为考察广谱乳酸菌细菌素enterocin LM-2对低温切片火腿的防腐保鲜效果,并探讨其在低温肉制品防腐保鲜中的应用可行性。本研究在不添加任何化学防腐剂的前提下,分别添加80、320、1280AU/g enterocin LM-2处理低温切片火腿,分析不同浓度... 为考察广谱乳酸菌细菌素enterocin LM-2对低温切片火腿的防腐保鲜效果,并探讨其在低温肉制品防腐保鲜中的应用可行性。本研究在不添加任何化学防腐剂的前提下,分别添加80、320、1280AU/g enterocin LM-2处理低温切片火腿,分析不同浓度细菌素处理前后样品中微生物数量、理化指标以及感官特性的变化。结果发现:细菌素enterocin LM-2的添加可明显延长低温切片火腿的货架期,有效减少贮藏过程中挥发性盐基氮的生成及脂肪氧化程度,并保持产品原有色泽、气味、质构等感官特性。综合微生物和理化特性分析结果,确定添加1280AU/g enterocin LM-2的处理组防腐效果最好,可将低温切片火腿的货架期延长至49d。这些结果都显示出乳酸菌细菌素enterocin LM-2有作为天然生物防腐剂应用于低温肉制品防腐保鲜中的巨大应用潜力。 展开更多

In this study, it introduces the technological improvements for enhancing the reliability of the LM-2F launch vehicle in the aspects of general technology, control system, manufacture and ground support system. 目的:探讨大蒜素对C3H小鼠骨肉瘤细胞株LM-8细胞增殖的影响及与bcl-2、bax凋亡基因表达的关系,以初步探索其诱导凋亡的机制。方法:用水溶性四唑盐WST-8比色法检测大蒜素对LM-8细胞株生长的影响;倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化;流式细胞仪... 目的:探讨大蒜素对C3H小鼠骨肉瘤细胞株LM-8细胞增殖的影响及与bcl-2、bax凋亡基因表达的关系,以初步探索其诱导凋亡的机制。方法:用水溶性四唑盐WST-8比色法检测大蒜素对LM-8细胞株生长的影响;倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化;流式细胞仪检测细胞调亡率的变化;免疫细胞组化技术检测bcl-2和bax基因表达。结果:大蒜素能明显抑制LM-8细胞的生长,与大蒜素的浓度和时间有关,在72h其药物半数抑制率浓度是11.09μg/ml;5μg/ml、10μg/ml和15μg/ml浓度的大蒜素作用72h后可诱导LM-8细胞凋亡(P<0.05);大蒜素可以降低bcl-2表达,增强bax表达,经15μg/ml大蒜素作用72h,bcl-2和bax基因表达阳性率及bcl-2/bax分别为(7.24±1.18)%(、47.56±7.43)%和0.15±0.02,对照组分别为(24.40±9.96)%、(11.28±1.31)%和2.18±0.93,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:大蒜素可以诱导LM-8细胞凋亡,其机制涉及到bcl-2表达上调及bax表达下调。 展开更多

针对基于光电检测方法的血氧仪只能在静止状态下测试血氧饱和度(血氧)的问题,提出一种基于变步长凸组合LMS自适应滤波动态血氧检测方法。方法对原始光电描记脉搏波信号经预处理后,通过固步长与变步长LMS自适应算法组合,以三轴加速度计... 针对基于光电检测方法的血氧仪只能在静止状态下测试血氧饱和度(血氧)的问题,提出一种基于变步长凸组合LMS自适应滤波动态血氧检测方法。方法对原始光电描记脉搏波信号经预处理后,通过固步长与变步长LMS自适应算法组合,以三轴加速度计采集信号作为运动噪声参考信号,获得理想脉搏波信号再准确计算血氧值。在此基础上,开发了一套基于物联网的穿戴式高原血氧检测系统,经过模拟正常行走及在不同海拔条件下测试,最大误差不超过4%,验证了算法的有效性和准确性。结果显示,基于物联网的血氧监测系统对于高原旅游中高原反应的实时监测与提醒具有实际意义。 展开更多
