A Knowledge Model-and Growth Model-Based Decision Support System for Wheat Management

By applying the system analysis principle and mathematical modeling technique to knowledge expression system for crop cultural management, the fundamental relationships and quantitative algorithms of wheat growth and management indices to variety types, ecological environments and production levels were analysed and extracted, and a dynamic knowledge model with temporal and spatial characters for wheat management(WheatKnow)was developed. By adopting the soft component characteristics as non language relevance , re-utilization and portable system maintenance. and by further integrating the wheat growth simulation model(WheatGrow)and intelligent system for wheat management, a comprehensive and digital knowledge model, growth model and component-based decision support system for wheat management(MBDSSWM)was established on the platforms of Visual C++ and Visual Basic. The MBDSSWM realized the effective integration and coupling of the prediction and decision-making functions for digital crop management.

PROBLEM-ORIENTED INFORMATION RETRIEVAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS

Decision Support Systems(DSS)are man-machine interaction systems,which support the de-cision-makers to solve the unstructured and semi-structured decisions,this paper advances that thefunction of problem-oriented information retrieval DSS can meet the needs of enterprise’s topmanagement effectively in comparison with other information retrieval functions,in accordancewith the features of supporting information for decision.An architecture of this system is presented,which dissolves a problem put forward or recognized by the user into the problem recognized by thecomputer,forming retrieval tactics and searching the data the user needs.Designed and developedaccording to the architecture of this system,a prototype system is introduced,which is CF Econom-ic Environment Information Retrieval DSS.

Review of state-of-the-art decision support systems (DSSs) for prevention and suppression of forest fires

Forest ecosystems are our priceless natural resource and are a key component of the global carbon budget. Forest fires can be a hazard to the viability and sustainable management of forests with consequences for natural and cultural environments, economies, and the life quality of local and regional populations. Thus, the selection of strategies to manage forest fires, while considering both functional and economic efficiency, is of primary importance. The use of decision support systems(DSSs) by managers of forest fires has rapidly increased. This has strengthened capacity to prevent and suppress forest fires while protecting human lives and property. DSSs are a tool that can benefit incident management and decision making and policy, especially for emergencies such as natural disasters. In this study we reviewed state-of-the-art DSSs that use: database management systems and mathematical/economic algorithms for spatial optimization of firefighting forces; forest fire simulators and satellite technology for immediate detection and prediction of evolution of forest fires; GIS platforms that incorporate several tools to manipulate, process and analyze geographic data and develop strategic and operational plans.

A Model-Based, Aspiration-Led Decision Support System NY-IEDSS

An AI-aided simulation system embedded in a model-based, aspiration-led decision support system NY-IEDSS is reported. The NY-IEDSS is designed for mid-term development strategic study of the Nanyang Region in Henan, China, and is getting beyond its prototype stage under the decision maker's (the end user) orientation. The integration of simulation model system, decision analysis and expert system for decision support in the system implementation was reviewed. The intent of the paper is to provide insight as to how system capability and acceptability can be enhanced by this integration. Moreover, emphasis is placed on problem orientation in applying the method.

Smart Management Information Systems(Smis):Concept,Evolution,Research Hotspots and Applications

Management information system(MiS),a human-computer system that deeply integrates next-generation information technology and management services,has become the nerve center of society and organizations.With the development of next-generation information technology,Mis has gradually entered the smart period.However,research on smart managementinformation systems(SMIS)is still limited,lacking systematic summarization of its conceptual definition,evolution,research hotspots,and typical applications.Therefore,this paper defines the conceptual characteristics of SMIS,provides an overview of the evolution of SMIS,examines research focus areas using bibliometric methods,and elaborates on typical application practices of sMis in fields such as health care,elderly care,manufacturing,and transportation.Furthermore,we discuss the future development directions of SMIS in four key areas:smart interaction,smart decisionmaking,efficient resource allocation,and flexible system architecture.These discussions provide guidance and a foundation for the theoretical development and practical application of SMIS.

