Ba3(VO_2)_2 and V_2O_5 by higher sitering temperature than 1010°C.The as-sintered sample is insulator with resistivity of 10 12 ohm cm.Furthermore,if the as-sintered sample was annealed under H_2 atmosphere,the LaBa_2V_3O_(11)decomposed to LaVO_3 and BaYO_4 despite of the lower annealing temperature of 950°C.展开更多
