工作室师资结构、健全工作室长效运行体制机制、打造班主任专业成长共同体、探索班级管理新模式等方面推进名班主任工作室建设,以期助推高职院校名班主任工作室高质量发展。

An Investigation on Cross-cultural Communication between ForeignTeachers and Chinese Students in College EFL Classes

Nowadays,more and more foreign teachers have come to or been invited to China,joining in the English education cause,especially in colleges and universities.Using the methods of questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducts a survey of three foreign teachers and one hundred Chinese English majors at Qufu Normal University,aiming to explore their different perceptions and attitudes towards varied aspects of cross-cultural communication in native EFL classes.The quantitative and qualitative data obtained from the survey were both processed and analyzed from such categories as "teaching contents","teaching attitude","teaching methods","classroom interaction" and "cultural background".The findings suggested that intercultural communication plays a significant role in the process of English language teaching and learning at college native EFL classes.

Teacher's in-Class Feedback Based on Individual Learner Differences in EFL Writing Classroom

Studies on feedback in second language(L2) writing have mainly focused on feedback per se, with little attention paid tothe individual learner differences. This study investigates how teacher’s in-class feedback based on individual learner differencesaffects EFL students’correction of writings and students’attitude towards teacher’s in-class feedback based on their individualdifference, as well as the factors that influence teachers’feedback among three EFL students and an in-service English teacher byemploying interviews, classroom observations. The findings indicate that students pay more attention to their errors in their writingsand students hold a positive attitude towards teacher’s in-class feedback based on their individual differences, students’aptitudeand personality mostly affect teacher’s in-class feedback.

“双一流”大学教师国际学术影响力研究——结构、评价指标及影响因素

构建大学教师国际学术影响力的三维评价指标和量表,对中国37所“双一流”大学教师进行了国际学术影响力抽样调查和测评。通过结构方程模型方法,拟合验证了所构建的大学教师国际学术影响力的三维结构,即国际人才培养、国际科学研究和国际社会服务。研究结果表明,大学教师的国际学术影响力平均水平偏低,存在较大的个体差异,同时,还会受到大学教师的学科领域、职称、访学时长、访学次数等因素的显著影响。

基于样本类不确定性抽样的端到端语音关键词检测训练方法

当前语音关键词检测主流技术为端到端的深度学习方法,研究重点为网络结构优化、建模单元选取及搜索策略等,并取得较快进展,但对模型训练效率的关注相对较少.本文针对深度学习模型训练效率问题,提出了一种样本类不确定性抽样(Class Uncertainty Sampling,CUS)的样本应用策略加速收敛进程.其核心思想是在模型训练中后期,利用网络的前向输出层对样本评价信息进行样本类不确定性度量,并转化成样本选用概率,随机抽取训练样本子集用于后续训练.由于简单样本的类确定度高,它们参与后续训练的概率降低,但不影响模型的区分能力,增强对判决边界样本的关注,达到提高模型训练效率的目标.基于AISHELL-1普通话数据集的实验结果表明,相对常规训练策略,平均训练时长缩短60%,收敛时长缩短47.5%.虚警率(False Alarm Rate,FAR)为0.5 FP/h时,该方法的错误拒绝率(False Reject Rate,FRR)从4.75%降至3.65%,相对下降30.1%,最大关键词加权值(Maximum Term Weighted Value,MTWV)由0.8374升至0.8531.通过分析错标样本参与训练的行为,证实了该方法具有屏蔽掉大部分错误标注样本的能力,减少错标样本对训练的损害.基于大规模AISHELL-2普通话数据集的实验进一步证实了提出方法的有效性.

“卓越班主任”干预项目提升师范实习生班级管理能力的实践研究

目的:检验含班级管理策略工具包、反思日记和小组督导三个核心要素的“卓越班主任”干预项目对提升师范实习生班级管理能力的作用,探索师范实习生班级管理能力的培养方法。方法:采用准实验前后比较组设计,6名师范实习生及所带班级的178名学生参加13周干预,6名师范实习生及所带班级的163名学生作为对照组。采用实习师范生及所带班级学生在干预开始和结束时填写的问卷数据评估干预效果。结果:与未参加干预的实习师范生相比,参加干预的师范实习生的管理效能感显著提升;实习师范生自我报告的积极管理行为显著增加,学生报告的实习师范生积极管理行为没有显著变化;实习师范生自我报告的消极管理行为没有显著变化,学生报告的实习师范生消极管理行为显著减少;班级秩序纪律有所提升,师生关系和同学关系没有显著变化;学生外化问题行为和亲社会行为没有显著变化。结论:“卓越班主任”干预项目可一定程度提升师范实习生的班级管理能力。

人力资源管理理论在职业院校班级管理中的实践研究

关注学生作为人的“职业成长”,在职业院校班主任工作中运用人力资源管理六个模块技能,探讨班级管理秉承的人本理念,及其实践中的应用研究,内容包括班级组织架构、班干部岗位设置、班委招聘、培训开发、成绩考核、奖优惩劣、学生关系和班级文化建设,并对学生立德树人、身心健康、卫生习惯、手机成瘾以及班主任时间“碎片化”等问题提出相应对策。

核心素养视域下师范生“教育研究方法”课程教学的实践理路——基于对分课堂教学模式的探索与思考

高素质教师培养是教育高质量发展的内在要求,研究能力是教师的核心素养,也是高素质教师的重要标志。师范生“教育研究方法”作为培养师范生研究能力的主要课程,也是培养高素质教师的核心课程。对分课堂教学模式遵循师生权责对分原则,设置教师精讲、学生内化、研讨交流等教学环节,既重视教师的有效引导,又发挥学生的主动性与积极性,有利于实现师范生“教育研究方法”课程学习与研究的统一,有助于培养师范生的研究能力和创新精神等核心素养。为完善师范生“教育研究方法”课程对分课堂教学,课程教学应实现守正与创新的紧密融合、促进讲授与实践的有机统一、体现教师与学生的平等对话。