BMP decision support system for evaluating stormwater management alternatives

Prince George’s County,Maryland,in the Washington D.C.metropolitan area has developed a best management practice decision support system(BMPDSS)to support analysis and decision making for stormwater management planning and design at both the site scale and the watershed levels.This paper presents a detailed description of the BMPDSS.A case study that demonstrates the application of the system is also included.The case study involves a Green Highway project located in a highly urbanized area within the Anacostia River watershed of the county.Several best management practices(BMP)such as bioretention,filter vegetative swale,porous paving,and landscape infiltration are proposed for reducing highway runoff and improving water quality.The BMPDSS is used to identify and evaluate various alternatives to determine the most costeffective types and combinations of BMPs that minimize the highway runoff pollution.

GIS-and RS-based spatial decision support:structure of a spatial environmental information system(SEIS)

The development of spatial decision support for environmental resource management,e.g.forest and agroecosystem management,biodiversity conservation,or hydrological planning,started in the 1980s and was the focus of many research groups in the 1990s.The combined availability of spatial data and communication,computing,positioning,geographic information system(GIS)-and remote sensing(RS)-technologies has been responsible for the implementation of complex SDSS since the late 1990s.The regional GIS-based modelling of environmental resources,and therefore ecosystems in general,requires setting-up an extensive geo and model database.Spatial data on topography,soil,climate,land use,hydrology,flora,fauna and anthropogenic activities have to be available.Therefore,GIS-and RS-technologies are of central importance for spatial data handling and analysis.In this context,the structure of spatial environmental information systems(SEIS)is introduced.In SEIS,the input data for environmental resource management are organised in at least seven subinformation systems:base geodata information system(BGDIS),climate information system(CIS),soil information system(SIS),land use information system(LUIS),hydrological information system(HIS),spatial/temporal biodiversity information system(STBIS),forest/agricultural management information system(FAMIS).The major tasks of a SEIS are to(i)provide environmental resource information on a regional level,(ii)analyse the impact of anthropogenic activities and(iii)simulate scenarios of different impacts.

基于异质信息网络的电子政务平台治理问题发现方法研究

[目的/意义]提出一种基于异质信息网络的电子政务平台治理辅助决策技术方法,提升电子政务平台建设绩效。[方法/过程]首先,在领域知识规范下,利用命名实体识别、关系抽取技术在委局级电子政务平台承载的多项目非结构化数据中获取项目相关的7类核心实体对象及其关系,进而表示出电子政务平台异质信息网络的网络模式并基于该模式完成实例化,得到电子政务平台的异质信息网络;其次,运用文章提出的MultiPathSim算法分别计算单个电子政务项目和平台中其他多个电子政务项目的相似度并将结果可视化;最后,利用统计分析方法得到平台中的项目实体概念间的关联关系。[结果/结论]利用数据挖掘新技术结合知识管理的方法针对电子政务平台治理的问题发现具有实际价值。文章提出的方法可以有效发现电子政务平台中的功能重复建设问题及多项目间的实体关联关系,为电子政务平台治理提供了一种有效的辅助决策技术方法。

基于统一信息模型的临床决策中台构建方法

目的:构建适配多种标准且可高效扩展的临床决策中台。方法:以某三级综合医院医生站系统作业流程为样本,抽象出统一信息模型,重组逻辑元素,结合中台知识,构建临床决策中台体系。结果:临床决策中台系统已在该医院55个临床科室应用,经过对近6年的532项临床需求进行分析整理,发现70%的临床需求可通过该系统配置实现。结论:该系统实现了对临床决策关键交互环节的拼接组合,可适配多种场景下的不同标准,实现了知识元素的封装重组,方便扩充。该方案达到了设计目标,能灵活且高效地应用于临床系统复杂多变的场景。

