光叶黄花化学成分研究(Ⅰ)——一种新生物碱的结构

光叶黄花（Thermopsis licentiana）是豆科野决明属植物,同属植物中有许多用以入药治疗狂犬病,该类植物的化学成分尚未见报道,为此,我们对其进行了研究,从中得到一种新生物碱晶A4并进行了分离与鉴定。

黄花木化学成分研究

从黄花木中分离得到5种化合物,经化学和光谱方法鉴定它们为:野决明碱、安那吉碱、金雀花碱、β-谷甾醇及1新化合物5-α-羟基-7,17-脱氢异羽扇豆碱。研究结果表明,黄花木属、野决明属和沙冬青属植物在植物化学分类学上具有亲缘关系。

Alkaloid and Isoflavonoid Constituents of Thermopsis Licentiana

From the whole plant of Thermopsis Licentiana(Leguminoseae) , one new compound, 13-β-hydroxylthermopsine, along with eight known compounds, N-methylcytisine, ther-mopsine, daidzein , trifolirhizin , daidzin , genistin, daidzein-4',7-diglucoside and genistein-4', 7-diglucoside were isolated and identified on the basis of chemical and spectral data.

菜阳河自然保护区豆类植物的分布

本文对菜阳河自然保护区的３３属１０１种野生豆类植物的分布进行了分析，认为本区的这一类群种系密度大，基因多样，地理成分较为一致，是热带植物区系，特别是热带亚洲区系的一部分，并与亚热带植物区系有较为密切的关系；特有种多为华南至西南特有。此外，记载了５个云南新记录种。

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Thermopsis Licentiana(I)——The Structure of A New Alkaloid

The Thermopsis genus（Leguminoseae） is comprised of many species, some of which can be used as folk medicine for the treatment of rabies in China. Thermnopsis licentiana is one of the species and has not been studied yet. The present paper reports the separation and identification of a new quinolizidine alkaloid（crystal A;see Fig. 1）.

大托叶云实中一个新的卡山烷二萜

采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI和半制备HPLC等色谱技术,对豆科云实属植物大托叶云实种子的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化。从中分离得到了5个卡山烷型二萜化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为3β-乙酰氧基-卡山烷-12,14(17),15-三烯-7β-醇(1)、caesalmin C(2)、caesall E(3)、caesalpinin MJ(4)和1-deacetylcaesalmin C(5),其中化合物1为新化合物,2、4、5首次从该植物中分离得到。
