Further results on local stability of LRC-RED algorithm in Internet

This paper presents some further results on the local stability of a recently developed Intemet congestion control scheme, namely the loss ratio and rate control random early detection （LRC-RED） algorithm. Necessary and sufficient stability conditions in terms of key tuning parameters are derived, which can provide further guidelines for control gain selection. The numerical simulations are given to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.

玉米外杂选系与旅系的配合力分析

试验以M6BR、M10AM、M2BH、M2BQ和M2AC五个国外杂交种选系为被测系,以丹M9-2、丹黄34、丹598、丹99长和丹3140五个旅系为测验系,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交法,分析主要农艺性状和产量配合力效应。结果表明:自交系M2AC、丹598和丹3140不同性状的一般配合力效应值较好;M2AC×丹598、M2AC×丹3140和M10AM×丹黄34三个组合的产量特殊配合力效应值相对较高;M2AC×丹3140、M2AC×丹598、M10AM×丹3140三个组合总的产量配合力效应较高,与实际表现基本一致,说明总配合力效应更能准确地反应杂交种各性状的综合表现。
