The leader propagation is one of the most important stages in long air gap discharge.The mechanism behind leader re-illumination remains unclear.In high humidity conditions(20.0–30.1 g/m^(3)),we have conducted experiments of long sparks in a 10 m ultra-high voltage(UHV)transmission line gap under switching impulse voltages.The positive leaders predominantly propagate discontinuously,with almost no significantly continuous propagation occurring.The leader channels are intensely luminous and each elongation segment is straight,with streamers resembling the“branch type”which differs from the“diffuse type”streamers at the front of continuous propagation leaders.The distribution of the propagation velocities is highly random(3.7–18.4 cm/μs),and the average velocity(9.2 cm/μs)significantly exceeds that of continuous propagation(1.5–2.0 cm/μs).Analysis suggests that the current-velocity models suitable for continuous leader propagation do not align well with the experimental data in re-illumination mode.Based on the discharge current waveforms and optical images,it is speculated that the newly elongated leader in re-illumination mode does not evolve gradually from the stem(about 1 cm)but rather evolves overall from a thermal channel much longer than stem. 展开更多

The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom fraud.The efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent websites.Current research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification types.This study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these disadvantages.The data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image data.Then,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is selected.In model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent websites.Using selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high accuracy.The experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models. 展开更多

Since 2016,community group buying has grown significantly in China,largely driven by its efficient logistics,supply chains,low prices,and convenience.This model has been further popularized during the COVID-19 pandemic due to its effectiveness in meeting daily needs while minimizing human-to-human contact.A key component of this business model is the“group leaders”-influential individuals within a community responsible for managing group buying activities,which include order collection,supplier liaison,and goods distribution.Their primary task is to form and sustain a reliable community group buying consortium,a task that demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.This paper examines this phenomenon using the lens of the differential mode of association,a theoretical model explaining interpersonal relationships in traditional Chinese society.The research indicates that group leaders,through regular interaction with consumers,are able to alter their social network position,increase their influence,understand consumer needs,provide satisfying services,and enhance trust,thereby transforming consumers into loyal group buying participants.This transformation not only brings stability to group buying activities but also reinforces the community influence of group leaders,thus fostering the growth of community group buying. 展开更多

Potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs)tactfully combining capacitor-type cathode with battery-type anode have recently attracted increasing attentions due to their advantages of decent energy density,high power density,and low cost;the mismatches of capacity and kinetics between capacitor-type cathode and battery-type anode in PIHCs yet hinder their overall performance output.Herein,based on prediction of density functional theory calculations,we find Se/N co-doped porous carbon is a promising candidate for K+storage and thus develop a simple and universal self-sacrifice template method to fabricate Se and N co-doped three-dimensional(3D)macroporous carbon(Se/N-3DMpC),which features favorable properties of connective hier-archical pores,expanded interlayer structure,and rich activity site for boosting pseudocapacitive activity and kinetics toward K^(+)storage anode and enhancing capacitance performance for the reversible anion adsorption/desorption cath-ode.As expected,the as-assembled PIHCs full cell with a working voltage as high as 4.0 V delivers a high energy density of 186 Wh kg^(−1) and a power output of 8100 W kg^(−1) as well as excellent long service life.The proof-of-concept PIHCs with excellent performance open a new avenue for the development and application of high-performance hybrid capacitors. 展开更多

For the understanding of geniuses,historical figures,artists,and every individual as a whole,it is necessary to study his era,because various global and even the smallest(subconscious)events that take place in all eras have their influence on the human consciousness from the womb to the grave.In this existence(consciousness),the events of the era,which are infinite in scale,are transformed into a treasure of thought(archive).This treasure,which is in the essence of“infinity”(∞-),is enriched step by step from simple knowledge to fundamental scientific knowledge,thus shaping his worldview through countless events.From this point of view,era and worldview are phenomena that are in unity and one determines the other.In other words,the highest determination of philosophy-when explaining the concept of time with questions,the idea covered by it,man,nature,etc.,answers related to the worldview factor are given in the contents and essences.Or,on the contrary,the understanding of the worldview of any person acquires an objective-logical value with the characteristics of his era.Because of its position,it is worth noting that every era leaves its mark on history with“extraordinary”important memory phenomena that change the world and hold the whole world and mankind under its charm,which is also considered as globalization in the world with the current terminology(globalization in the old dictionary).Also,each period has its own historical content and the fact that the most global event,including the genius,is named in honor of the person of the time,contains the importance of this or that period,as well as the historical stage,Stone Age,Antiquity,Renaissance,Enlightenment-Modernism,“Golden Age”,Critical Socialism,etc.A feature of the periods is related to the human factor.There had never been a period in history that did not produce its own geniuses and historical personalities.It is not even an exception to the eras related to the names of geniuses and historical figures.For example,the 11th-19th centuries are called the“Dark Ages”or the Homeric era,as well as Homeric Greece.In addition to Shakespeare era,Golden era,Voltaire(Voltaire era),etc.,there are periods of people who left a mark on history with negative thoughts,Stalin era,Adolf Hitler era,etc.There are still geniuses;they are considered as the Man of the century,the hero of the century.As an example of such historical figures,we can show“people”of different centuries,for example,Socrates,Aristotle,Galileo Galilei,Confucius,and countless geniuses,including K.Marx,V.I.Lenin,A.Einstein,M.K.Atatürk,M.Gandhi,etc.;when their names are mentioned,this or that period comes to mind.In this regard,the 20th century is no exception.He entered the history of world politics as an outstanding statesman in the 20th century,who left his mark with the deep content of the events unfolding in history,his successes,and achievements,as well as his complex and even tragic days.In this article,we will talk about the“era”of Heydar Aliyev,the great leader of the Azerbaijani people,one of the geniuses of the 20th century,a powerful state builder,outstanding national leader-the life of his birth,80 years of life service to his people with honor.In our opinion,our analyses,facts,and evaluations will add an important page to the world scientific to world scientific thought and political-philosophical history. 展开更多

