Relationship between Authoritative Parenting Style and Preschool Children’s Emotion Regulation:A Moderated Mediation Model

An authoritative parenting style has been shown to promote children’s emotion regulation in European-American family studies.However,little is known about how sleep problems and the child’s sibling status in Chinese families affect this relationship.Based on family system theory,this study attempts to better understand the relationship between authoritative parenting style and emotion regulation.Mothers of preschool children in Chinese kindergartens completed questionnaires about their children’s sleep habits,their authoritative parenting styles,and children’s emotion regulation.A total of 531 children participated in this study.Results showed that authoritative parenting was positively associated with emotional regulation.Sleep problems mediated the effects of authoritative parenting style on emotion regulation.The child’s sibling status moderated the mediating effects of sleep problems in authoritative parenting and emotion regulation relationships.Specifically,the relationship between the authoritative parenting style and sleep problems was significant for only children,while birth order had no significant influence on the authoritative parenting style and sleep problems in two-child families.These findings suggest that a lowauthoritative parenting style predicts low emotion regulation through sleep problems,and this depends on the child’s sibling status,indicating that children without siblings may impair emotion regulation due to increased sleep problems.

An Intervention Study of Language Cognition and Emotional Speech Community Method for Children’s Speech Disorders

Speech disorders are a common type of childhood disease.Through experimental intervention,this study aims to improve the vocabulary comprehension levels and language ability of children with speech disorders through the language cognition and emotional speech community method.We also conduct a statistical analysis of the inter-ventional effect.Among children with speech disorders in Dongguan City,224 were selected and grouped accord-ing to their receptive language ability and IQ.The 112 children in the experimental group(EG)received speech therapy with language cognitive and emotional speech community,while the 112 children in the control group(CG)only received conventional treatment.After six months of experimental intervention,the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised(PPVT-R)was used to test the language ability of the two groups.Overall,we employed a quantitative approach to obtain numerical values,examine the variables identified,and test hypotheses.Further-more,we used descriptive statistics to explore the research questions related to the study and statistically describe the overall distribution of the demographic variables.The statistical t-test was used to analyze the data.The data shows that after intervention through language cognition and emotional speech community therapy,the PPVT-R score of the EG was significantly higher than that of the CG.Therefore,we conclude that there is a significant difference in language ability between the EG and CG after the therapy.Although both groups improved,the post-therapy language level of EG is significantly higher than that of CG.The total effective rate in EG is higher than CG,and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Therefore,we conclude that the language cogni-tion and emotional speech community method is effective as an interventional treatment of children’s speech dis-orders and that it is more effective than traditional treatment methods.

Emotional Value Care to Promote Emotional Communication Between Teachers and Students Under the New Era of Education Mode

With the development of the times and the progress of the society,the ancient education mode can no longer meet the requirements of the times.The concept of educating people must keep pace with the times.The way teachers and students get along is no longer like in ancient times,where teachers teach students to listen.In the new era,it is necessary to build a new model of interaction between teachers and students.If educators pay attention and come to understand students’psychology,listen to students’aspirations,tend to students’emotions,grow in love for education,and treat students from their hearts,they would be able to win the favor of students.Paying attention to students’emotional value can promote emotional communication between teachers and students.It is possible to adapt to the requirements of the new era for the construction of morality and ethics among teachers by caring for students’emotional value.

抑郁倾向Wilson病患者的注意偏向特征及与反刍思维的关系研究

目的 探究抑郁倾向Wilson病(WD)患者的注意偏向特征及与反刍思维的关系。方法 招募2022年1月至2023年1月安徽中医药大学神经病学研究所附属医院收治的WD患者51例,根据贝克抑郁量表(BDI)评分将其分为抑郁组(≥5分,30例)和非抑郁组(≤4分,21例)。比较两组反刍思维量表(RRS)评分及情绪Stroop范式试验结果,并分析观察指标间的关联性。结果 抑郁组在RRS的症状反刍、反省深思、强迫思考维度得分及总分均高于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁组对负性词的反应时间显著慢于非抑郁组(P<0.05);两组对中性词及正性词的反应时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。WD患者对负性词反应时间与BDI评分、RRS总分、RRS的症状反刍维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05),对正性词和中性词反应时间与BDI评分、RRS总分及RRS各维度得分的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。多因素线性回归分析结果显示,BDI评分、RRS总分、RRS的症状反刍维度得分是WD患者对负性词反应时间的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 抑郁倾向WD患者会过多关注负性情绪信息,反刍思维可能是导致抑郁倾向WD患者负性情绪注意偏向的原因之一。

The Effects of Emotions between Teachers and Students

Emotion processing in Parkinson's disease: a blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging study

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by loss of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia are the major symptoms of the disease. These motor impairments are often accompanied by affective and emotional dysfunctions which have been largely studied over the last decade. The aim of this study was to investigate emotional processing organization in the brain of patients with Parkinson's disease and to explore whether there are differences between recognition of different types of emotions in Parkinson's disease. We examined 18 patients with Parkinson's disease(8 men, 10 women) with no history of neurological or psychiatric comorbidities. All these patients underwent identical brain blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging for emotion evaluation. Blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging results revealed that the occipito-temporal cortices, insula, orbitofrontal cortex, basal ganglia, and parietal cortex which are involved in emotion processing, were activated during the functional control. Additionally, positive emotions activate larger volumes of the same anatomical entities than neutral and negative emotions. Results also revealed that Parkinson's disease associated with emotional disorders are increasingly recognized as disabling as classic motor symptoms. These findings help clinical physicians to recognize the emotional dysfunction of patients with Parkinson's disease.

