Suggestions and Countermeasures on Development of Leisure Industry in Yangzhou Small Towns

The paper had introduced the concept and development situation of leisure agriculture,analyzed its functions,and regarded that leisure agriculture could adjust industrial structure of agriculture and enrich development situation of agriculture and that it was important tourist resource of city.Six characteristic routes had been drawn up and introduced to develop leisure agriculture in Yangzhou small towns,which were East Lake Holiday Village dominated by Mapeng Town of Gaoyou City,flowers and trees tour dominated by Dinghuo Town of Jiangdu City,kiwi berry test base dominated by Huaisi Town of Hanjiang District,tea-leaves picking dominated by Xieji Town of Yizheng City,riverside tour constituted by riverside wetland park and Runyang Forest Park of Guazhou Town of Hanjiang District and eco-tourism at both banks of Jia River in Shatou Town,and Shaobo Lake tour dominated by Shaobo Town of Jiangdu City.On this basis,it proposed suggestions and countermeasures on development of leisure agriculture in Yangzhou small towns.It emphasized that government departments should pay close attention to development of leisure agriculture in small towns,enhancing connotation,exploring agricultural feature,creating rural atmosphere of leisure agriculture based on experience,increasing capital investment,and combining development with protection.

Optimal consumption-leisure, portfolio and retirement selection based on α-maxmin expected CES utility with ambiguity

This article studies optimal consumption-leisure, portfolio and retirement selection of an infinitely lived investor whose preference is formulated by a-maxmin expected CES utility which is to differentiate ambiguity and ambiguity attitude. Adopting the recursive multiple- priors utility and the technique of backward stochastic differential equations （BSDEs）, we transform the （^-maxmin expected CES utility into a classical expected CES utility under a new probability measure related to the degree of an investor＇s uncertainty. Our model investi- gates the optimal consumption-leisure-work selection, the optimal portfolio selection, and the optimal stopping problem. In this model, the investor is able to adjust her supply of labor flex- ibly above a certain minimum work-hour along with a retirement option. The problem can be analytically solved by using a variational inequality. And the optimal retirement time is given as the first time when her wealth exceeds a certain critical level. The optimal consumption-leisure and portfolio strategies before and after retirement are provided in closed forms. Finally, the distinctions of optimal consumption-leisure, portfolio and critical wealth level under ambiguity from those with no vagueness are discussed.

Eco-landscape Construction of Lvyuan Leisure Agricultural Industry Park in Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province, China

Basic connotations of researches on eco-landscape construction of leisure agricultural industry parks were elaborated, and eco-landscape construction of Lvyuan Leisure Agricultural Industry Park in Ganzhou City was taken for example to analyze problems in the development of eco-landscapes in leisure agricultural industry parks. In view of these problems, it was proposed that construction of agricultural landscapes for the leisure agricultural industry parks should be combined with demonstration of cultures, holiday resort, and farming experience, and more efforts should be devoted in ecological maintenance, utilization of agricultural spaces, creation of cultural and leisure spaces. Moreover, to create agricultural eco-corridors, garden functions should be combined with the protection of ecosystems. Spatial connection of agricultural patches should be enhanced to form eco-corridor of the parks and meet the needs of production. And finally, concrete landscape construction techniques were put forward for the agricultural industry parks.

Study on Connotations of Industry Park Leisure Culture in Kunming City: A Case Study of Dounan International Flower Industry Park

Taking Dounan International Flower Industry Park in Chenggong District for example, neighboring environment and other tourism resources are combined on the basis of the five planned functional areas(fl ower trade and expo area, comprehensive service and distribution area, post-harvest treatment and information service area, international fl ower research and exhibition area, international fl ower enterprise exhibition and supporting service area), and recreational functions designed to build it into a comprehensive industrial and recreational park with sightseeing, leisure, and science popularization functions. Integration and adjustment of leisure spaces in Dounan International Flower Industry Park focus on the following aspects: re-plan the layout of leisure spaces; industrial park promotes restructuring of leisure spaces; residential functions are transferred to new leisure spaces; commercial service industry promotes leisure spaces; government transforms its functions and expands functions of leisure spaces; new technology pushes forward the change of residents' leisure time structure, so as to improve leisure functions of Dounan International Flower Industry Park in an all-around way.