[目的/意义]探究辟谣信息对社交媒体用户的影响,特别是对意见领袖形成现象机制的挖掘。构建社交媒体用户角色演变行为模型,研究人员可以更好地了解意见领袖的形成原因,刻画辟谣信息对社交媒体用户的作用机制,有助于对参与辟谣的“准意见领袖”进行合理引导,以提高社交媒体舆情管理的效率和准确性。[方法/过程]首先,对微博社交媒体平台中的特定主题事件进行跟踪,识别并筛选出“新生意见领袖”群体,并利用质性访谈对此群体进行深度访谈。然后,基于程序化扎根理论方法,利用NVivo 12软件进行扎根编码构建模型,并通过理论饱和度检验验证模型的完整性。最后,对社交媒体用户角色演变的原因进行深入分析和探讨。[结果/结论]在辟谣信息作用下,个体主观因素、社会环境因素和辟谣信息因素对一般用户向新生意见领袖的演变行为产生重要影响,其中个体主观因素在辟谣信息的作用下对意见领袖形成的影响更加显著,自我认知清晰、高情绪需求且情绪稳定的个体更容易成为影响力持久的意见领袖;社会公众认可、实质性奖励和政策法律支持共同构成社会环境因素,是意见领袖形成的重要保障;辟谣信息因素中的辟谣信息热度、可信度和发布质量等方面都会直接影响“潜在意见领袖”用户群体对辟谣事件的把握,进而干预其参与辟谣的决定。 展开更多

在传统Raft选举Leader过程中,每个节点都有可能成为Leader。但也会引发选举冲突,从而进行多轮选举;一些性能较低的节点也可能成为Leader,很快再次下线触发新的选举。这些行为会让选举的效率大大降低。我们可以事先指定一批性能较高的服... 在传统Raft选举Leader过程中,每个节点都有可能成为Leader。但也会引发选举冲突,从而进行多轮选举;一些性能较低的节点也可能成为Leader,很快再次下线触发新的选举。这些行为会让选举的效率大大降低。我们可以事先指定一批性能较高的服务器做为Leader的备选节点,按照优先级别进行排序。在某个Follower连接不上leader的时候,可以按照备选Leader节点 的优先级别排序进行询问看是否可以连接。备选Leader节点如果收到n/2+1的询问时,就可以升级为leader。如果leader发现自身连接少于n/2+1可以降为Follower。事先指定备选Leader可以在选举leader的过程中减少选举冲突,提高选举效率,增加系统稳定性。 展开更多

企业领导道歉负向影响员工反生产行为机制探究

企业员工由于遭遇领导冒犯所引发的反生产行为因领导道歉改变其负面预期而有所减少。笔者基于资源保存理论,在构建了一个企业领导道歉影响员工反生产行为机制模型的基础上,以分别在两个时间点收集的388份有效追踪数据,运用Mplus软件实... 企业员工由于遭遇领导冒犯所引发的反生产行为因领导道歉改变其负面预期而有所减少。笔者基于资源保存理论,在构建了一个企业领导道歉影响员工反生产行为机制模型的基础上,以分别在两个时间点收集的388份有效追踪数据,运用Mplus软件实证检验了企业领导道歉与员工反生产行为的关系及其变化。检验结果证实:企业领导道歉对员工反生产行为具有显著的负向影响;领导认同和情感承诺分别在领导道歉与员工反生产行为关系间发挥中介作用;领导虚伪感知既负向调节领导道歉对领导认同的影响,也负向调节领导认同在领导道歉与员工反生产行为间的中介作用。本文通过将领导认同、情感承诺和领导虚伪感知等变量尝试性地引入到企业领导道歉影响员工反生产行为模型之中并付诸实证检验,拓展了资源保存理论的应用边际,揭示了企业经营中领导道歉与员工反生产行为二者之间的内在关联,丰富了有关企业管理中领导行为方面的现有文献,研究结论可以为企业领导处理内部人际关系和提高企业治理水平提供理论依据。 展开更多