Mathematical Models of Emotional Robots with a Non-Absolute Memory

In this paper, we discuss questions of creating an electronic intellectual analogue of a human being. We introduce a mathematical concept of stimulus generating emotions. We also introduce a definition of logical thinking of robots and a notion of efficiency coefficient to describe their efficiency of rote (mechanical) memorizing. The paper proves theorems describing properties of permanent conflicts between logical and emotional thinking of robots with a nonabsolute rote memory.

Emotion recognition and inhibitory control in manifest and pre-manifest Huntington’s disease: evidence from a new Stroop task

Huntington’s disease(HD)is a genetic neurodegenerative disorder that affects not only the motor but also the cognitive domain.In particular,cognitive symptoms such as impaired executive skills and deficits in recognizing other individuals’mental state may emerge many years before the motor symptoms.This study was aimed at testing two cognitive hypotheses suggested by previous research with a new Stroop task created for the purpose:1)the impairment of emotion recognition in HD is moderated by the emotions’valence,and 2)inhibitory control is impaired in HD.Forty manifest and 20 pre-manifest HD patients and their age-and gender-matched controls completed both the traditional“Stroop Color and Word Test”(SCWT)and the newly created“Stroop Emotion Recognition under Word Interference Task”(SERWIT),which consist in 120 photographs of sad,calm,or happy faces with either congruent or incongruent word interference.On the SERWIT,impaired emotion recognition in manifest HD was moderated by emotion type,with deficits being larger in recognizing sadness and calmness than in recognizing happiness,but it was not moderated by stimulus congruency.On the SCWT,six different interference scores yielded as many different patterns of group effects.Overall our results corroborate the hypothesis that impaired emotion recognition in HD is moderated by the emotions’valence,but do not provide evidence for the hypothesis that inhibitory control is impaired in HD.Further research is needed to learn more about the psychological mechanisms underlying the moderating effect of emotional valence on impaired emotion recognition in HD,and to corroborate the hypothesis that the inhibitory processes involved in Stroop tasks are not impaired in HD.Looking beyond this study,the SERWIT promises to make important contributions to disentangling the cognitive and the psychomotor aspects of neurological disorders.The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the“Istituto Leonarda Vaccari”,Rome on January 24,2018.

Robot’s Emotion Decision by Energy and Entropy Concepts

This study is to introduce concepts of energy and entropy to describe a robot＇s emoton decisien. It chooses the dimensional approach based on factors of pleasure and arousal for the merit of the interpolation between enotions. Especially, Circumplex model which has also two axes： pleasure and arousal is used. Besides, the model indicates how emotions are distributed in the two-dimensional plane. Then by the definition of psychodynamicsthe energy states （mental energy and physical energy） are matched to pleasure and arousal respectively that are the basis of Circumplex model. The mental energy is updated by the result of Prospect theory which measures the value of gain and loss as pleasure factor. And the physical energy is updated by the result of hedonic scaling which measures levels of arousal from pleasure computed by Prospect theory, and the result of intensity of stimuli. Then the energy states are fed by entropy. The feedback loop by entropy satisfies the 2nd law of thermodynamics. The energy states generated by stimuli and fed by entropy take a position in the plane of Circumplex model. Then distances between the current position and other emotions are cornputed to get a level of each emotion, proportional to the inverse of the distance.

Influence of Blocking-Stressors on Post-90s Employees’ Occupational Mobility: The Chain Mediating Effect of Psychological Contracts and Negative Emotion

To clarify the mechanism of blocking-stressors,psychological contracts,and negative emotions on post-90s employees’occupational mobility,based on the literature study,a hypothetical model of the relationship was established.Using the blocking-stressor,psychological contract,negative emotion,and occupational mobility scales,317 post-90s employees were selected to investigate their status.It used correlation analysis and intermedi-ary effect tests to verify the hypothesis model.The results showed that:first,there were significant positive cor-relations between blocking-stressors,negative emotions,and occupational mobility,while indicating a significant negative correlation with the psychological contract;second,blocking-stressors can directly and significantly pre-dict occupational mobility;and third,blocking-stressors can indirectly affect occupational mobility through the mediating role of negative emotions and the chain-mediating role of psychological contracts and negative emo-tions.The effective intervention of blocking-stressors,psychological contracts,and negative emotions can reduce the rate of occupational mobility and provide some guidance for enterprises in making rational use of human resources.