Development strategies of leisure agriculture and rural tourism of Henan province based on industry convergence

The industrial convergence has developed rapidly,which benefit promoting the innovation of traditional industry and optimizing the industrial structure.The integration of agriculture and tourism can promote the development of agricultural economy and tourism economy.Based on the industrial convergence theory,this paper explains the necessity of convergence of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and studies on the status quo of the development of tourism resources in Henan.Finally,it put forward the development strategies:(1)more support from the government is in need on policy,finance and using rural area;(2)the rural planning needs to be strengthened;(3)the agricultural resources needs to be integrated;(4)the incentive system needs to be built to attract talent.

Consumption and Leisure Patterns of Youth in Turke

Consumption-oriented daily life resulted in new forms of consumption spaces in many cities. Among these spaces, shopping malls are significant with their improved physical and social environments for consumption and leisure for all the family. One of the important marginalized groups, to whom the mall appeals, are young people. Within this framework, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the consumption and leisure practices and experiences of young people in Turkey from their point of view. Migros, a shopping mall in Ankara, was chosen as the site for this research, where both consumption and leisure practices are overlapping within the same space. The research was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with 104 teenagers. The results indicated that shopping malls were the main leisure and consumption site for teenagers. Teenagers＇ choice of malls as their favorite leisure and consumption space were found to be the result of some factors such as restrictions which were provoked by their parents, security concerns, location of the mall, and accessibility and limited financial resources. These factors seemed to lead to restrictions in the choice of places to spend their leisure time and limit the use of leisure spaces other than malls. As a consumer group in the mall space, teenagers had some complaints about the prices of facilities which seemed to be influential on their choices of consumption and leisure practices in the mall environment.

Analysis of the development trend of leisure sports from the perspective of synergetic development of industry

The starting point of the social development and the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of people＇ s life, the sports form, content, structure and function are put forward new demands, the trend of leisure sports activities become a new research object. This paper adopts the method of literature and logical analysis from the new era of domestic and foreign leisure sports development present situation and tendency of, analyzes current situation and problems of leisure sports China development, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the healthy development of leisure sports. Chinese sports in the new period is to improve the quality of life and social development goals.

Reuse of Industrial Heritage Based on “Leisure-Holiday Tourism Complex”

Tourism development, as a novel approach in the reuse of industrial heritage, is conducive to the settlement of issues of urban industrial heritage conservation. However, in practical terms, the development of industrial heritage as tourist resources, has encountered problems including monotonous development projects, the lack of tourism facilities, low economic efficiency, poor sustainability of project operation, etc.. This paper, based on the transformation plan of Salt Manufacturing Plant in Qingjiang County of Zhangshu, Jiangxi, proposes that a leisure-holiday tourism complex can be used as the development model of the reuse of industrial heritage at a time when the reuse of industrial heritage is advised to shift from a single mode to a compound mode. Specifically, it is suggested that industrial raw materials are developed into tourism resources to fully excavate relevant history and culture, for the purpose of achieving the coordinated economic and social growth of the reuse of industrial heritage.

Optimal Consumption, Leisure and Job Choice under Inflationary Environment

The optimal job choice,consumption and portfolio decision-making of economic agents under inflationary environment for a continuous infinite time are studied.The agent’s preference is characterized by the Cobb-Douglas utility function with two variables of consumption and leisure.The economic agent invests in three kinds of assets:risk-free bonds,inflation index bonds and risky assets.The agent has two kinds of working conditions:One is the work with high income and little leisure time,and the other is the work with low income and much leisure time.Firstly,the real wealth process after inflation discount is derived by using Itôformula.Then,based on the expected utility maximization standard under any working state,martingale method is adopted to obtain the closed form solution of optimal job choice,consumption and portfolio decision-making.Finally,the effects of wealth and inflation volatility on the optimal consumption and portfolio strategies are quantitatively analyzed by numerical simulation with given parameters.

基于北京休闲农业发展需求的唇形科蜜源植物筛选研究

基于北京市休闲农业发展需求,通过引进6种唇形科蜜源植物,结合观赏期、生长情况及访花昆虫等方面的观测,筛选适合北京休闲农业领域推广种植的蜜源植物种类。结果表明:荆芥和密叶牛至综合景观效果好,可以提供更长的持续花期,同时在吸引访花昆虫的总数和昆虫多样性方面理想,可以为自然观察、科普研学等需求提供更好的支撑。因此,推荐这2种植物应用于北京地区休闲农业园区、乡村民宿及城市农园的美化和科普性种植。

