Assessment of the Effect of “3H” Nursing Mode on Negative Emotions and Insomnia in Patients with Enterostomy

Objective: To explore the clinical significance of “3H” nursing mode in improving negative emotions and insomnia in patients with enterostomy through a prospective cohort study. Methods: Adult patients who underwent enterostomy surgery in our gastroenterology department with negative emotions and insomnia between August 2021 and August 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into “3H” nursing mode group and conventional nursing management group. For the conventional nursing group, routine standard nursing mode was adopted after enterostomy, while extra systematic “3H” nursing service on the basis of conventional nursing management was applied for its counterpart. SAS and SDS scores, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, Barthel index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: SAS and SDS scores, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, Barthel index and nursing satisfaction of “3H” nursing mode group were evidently better than those of conventional nursing management group, and the difference was significant (P Conclusion: The “3H” nursing mode can effectively improve negative emotions of patients with enterostomy, such as anxiety and depression, improve their sleep quality and self-care ability in daily life, and play an important role in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical application. 展开更多

Background:To explore the application effect of Acknowledge-Introduce-Duration-Explanation-Thank you(AIDET)communication mode in reducing anxiety and improving the care services satisfaction of the patients.Methods:The 100 cases undergoing cataract daytime operation from February to July 2019 were divided into test group and control group.The test group conducted health education and nursing care for patients during admission,pre-operation,post-operation,and discharge according to the AIDET communication mode.And the control group was given health education and nursing care to the patients according to the traditional way of communication.Results:The difference of the socioeconomic information between these two groups showed no statistical significance.The care services satisfaction score in the test group was statistically higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).This result indicated that the patients suffered less anxiety with the AIDET mode of communication.Conclusions:The application of AIDET communication mode to the nursing service of cataract daytime operation can reduce the tension and anxiety of the patients from the treatment and improve their satisfaction to care services. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the application effect of“online+offline”mixed teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 72 clinical nursing workers,who work in PLA General Hospital and participated in the experiment from March 2019 to March 2021,were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the odd numbers assigned to the participants’names,the participants were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group received“online+offline”hybrid teaching,whereas the control group received traditional offline teaching.In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups of nursing workers,their assessment scores,teaching satisfaction scores,and teaching evaluation indicators were observed.Results:The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of assessment scores,teaching satisfaction scores,and teaching evaluation indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing teaching,the“online+offline”mixed teaching mode plays a unique role in improving students’scores and teaching quality;thus,it should be promoted. 展开更多

Effect of precise nursing service mode on postoperative urinary incontinence prevention in patients with prostate disease

BACKGROUND Patients with benign prostatic disease often experience detrusor morphological changes and dysfunction.In severe cases,it leads to bladder detrusor dysfunction,resulting in dysuria,frequent urination,urgent urination,incomplete urination,and other symptoms including renal function injury.An operation to restore normal urination function and to control postoperative complications,as far as possible,is the most common method for benign prostatic disease.AIM To observe the effect of precise nursing service mode on postoperative urinary incontinence prevention in patients with prostate disease.METHODS In total,130 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic disease,from January 2018 to June 2021,in our hospital,were selected and divided into observation and control groups according to their treatment options.Sixty-five cases in the control group were given routine nursing mode intervention and 65 cases in the observation group received precise nursing service mode intervention.The intervention with the observation group included psychological counseling about negative emotions,pelvic floor exercises,and post-hospital discharge care.The complications of the two groups were counted,and the general postoperative conditions of the two groups were recorded.The urinary flow dynamics indexes of the two groups were detected,and differences in clinical international prostate system score(IPSS)and urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)scores were evaluated.RESULTS Postoperative exhaust time(18.65±3.23 h and 24.63±4.51 h),the time of indwelling catheter(4.85±1.08 d and 5.63±1.24 d),and hospitalization time(8.78±2.03 d and 10.23±2.28 d)in the observation group were lower than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)increased(P<0.05),the residual urine volume(RUV)decreased(P<0.05),and the maximum closed urethral pressure(MUCP)was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared to pre-operation.The Qmax of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the RUV was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in MUCP between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).The I-QOL score of the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the IPSS decreased(P<0.05).After the operation,the I-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the IPSS was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of urethral injury(1.54%and 3.08%),bladder spasm(0.00%and 1.54%),and secondary bleeding(1.54%and 4.62)between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The precise nursing service mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with prostate disease,thus improving postoperative urodynamics and rehabilitation,and quality of life. 展开更多