基于业务信息仓库与商业智能大数据分析的重点医疗物资智能化管理研究

目的:研究基于业务信息仓库(BW)与商业智能(BI)大数据智能分析的重点医疗物资管理策略。方法:在医院资源规划(HRP)系统完成物资主数据建立、出入库管理、一二级库衔接及报表呈现等全流程功能建设的基础上,在物资大数据管理平台通过BW和BI模块进行物资数据汇总、分析及可视化展示,建设医院重点医疗物资智能化管理平台,对高值医用耗材及应急防疫物资等重点物资进行实时监管。结果:基于BW的数据分析报表可任意维度展示各类医用耗材的采购入库等各项数据数值,BI数据智能分析更为直观地可视化展示。国家重点治理的医院高值医用耗材因疫情等原因导致业务量变化,医院高值医用耗材使用数量下降4.54%,使用总金额下降13.04%。结论:基于BW与BI大数据分析的重点医疗物资智能化管理能够提升重点医疗物资科学化、精细化管理水平,为医院重点医疗物资监管提供强有力的数据支持,为医院决策提供更为直观的数据支撑。

基于信息技术的手术闭环管理

针对医院手术安排遗漏、次序混乱、交接困难等问题,设计并实现了一套手术闭环管理系统。首先,通过采集模块采集针对患者的手术各环节的静态与动态的数据;其次,通过集成化界面展示手术患者各类病历病程、检查化验等信息,方便医护人员快捷了解患者基本情况与异常变化;同时,通过记录与整合手术患者各环节信息数据,形成手术可视化数据;最后,通过展示、分析与汇总各环节关键数据,为手术闭环管理提供数据支撑,也为提升手术服务质量提供重要依据。手术闭环管理系统的设计与实现,不仅为手术医护人员减轻工作压力、提升工作效率,还通过统计分析关键闭环指标,为手术管理提供改进方向,有效提升手术管理水平。

电力调控智能故障处置系统

为进一步提高调控运行人员对电网故障的综合处置能力,深入挖掘历史故障数据,实现历史故障反演和人工智能调度,电力调度须要一套智能故障处置系统。该系统借助调控云等原有的电网资源和技术平台,通过综合接入电网故障处置不同子系统的资源,实现故障综合研判、综合信息可视化展示、在线安全分析、故障辅助决策和人工智能调度5个部分功能,提升了故障处理效率,实现了历史故障数据有效利用,增强了调控运行人工智能水平,保障了电网安全稳定可靠运行。

基于WebGIS的农业空间信息管理及辅助决策系统

该研究在总结和提炼区域农业信息管理和评价理论与技术研究成果的基础上,运用知识工程和系统建模方法,建立了种植制度评价、农产品生态区划、农作生产潜力分析和精确农作管理的定量化动态知识模型。并运用软构件技术,基于B/S的分布式网络结构,以W ebG IS为空间信息管理平台,建立了网络化、数字化的农业空间信息管理及辅助决策系统。系统实现了基本地图操作、农业空间信息查询与分析、种植制度评价、农产品生态区划、农作生产潜力分析、精确农作管理、可视化输出以及系统维护等功能。以江苏省为案例区,对系统进行了实例应用,结果表明,系统能有效地管理区域性农业空间信息,并在基于空间信息的农业生产管理决策方面具有较好的适应性和指导性。

基于模型和GIS的水稻生产管理决策支持系统构建与应用

为实现水稻生产过程的精确化管理,以水稻精确管理知识模型为管理决策的智能依托,以GIS为空间数据管理平台,应用系统工程思想和软构件技术,设计实现了基于模型和GIS的水稻生产管理决策支持系统。该系统具有基本地图操作、信息管理、栽培方案设计、肥水运筹、病虫草害管理、适宜生长指标设计、因苗实时调控、专家咨询以及系统帮助等功能。系统在江苏和浙江部分水稻生产区的应用结果表明,精确管理田块平均产量达10464.8kg/hm2,较常规管理田块增产12·53%,减少氮肥投入31.5kg/hm2。系统的建立为水稻生产全过程变量管理处方的生成提供了模型化和系统化的决策工具,也为其他作物管理决策支持系统的构建提供了基础框架。