城市休闲产业聚类模式APM算法模型开发与校验

城市休闲相关产业的高质量发展对当前我国城市消费升级以及人居环境质量提升具有重要现实意义。但是,现有研究未能精准地捕捉海量广域分布的城市休闲产业的基本空间分布规律与结构,而已有的空间聚类算法较多适用于城市用地分析,未能很好地适用于离散分布的城市休闲产业研究。为此,文章基于空间兴趣点数据,开发距离通达值及空间集群中心点等算法,构建城市休闲旅游产业聚类模式空间算法模型(APM)。在以广州为例的研究中,APM模型捕捉出3170个以500 m步行生活圈为范围的城市休闲产业集群,校验了APM模型的科学性与应用价值。整体上,APM算法可以较好地捕捉城市休闲业态集群的空间结构,清晰识别城市休闲产业空间冷、热点分布的基本结构,由其捕捉行程的聚类边界与实际道路和建筑走向、水系边界、区域范围等重合度高,聚类集群符合实际情况,具备可信度与有效性。该研究是休闲产业集聚机制研究的一次方法创新,在算法精度、实际应用、可视化效率上均做出了创新性推进。与Fishnet方法相比,可以更科学精准地识别城市内部多个休闲消费商圈的边界,实现了高效率的城市休闲产业集群捕捉;与同位模型相比,可以呈现多类别的城市休闲业态结构,突破了现有研究只能捕捉两类业态组团的局限。

乡村振兴战略下陇南农村体育休闲产业开发与实践研究

体育休闲产业可优化农村产业结构,带动农村经济增长。陇南农村体育休闲产业目前家庭作坊式的经营模式使农村体育休闲产业开发缺乏导向性与多样性,村落体育及其主体的缺场使农村体育休闲产业整合缺乏能动性与创造性,基层目标人才资源短缺使其开发与整合缺乏创新驱动与内化。目前,陇南农村体育休闲产业资源开发与整合存在一定的优势,农家庄园的兴起和稳步发展是实践的先决条件,独具特色的村落体育资源是其基础保障,源于地方的专业人才资源是体育休闲产业开发与实践的关键驱动。为实现陇南农村体育休闲产业开发与整合,建议以联动式农家庄园为载体,创建多点辐射村镇的健身与康养一体的体育休闲产业;以新时代村落体育为依托,挖掘多种人群参与的竞技与休闲一体的体育休闲产业;以校企政府合作为手段,开拓专业人才领军的高质量、优服务一体的体育休闲产业。

四川省康养产业与休闲体育产业耦合协调发展及路径选择

康养产业作为一种新兴的产业形态,成为促进经济高质量发展的重要引擎。本研究以四川省为研究范围,首先构建指标体系并运用熵值法对四川省康养产业和休闲体育产业发展水平进行测度,运用耦合协调度模型对其康养产业与休闲体育产业的耦合协调度进行测度,并探讨两者之间的路径关系,以期为四川省康养产业与休闲体育产业的融合发展提供理论依据和实践指导。研究发现:一是四川省整体康养产业与休闲体育产业的协调水平不断提升,年复合增长速度4.91%;二是四川省康养产业与休闲体育产业的耦合协调度呈上升趋势,但整体较低,仅成都进入极度协调;三是存在专业型人才数量不足、产品结构性矛盾突出、融合项目协调度不高等问题。鉴于此,提出促进二者耦合协调发展的路径选择。

神农架“候鸟式”避暑老人体育休闲产业优化研究

神农架地区因其独特的地理位置和气候条件,吸引了大量老年人在夏季选择此地避暑度假。然而,由于“候鸟式”避暑的季节条件相对苛刻,导致地方体育休闲产业面临着发展不足、服务不完善等问题。为了更好地满足老年人的体育休闲需求,提升地方产业水平,该文对神农架避暑旅游资源进行了概述,分析了神农架“候鸟式”避暑体育休闲产业的特点,探讨了神农架“候鸟式”避暑老人体育休闲产业存在的问题,在此基础上提出了对应的优化策略,旨在为神农架“候鸟式”避暑老人体育休闲产业的优化提供建设性意见。