Methods:In this paper, 103 students majoring in medical science in ourschool were selected as the research objects, and the teaching mode of "Internet+" combined with questions wasimplemented. After the course, the theory and skills of the students were assessed, and the evaluation of theteaching mode was conducted by questionnaire survey. Results: "Internet+" combined with question-basedteaching mode can improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students in learning and enhance their awareness andunderstanding of the characteristic nursing of Dai medicine. 93.2% of the students are satisfied with this teachingmethod. Conclusion:The characteristic nursing of Dai medicine belongs to one of the four traditional nationalmedicine in China. This teaching method can lay a foundation for inheriting the traditional culture and cultivatinghigh-level applied nursing talents of national medicine in the future. Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL mode in clinical nursing teaching model.Methods:40 nursing students who were internships from June 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,with 20 in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching model,and the experimental group used the PBL teaching model to compare the clinical teaching effects of the two groups of nursing students.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups of nursing students in the basic nursing knowledge,the professional practice operation under the simulated clinical operating environment and the basic nursing operation(P>0.05),in the clinical operation environment,the professional practice evaluation results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model has a good teaching effect in clinical nursing teaching,which can effectively improve the professional practice level of nursing students in the clinical environment and meet the requirements of modern clinical nursing professional ability level,therefore,the PBL mode is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing teaching. 展开更多

Objective: Severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI) is one of the common acute and critical diseases in neurosurgery. So we aim to explore the clinical effectiveness of an intelligent emergency care model in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods: Eighty patients with severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI) who were treated in Zhuji People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group received conventional first-aid nursing mode intervention, and the intelligent emergency nursing mode was used for the observation group based on the control group. Comparisons were conducted between the two groups on the time of arrival to the emergency room, the time from the emergency room to the operating room, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score before surgery, GCS score when leaving the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the average length of ICU stay, the average length of hospital stay, the total hospital costs. Results: The time of arrival to the emergency room, the time from the emergency room to the operating room, the average length of ICU stay, the average length of hospital stay, and the total hospital costs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (All P Conclusion: Intelligent emergency nursing mode can shorten the time of sTBI rescue, the length of ICU stay, and the average length of hospital stay, reduce the total hospitalization cost, improve the prognosis, with good efficacy, reduce the total cost of hospitalization, and improve the prognosis with better efficacy. 展开更多

目的探究团队模式下闭环式健康教育在老年高血压患者延伸护理中的应用效果,为治疗该病症提供方法。方法选取2020年3月—2023年3月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院健康管理中心收治的老年高血压患者共计102例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=51)... 目的探究团队模式下闭环式健康教育在老年高血压患者延伸护理中的应用效果,为治疗该病症提供方法。方法选取2020年3月—2023年3月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院健康管理中心收治的老年高血压患者共计102例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=51)以及对照组(n=51)。对照组患者接受常规高血压护理,观察组患者在对照组相同处理的基础上接受团队模式下的闭环式健康教育,干预疗程为3个月。记录并比较2组接受干预前后的24 h平均收缩压和舒张压、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分以及高血压患者8项Morisky用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评分、SF-36生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分、接受干预后研究对象在延伸护理、健康教育、操作与演示、疑问的反馈与解答层面对护理服务的满意度。结果接受干预后,2组的24 h平均收缩压和舒张压比干预前均出现降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与此同时,2组的ESCA评分以及MMAS-8评分相比干预前均出现提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受干预后的SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在延伸护理、健康教育、操作与演示、疑问的反馈与解答领域对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论团队模式下闭环式健康教育应用于老年高血压患者延伸护理能够有效提升高血压控制效果以及患者的自我护理意识,提高患者生活质量对护理服务的满意度,具有一定临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的探讨基于“BOPPPS教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学在“基础护理学”课程中的应用效果。方法以某校护理学专业2020级和2021级的本科学生为研究对象。2020级为对照组(n=281),采用传统教学方法;2021级为试验组(n=184),采用基于BOP... 目的探讨基于“BOPPPS教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学在“基础护理学”课程中的应用效果。方法以某校护理学专业2020级和2021级的本科学生为研究对象。2020级为对照组(n=281),采用传统教学方法;2021级为试验组(n=184),采用基于BOPPPS教学模式和课程思政理念的混合式教学方式。比较两组的成绩,同时采用“自主学习问卷”和“软技能问卷”调查学生的自主学习能力和软技能。结果试验组与对照组的操作技能、理论知识和综合案例考核的成绩分别为(91.26±6.46)和(86.37±4.25)分、(78.06±4.21)和(70.62±3.26)分、(86.93±5.86)和(74.42±4.02)分。试验组与对照组学生的自主学习能力和软技能得分分别为(77.86±8.68)和(63.53±6.64)分、(137.93±18.84)和(118.28±15.12)分。试验组的考核成绩、自主学习能力和软技能得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于“BOPPPS教学模式+课程思政理念”的混合式教学应用于“基础护理学”教学中,提高了学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力和软技能。 展开更多