Emotional Expression of the Memorial Landscape in Deng Xiaoping's Hometown Scenic Spot

Starting from the meaning and characteristics of emotional expression of memorial landscape, design strategies are proposed by optimization of emotional symbol, expression of emotional space and situational expression to improve the emotional expression in current memorial landscape design. Finally, combined with the research on Deng Xiaoping's hometown, it demonstrates how the designers convey the memorial theme and emotions of the landscape through grasping the local history and culture and analyzing emotional symbols from the perspective of human experience and psychological needs.

Swedish Women’S Emotional Experience of the First Trimester in a New Pregnancy after One or More Miscarriages: A Qualitative Interview Study

Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate how Swedish women describe their emotional state of being during the eighth week through the eleventh week after they have become pregnant again after suffering a previous miscarriage. Method: A qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach has been used to analyze fourteen interviews that served as the data base for this study. The content analysis resulted in the development of five categories which evolved into one primary theme. Findings: The five categories identified were Worry and preoccupation;Distance;managing their feelings;Mourning what is lost;Guarded happiness and expectations. These categories were compiled into a main theme, “Worry consumes a lot of energy, but on the other side lies happiness”. This theme focused on whether the women could feel any happiness about being pregnant again despite their concerns with the previous miscarriage. Conclusions: The emotional states of the women when they get pregnant again are typically characterized by anxiety, worry and concerns about their current pregnancy. The women have a tendency to distance themselves emotionally from their pregnancy but also strive to find the joy of being pregnant again. During the new pregnancy they find themselves in need of support from their family and friends as well as in need of support from the healthcare system.

常见中医证型Wilson病患者情绪智力水平与病变脑区相关性

目的 探讨常见中医证型的Wilson病(Wilson’s disease, WD)患者情绪智力水平、维度特征及其与病变脑区的相关性。方法 采用情绪智力水平量表(emotional intelligence scale, EIS)对103例肝胆湿热证、痰湿阻络证及肝肾阴虚证WD患者以及47例健康者进行测评,并对WD患者进行颅脑MRI检查。结果 与正常组比较,痰湿阻络证组EIS总分及表达能力、自我管理及管理他人3项因子分均减少(P<0.05),肝肾阴虚证组EIS总分及全部4项因子分均减少(P<0.05),肝胆湿热证组EIS总分和各维度因子分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与肝胆湿热证组比较,痰湿阻络证组EIS总分及表达能力因子分减少(P<0.05),肝肾阴虚证组EIS总分、情绪感觉能力及自我管理因子分减少(P<0.05);与痰湿阻络证组比较,肝肾阴虚证组EIS总分和各维度因子分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肝胆湿热证WD患者以基底节、脑干、丘脑损伤为主,痰湿阻络证WD患者以基底节、脑干、丘脑损伤为主,肝肾阴虚证WD患者以基底节损伤、脑干损伤、脑萎缩为主。额叶皮质损伤与WD患者EIS总分及表达能力因子分呈正相关(P<0.05);苍白球损伤与WD患者EIS总分及管理他人因子分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 痰湿阻络证及肝肾阴虚证WD患者情绪智力水平较低,而肝胆湿热证WD患者情绪智力正常;3种常见中医证型WD患者中,以基底节及脑干损伤较为常见;额叶皮质及苍白球损伤是影响WD患者情绪智力水平的因素。

问题导向领导人际情绪管理的收益与代价:基于员工与领导的差异化视角

基于资源保存理论,提出问题导向领导人际情绪管理(leader interpersonal emotion management,LIEM)对员工与领导的差异化影响,揭示问题导向领导人际情绪管理的收益(提升员工工作幸福感)与代价(降低领导工作幸福感)。研究对99份领导与388份员工的嵌套数据进行多水平分析,结果表明:在个体层,员工感知的问题导向LIEM通过缓解员工情绪枯竭,提升员工工作幸福感;员工情绪调节能力强化上述积极影响。在领导层,问题导向领导情绪管理会加剧领导情绪枯竭,降低领导工作幸福感;领导复原力削弱上述消极影响。

地铁车站照度对乘客主观情绪和视觉绩效认知的影响研究

[目的]合理的照明环境对提高地铁车站服务水平、保证乘客疏散安全、促进公共交通可持续发展起着重要作用。为促进地铁车站照明环境设计的科学化和合理化,需研究地铁车站不同照度环境对乘客主观情绪和视觉绩效认知的影响。[方法]采用眼动追踪技术、视觉绩效认知评估技术、三维情绪评估模型相结合的方法,提出了眼动试验评估、视觉绩效认知评估、主观情绪评估3个评估类别共计8个参数的计算方法。设置了试验流程,将照度作为自变量,选取了5个照度水平进行试验研究。构建了不同照度同乘客主观情绪、视觉绩效认知参数之间的关系模型,并对试验结果分别进行了单因素方差分析、相关度分析及综合分析。[结果及结论]照度对乘客主观PAD(愉悦度、唤醒度、控制度)、视觉绩效认知均有显著影响。提高乘客的愉悦度和唤醒度,能够缩短乘客的视觉认知时间。照度在200~230 lx时,乘客的主观情绪、视觉绩效认知水平均达到最优。