农文旅康融合视角下环广州城市“微度假”休闲游憩带结构优化研究

改革开放以来,随着广州城市沿珠江两岸从老城区向新城区,从中心主城区向东部副中心、南部副中心发展,环城休闲游憩带也初步呈现出环老城区“云山珠水花环”、环中心主城区“森林湿地翠环”、环中心主城区及副中心城区“山海生态绿环”的发展格局,需要进一步通过花文旅康、林文旅康、农文旅康及渔文旅康深度融合,形成环老城区的花文旅康休闲游憩带、环中心主城区的林文旅康休闲游憩带、环中心主城区及副中心城区的农文旅康及渔文旅康休闲游憩带,以促进广州城市“居住、生产、交通、游憩”四大功能日益完善,展现“花城”“森林城市”“山水田海城市”风貌,建设“世界文旅名城”,助力“休闲湾区”。

城市弱势区位的崛起——基于大众点评数据的北京休闲消费空间研究

信息通信技术的发展改变了休闲活动的方式及空间偏好,为城市弱势区位的崛起提供了机遇。文章以北京市为例,利用大众点评2015年和2019年店铺及其评论数据,从宏观(城市)及微观(建筑)尺度分析休闲消费空间分布变化趋势。结果表明:1)店铺及其数字口碑在各尺度都呈现向低可达性区域转移的趋势,揭示了城市弱势区位的崛起;2)数字口碑在宏观尺度向优势区位集聚,而在微观尺度向弱势区位转移,反映了数字口碑的两极化;3)店铺及数字口碑在宏观尺度的变化均弱于微观尺度,表明此期间北京市弱势区位的崛起主要在微观尺度;4)不同类型店铺的比较验证了结果的稳健性。该研究可促进对数字时代城市休闲空间的认识,推动精细尺度的城市更新及管理。

发展新质生产力背景下成渝地区双城经济圈城市体育消费新场景培育路径探索

基于场景理论、空间生产理论和场域理论对成渝地区双城经济圈城市体育消费新场景进行探究,综合分析体育消费新场景的生成机理与培育路径。结果表明,城市体育消费新场景具有体验性、互动性、创新性、时尚性等特点。在城市体育消费新场景培育过程中应充分考虑区位因素、项目因素、技术因素的影响。通过将闲置工业空间转型为体育场馆,将时尚体育项目嵌入商业空间,打造体育服务综合体等方式来实现体育消费新场景空间的打造。通过优化消费环境、创新商业模式、促进产业融合、培育消费群体来推动体育消费新场景项目的健康发展。不同体育消费新场景的培育应共享体育产业扶持政策、体育产业科创成果,共创体育产业特色聚集区。应进一步破除地区市场壁垒,推动区域内人才、资本、信息、技术、数据要素的自由流通,协同发力。

新质生产力赋能冰雪体育休闲产业高质量发展研究

发展新质生产力是当前我国经济建设的重要课题,研究新质生产力赋能冰雪体育休闲产业高质量发展具有很强的现实指导意义。通过对新质生产力赋能冰雪体育休闲产业高质量发展的必要性进行理论探讨,发现当前我国冰雪体育休闲产业发展中存在科技创新不足、发展结构不完善、横向融合度不高、制度不够健全、人才结构有待优化等一系列问题,严重制约着冰雪体育休闲产业的升级与发展。为加快新质生产力对冰雪体育休闲产业的赋能作用,提出以颠覆性科技引导新质生产力的形成;培育产业新结构和新业态,完善冰雪体育休闲产业链;加强制度建设,构建产业发展保障体系;建立人才激励机制,凝聚产业发展力量等实践路径。旨在激发我国冰雪体育休闲产业中各类要素的潜力,打造全新的发展业态,实现我国冰雪体育休闲产业的高质量发展。

我国海洋牧场休闲渔业现状和发展对策

随着国家对海洋开发的重视程度逐渐增加,海洋牧场的概念也在我国开始逐渐流行。在海洋牧场的基础上开展旅游业,海洋牧场休闲渔业应运而生。总结梳理了我国海洋牧场、休闲渔业及海洋牧场休闲渔业的发展情况,归纳整理了海洋牧场休闲渔业存在监管部门不明确、阻碍产业深度融合,服务形式单一、缺乏特色,配套设施不齐全、娱乐体验差,投资成本大、融资渠道窄,缺乏高素质人才、劳动力不足,以及资源配置不合理、产业融合程度低等问题,提出明确监管机构、引导健康发展,打造多元化旅游产品、推进产业结构优化,丰富配套设施、增加多元化游玩体验,加大政策支持力度、引入资本参与、创造更多就业岗位,聘用高素质人员,以及推进产业转型升级、实现可持续发展等对策和建议,以期促进海洋牧场休闲渔业的进一步发展。