ADOPT问题解决模式护理对大面积烧伤患者创面愈合及心理状态的影响

目的:探究ADOPT问题解决模式护理对大面积烧伤患者伤残接受度、创面愈合及美观满意度的影响。方法:前瞻性选择2020年1月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的患者460例大面积烧伤患者为研究对象,将2020年1月-2021年3月收治的患者纳入对照组,2021年... 目的:探究ADOPT问题解决模式护理对大面积烧伤患者伤残接受度、创面愈合及美观满意度的影响。方法:前瞻性选择2020年1月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的患者460例大面积烧伤患者为研究对象,将2020年1月-2021年3月收治的患者纳入对照组,2021年4月-2022年12月收治的纳入观察组,对照组采用大面积烧伤后常规护理,观察组采用ADOPT问题解决模式护理,持续护理3个月。分别于干预前和干预3个月后,采用伤残接受度量表(Acceptance of disability scale,AODS)评估患者伤残接受度,采用视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评估患者创面疼痛程度,采用简明烧伤健康量表(Burn specific health scale,BSHS-A)评估患者生活质量;干预4周后,计算创面愈合率;干预3个月后,采用(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评估患者创面愈合后瘢痕增生情况,采用美观满意度评分表评估患者美观满意度;记录创面愈合时间。结果:干预后,观察组患者AODS评分、创面覆盖率、美观满意度、BSHS-A评分均明显高于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,VAS评分和VSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ADOPT问题解决模式能够提高大面积烧伤患者伤残接受度和美观满意度,有利于创面愈合,患者生活质量也得以显著提高。 展开更多

基于莱温守恒模式的护理对急性脑梗死患者自我管理能力及神经功能的干预效果

目的探讨基于莱温守恒模式的护理干预对急性脑梗死患者自我管理能力及神经功能的影响。方法选择医院2021年3月—2022年6月收治的138例急性脑梗死患者,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组实施常规护理模式干预... 目的探讨基于莱温守恒模式的护理干预对急性脑梗死患者自我管理能力及神经功能的影响。方法选择医院2021年3月—2022年6月收治的138例急性脑梗死患者,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组实施常规护理模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于莱温守恒模式的护理干预,干预6周。比较两组护理满意度、自我管理能力、神经功能[神经功能缺损评分表(NIHSS)]、肢体运动功能[运动功能评分量表(Fugl-Meyer)]及心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果护理干预后,观察组患者护理满意率为92.75%,与对照组的79.71%对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组自我管理能力、神经功能、肢体运动功能及心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组自我管理能力各维度评分、肢体运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组患者神经功能评价量表各项评分、SAS评分、SDS评分则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于莱温守恒模式的护理干预对急性脑横死患者效果更佳,可使患者负性情绪得到有效缓解,自我管理能力得到提高,还可有效改善患者神经功能,提高护理满意度。 展开更多

基于医养结合模式的双心养护在老年冠心病患者中的应用价值

目的观察医养结合模式下双心养护对老年冠心病患者心功能、情绪状态的影响。方法收集2020年1月—2023年1月丰县人民医院老年冠心病患者80例进行前瞻性研究,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),分别行基于医养结合模式的双心养... 目的观察医养结合模式下双心养护对老年冠心病患者心功能、情绪状态的影响。方法收集2020年1月—2023年1月丰县人民医院老年冠心病患者80例进行前瞻性研究,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),分别行基于医养结合模式的双心养护与常规护理。比较两组护理前后心功能指标、情绪状态、并发症情况及对不同模式护理的满意度。结果护理前心功能指标组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDV、LVESV低于对照组(均P<0.05)。情绪状态方面,抑郁-焦虑-压力量表21(DASS-21)各项评分护理前组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);护理满意度比较,观察组(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论医养结合模式的双心养护,可改善老年冠心病患者心功能及情绪状态,并减少并发症。 展开更多
